My team consisted of Alex, the owner, who honored their 5 % discount if booked 3 weeks before moving, and my movers, Eugene and Serge. Eugene contacted me the day before to confirm & ask some questions about my contents, and he kept me informed all along as to their arrival time. All went well but it took longer than expected with only 2 men. They were careful and followed my instructions re: delicate or previously damaged furniture. I asked if they would tell me when the heavy furniture was coming inside because I wanted to put padding on the legs to protect the wooden floors. This slowed them up but it helped me because I might have forgotten about doing that later. Also, I asked them to carry many boxes to the basement, and that I appreciated so much. I was very concerned about one piece, an antique rocker that had 2 breaks in one leg. Much to my surprise, Eugene placed a reinforced bandage on the leg and I am still using it until I take it to get repaired. While packing the month before, I had forgotten where I had hid some valuable jewelry. Well, low and behold, when my bedroom was already emptied, I saw my 2 stashes of gold and silver on the window sill. When I went to Eugene, I commented that I would never have known if they had kept it, and thanked him profusely. His response, "My parents taught me right, I guess." As far as Albo's rates and overall value go....You can't put a price on this kind of integrity and work ethic. The fact that I used them twice in 2 years speaks for itself. Packing for a move is one of the worst stresses in life. But having a moving company that is reliable and trustworthy will free up your mind to concentrate on other important things during your move.

They also failed to use cones or a traffic barricade to block off the street which would have prevented a massive line up of traffic. Contacted the help-line 4 separate times to get an ETA (waiting at least 30mins between each call to be courteous) and ultimately waited more than an hour past my second appointment window. Called and spoke directly with the manager whom was supposed to contact the employees in the field. Manager had not contacted the employees and had no information on their expected arrival and suggested I reschedule once again. This was not possible because I had to be out of the apartment fully on that day, so myself and family ended up disposing of the items ourselves. The manager did offer a discount, and I do not hold them personally responsible, but overall very unsatisfactory service. I would not recommend you use college hunks of Levittown if you are reliant upon them arriving as scheduled for whatever services you need; it's possible (if not likely) they will leave you high and dry as they did with me. And yes, I know for certain this is the correct service location, as I confirmed it with the manager directly over the phone.

The communication prior to the move from Joe was proactive and clear so I knew exactly what to expect. Jose and his team arrived on time and I loved the text message telling me when they were en route. They packed up my apartment so quickly and they were also careful, making sure to pack everything well. Even with stairs, they unpacked at my new location very fast and even made sure we were happy with where everything was placed.
