Royal Sushi is an incredible unlimited sushi spot that truly delivers on quality and experience! The location is perfect, and the ambiance is amazing -- filled with huge statues of different anime characters that make the atmosphere fun and unique. The service was excellent from start to finish; the staff was attentive and friendly, making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this spot for both sushi lovers and anime fans alike!

Honestly, still the best AYCE sushi I've found to date. Service can be hit or miss but all in all is always good. Their robot still terrifies me especially when you just realize you've had too much but you already ordered more, but in the beginning it's always cute and endearing! Really love their seaweed salad !

First time here and everything was delicious. My husband and I would see this restaurant every time we'd go grocery shopping and finally decided to give it a try. It wasn't busy for a Saturday night, the service was great, and the noise was low. They didn't have the pushy demeanor and were prompt in providing the utensils, plates, and drinks. Upon ordering our appetizers, it wasn't a long wait until Pudu (the robot) to deliver our apps. The rolls were so good and would order all again but the Sal-fornia.

Hadn't been in a long time. They changed things up and made it larger. They increased the AYCE to $31.99, but kids thankfully are less at $9.99. My kiddo and I really enjoyed our meal. We had fried scallops, chicken nuggies, miso soup, house salad, crab Rangoon, beef hibachi, California roll and Philly roll and a Mexican roll. Everything came quickly and delicious. My kiddo really enjoyed the robot server and the music it played. It's definitely worth a visit!

Overall, this is really good value at $30 AYCE for the weekend. The food was ok, not great & I can't actually complain. I love the durian puffs (found on the appetizer menu) Service was great, waitress was very sweet. Ambiance was ok.

Delicious, fresh sushi that's made quickly and nicely. The fish, rice, and all ingredients tasted great and fresh. It didn't feel frozen at all. The server was so nice, even telling me that the AYCE option would save me some money vs ordering my rolls individually. The restaurant is huge and nice. A great place to visit for a cheat meal or a family outing!

Second time visiting this place , both times service was good just too serious at times. Both times we had AYCE, tell me why the second time as soon as I left this place I felt sick of my stomach accompanied by sharp pain which was no fun. I had almost the same things I had the first time. The Mexican roll was delicious I did notice the Tuna was slightly worm maybe that's what got me sick. Everything else was great. The ambiance is chill and cozy with lots of anime characters around. If your an anime lover and love sushi that's a must visit.

This place is a gem! We dined here with our two teens and our adult daughter and her boyfriend. The sushi was fantastic. We ordered a lot of rolls so we could have a taste of everything. My favorites were blue sky and the Godzilla roll (honestly, I haven't found a Godzilla roll I didn't like). Service was fine, a little slow getting our drinks and refills were pretty much non-existent, which was odd because the place was pretty empty. The restaurant is dark but clean and the bathroom was spotless!

Came here for dinner on a Sunday and left mostly satisfied. I would love to give this place 4 stars but unfortunately due to the service and food I cannot. We got the all you can eat dinner and I was sad and surprised to see there was no Sashimi for on the menu... for 32 dollars that is a bit disappointing. Appetizers were great and expansive!! Wonderful Miso Soup. The Nigiri wasn't bad and was definitely the star of the show, but the spicy Salmon roll was almost entirely tempura crunch and very little salmon. This made it hard to eat. Our table was a little dirty but I didn't mind. The people who sat us were very sweet but our waitress was a bit slow to give us food and refills. Not to mention the robot was a little dirty. Did the job at the time, but won't be back.

Buffet is Not worth the money They should just sell rice ball: the sushi rice is HUGE. 6 sushi make a large bowl of rice.

Dirty dishes and their service is terrible the lady is rude and they chase you for tip on top taking it already from your card.

Dirty dishes and their service is not good the lady waitress is rude and they chase you for a tip after automatically taking it from your card already. The food is also not worth the hype.

