This place was very very clean! I came here since I was on a strict time schedule and couldn't make it to my regular shop. I was seen almost immediately for a pedicure. They had tons of OPI polish which is my favorite. All the women were nice but they were a tad pushy when it came to other services. They must've asked me about 5 times if I wanted a manicure. Anyways, I got in and out pretty fast and was happy overall with their work. read more

I've been coming to this shop since it opened and today was the first time I've ever been disappointed but it's such a huge disappointment I will NEVER go back. First I had a pedicure and my toes look crazy. I have nail polish everywhere and what's on my toe nails is not even. It looks like I put socks on after I polished them. As for my nails, I got a manicure and the guy cut my finger (this happens) but normally they'll stop what their doing to stop it from bleeding. Instead, he started polishing my nails while it was bleeding. I got gel polish so I put my nails under the lamp and the blood started running down my nail (that's how I noticed it was bleeding) so I asked him if he had alcohol so I can clean it, he said he'll clean it after and polished again. Like dude! You don't know if my blood is clean or not! It is but he didn't know that. It was so unsanitary for him to polish on top of my blood instead of just giving me alcohol like I asked. If he was ok with doing it with me I have no doubt he has done it before me and will do it after me. I'm too careful with my health to risk it in a nail shop. read more

I visited this place before because I thought they were clean but today I paid close attention and they don't disinfect their tools! They wash them over the sink and pretend to put them on their disinfectant oven and they take them out right away and use them on the next client! I had a manicure done and the man that did my manicure used the tools he had just used on me and did not disinfect them and just covered them with a towel to pretend they were cleaned and then used them on the next lady that came in! Ew!!! they also have this nail scrapper they use on people over and over without cleaning it in between! that is a major source for fungal transmission. My mother is a retired cosmetologist and I know the State Board rules. You must disinfect the tools with sterilizing solution and let them soak in the solution for at least 5 minutes. UV ovens are not enough to kill fungus so they are not fooling anyone when they stick them on the oven and just take them out. The place looks clean but looks can be deceiving. read more

Your typical nail salon. The women do talk amongst themselves in their native tongue, which can be irritating as you always wonder if they're talking about you. Sometimes they'll engage with the client. I just use it as a way to catch up on reading celebrity style magazines. My bigger concern is how sterile their tools are. I watched as they were cleaned via wiping down with a cleaner, then put in the clear bags, but not placed in the autoclave for sterilizing. Raises an eyebrow. My manicure lasted at least three weeks. Would I go back? Perhaps as it's close and fast. read more

So I walked in with an appt and I see Donna starting a new customer so I pick out my color and I ask where I should sit. Eventually another employee pointed out where I should sit. After 10 min of waiting I asked Donna when are you starting with me she said "now" I asked when is now with an attitude she replied "yeah now" I got annoyed and said I will wait 5 more min for you to help me. She came at me with an attitude telling me why I can't wait I reminded her last time I was here you already lied to me you were going to do my mani and pedi and after starting with my mani you asked me if someone else could do my pedi as you had an eye appt and soon as you finished my mani you changed your table and started a mani with another customer. I didn't say anything then as I left she said next time come with an appt so this time I came with an appt. I pointed out this time I came with an appt as I was ranting on she told me to "leave the business if I wasn't pleased with her services." STAY AWAY I feel like this place is shady too many spa chairs and tables and just 4 employees. They don't care whether you give your business to them or not, as if they are doing you a favor. No Stars but since the Yelp makes you rate then 1 star. read more
