On the day of the move, they brought everything we needed (moving blankets etc.) We boxed everything else ourselves before they arrived. Based on the other reviews, I'm thinking I might have caught some of the folx on off-days? I will say they were prompt and polite, and Sway really tried to make up for what he could tell was not the smoothest move. It was not an inexpensive move, but the price matched with other companies I got quotes from. *I'd recommend not asking them to move plants because almost all of the plants they handled lost limbs. Jose and his team arrived on time and I loved the text message telling me when they were en route. Even with stairs, they unpacked at my new location very fast and even made sure we were happy with where everything was placed. Instead I get a text message the morning of the move " This is all my sons the dispatch dept, I had 2 crews call out sick and we will not be able to make it today..."