I love this place. They have a great selection of sushi, rolls, maki's, and appetizers. My favorite is the Snow Mountain (8 Pcs) Inside is shrimp tempura and cucumber, topped with crab meat, a wasabi tobiko mixture, and is drizzled with tempura crunch and a light and creamy coconut sauce. DELICIOUS! Love it. We also tried the dragon roll and the Sake. The salmon was very fresh and the dragon roll was delicious as well. I also like Octopus Fish Balls. Its very flavorful. What's cool is a robot with music brings your food. Small kids love it. The service is good and this place is huge! I highly recommend. It's not expensive, especially with the high food cost nowadays.

    So delicious

Especially to save anybody else from what we had to endure. We came in for dinner after a long, exhausting day of running errands.... myself, my sister, and my 83-year-old mother. We were seated modestly quickly, which gave us hope. Unfortunately, that was the only thing that went right. Shortly after being seated, a man who appeared to be our server approached us not to take our order, but to tell us he was "too busy" to wait on us and that someone else would come. That set the tone immediately. When another server finally did come over, things didn't improve. It took OVER 15 minutes for Server to acknowledge us, And another 10 minutes just to take our order, while we watched multiple tables who were seated after us being served promptly and efficiently. At that point, we should have left. I eventually received an appetizer, but my mother and sister received nothing. As I sat there awkwardly picking at my food, we watched surrounding tables (who arrived after us), receive full meals before us. We flagged down our server, and only then were we casually informed that my mother's meal had been given to another table. No apology beforehand. No proactive communication. No attempt to correct it until we had to ask. Let that sink in: an elderly woman sat there (over a hour now), waiting, ignored, while her meal was served to someone else and no one thought to inform us. At that point, we got up and left. The front door staff were the only bright spots. They were polite and immediately got the manager. The manager assured my sister that the situation would be "handled," that we would be contacted, and that some form of recompense would be made for the experience. She was also so apologetic... But her apologies were as devoid is truth as her personality was devoid of any humanity. So her promises that she would reach out that we would be recompensed well...That never happened. No call. No follow-up. No accountability. As for the food? I can't fairly review it because we never actually received it. The small portion of appetizer I did get was nothing memorable, and the sake was honestly subpar. What I can review is the service, (if one can call it that,) and it was abysmal. Disorganized, inattentive, and completely lacking in basic professionalism and respect. Promises were made and not kept, which makes the experience even worse. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are too many places that actually value their customers' time, dignity, and experience. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

After we were finished they offered to take us out for a celebration retirement dinner. They mentioned sushi. I quickly looked on Yelp & found a sushi restaurant named Nami Sushi @ 7344 W Lawerence Ave in Harwood Heights, IL that's rated 4.5 stars in Yelp. Nami Sushi is located in a strip mall on Lawerence Ave. We found that they have a fairly extensive menu of different sushi's. We started out w/several appetizers. The first one & of my favorites was the soft shell crab which was delicious. We also ordered several sushi rolls to be shared w/the table. They came together on one platter. One was an assortment of sashimi on rice. The pieces of sashimi were very skimpy. The other sushi roll was ok. The best appetizer was the soft shell crab deep fried & served w/a dipping sauce. After the appetizers we ordered our dishes. My wife and her friend ordered a chicken teriyaki dinner that came w/miso soup, an artistically arranged salad & chicken teriyaki which was mediocre quality chicken. Sorry to say the chicken wasn't very tender & kind of lacked flavor. My buddy says every time he flies to the Philippines (he's Guatemalan) they stop in either Japan or Korea he orders Tempura Udon in the airport. I ordered the shrimp tempura & vegetable tempura. The quantity was generous but the shrimp tempura batter was lacking. By this I mean good tempura batter/panko is very light, flaky & crispy, this was none of the aforementioned. The batter was heavy & lacked the consistency that shrimp tempura should have. The vegetable tempura was decent. I especially liked the onion & the red pepper as the tempura batter nicely complimented these vegetables. This also came w/miso soup & an artistically presented salad. Overall the restaurant is nice the service was good but sorry to say the food was lacking. For me personally I was disappointed as the Yelp reviews had 4 1/1 stars that I didn't feel were justified.
