The grill was out of order when we had dinner at this location, I was hoping to get the salad bar with entree special but the dish I wanted wasn't available due to the grill and the server said they wouldn't make an exception to give me a different choice due to the grill being down. I haven't been to Rubys in 5 years and now I remember why. I had to get my own refills, every time at least 3 times and chase down my own utensils. The staff left my dirty salad plate after they walked by a dozen times. My wife ordered water and it tasted like industrial waste. Her chicken was at best KFC quality, it was served with nasty looking and tasting broccoli and day old mashed potatoes. The salad bar was wilted and the croutons, the very best part of the Rubys salad bar, were stale. The fact that no staff seemed to care about the quality of meal or the dining experience really bothered me. I've had bad experiences at Enterprise RT before but now I'm done with this place, better luck at McDonald's across the street. read more

Had dinner here tonight with my husband and daughter. We all enjoyed our meals. The wait staff were friendly and professional. The place was spotless. It was so refreshing to go to a restaurant that was quite and peaceful and you didn't have to yell across the table to be heard. I had a wonderful steak cooked just right. We sat down ordered our food around 2pm and at 3:15 no food. The server came by and said that the manager will discount your food because yall are waiting.. But the table that came after us with 8 people in their party, got their food with no issues. They were seated beside our table and we only had 3 people in our party. Me and my daughter ordered chicken nothing special but it still took all that time for them to bring us 2 plates of chicken and my other daughter ordered plaine pasta......then the manager comes out and says it depends on what we ordered. I told her we ordered chicken. She said we'll I'm sorry we are short staffed. And I'm ok with being short staff but I feel like that wasn't the case. Due to having beloved family members who reside in the thriving metropolis of Enterprise, I have found myself dining at this Ruby Tuesdays whenever we visit over the course of the past several years. When we went this past weekend I noticed that they had redone the interior. Gone was all the sports memorabilia, replaced with arts food images and illustrations. It was an improvement. As a result of Alabama's arcane liquor laws, two of the beers that they had listed on the drink menu (Dogfish head, and one other that I can't recall) are not served there. The alcohol content is too high. Whatever. The food was fine. Grandma ate ALL of her large serving of Louisiana fried shrimp. (Way to go, Grandma!) Primo and I shared the tallapia and shrimp dish that I ordered. It was quite tasty and we finished the whole thing. The redone tall cake is not nearly as good as the earlier manifestation, but we managed to choke some down. There's not a lot to pick from in Enterprise. This Ruby Tuesdays is a decent offering. read more

I was in Alabama for my brother's pilot school graduation, and we decided to eat here one time since San Jose doesn't have one (there's one in the airport, bit it only has 1 star. no thank you). first of all, the food was good. I had filet mignon, and it was cooked to order. I really enjoyed my dinner. the waitress was a bit haughty and rushed us when we ordered. she was loud and apparently didn't care that we were the customers as long as we were in and out before her shift ended so she could get her tip. I didn't like her at all. besides that, the food was good, the salad bar had a lot of different things to eat. if there was this restaurant in the San Jose area, I would go again just for the hell of it, occasionally. read more

GRR .. not really a good time here. This seems to be one of the VERY few eating establishments here in the great City of Enterprise (Yes this is where the tornado hit back in March '07). They said it was immediate seating, but we had to wait for them to prep the table. And when we got it, it was seats for 4 and and extra seat on the side. We all got that really cozy, I hope you put on deodorant feeling. The food was reheated and not the finest. During the rush they restocked the salad, and had a very slow worker doing it. Out waitress didn't even seem to care about us until she noticed I was getting annoyed. Drinks were left unfilled , and for reheated food it took 4 Ever. Must be a chain thing. read more

THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER...! Took Shepard's Pie off menu... WHY? Idiots! So had to order something else... ordered Tilapia w Shrimp. "Do you have Tarter Sauce." With my first step in the door, I noticed a pretty unpleasant smell to the place. It smelled old, musty or something. Definately gross to me. I don't enjoy eating at places that don't smell clean..... makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. As for the food, I ordered a salad and was pleased with it. It was very good. The drinks are good too, but honestly very over priced! $3.75 ish for a Strawberry Lemonade... really now... rediculous. Order water and save yourself $4. Service was horrible. Our families first time ever going to Ruby Tuesday's and it will be our last. Took 15 minutes to get silverware, one of the children ordered mashed potatoes as her side and got French fries, and my wife's burger wasn't even done. On top of that when I asked for silverware after waiting 15 minutes the waitress thought it was "funny". Didn't even apologize. Most definitely will not be back!!!!! read more

I NEVER give reviews, but with this experience I have to. This was the worst service and food I've ever had at a restaurant. We walked in to a hostess with an attitude. We had a waiter that didn't even speak. The worker that was filling the salad bar got an attitude and huffed because we walked up to get a salad. My dinner came out and I couldn't even eat it. No flavor, dry, and just looked nasty. We was in Enterprise for a softball tournament and was so hungry and thought this was a good pick. Have eaten here twice since they re-vamped the menu. Have to say it was a huge improvement. - Ergo, the second meal. At least, they no longer bombard you with steamed brocolli (although it is still available). The "in-house" experience was a pleasant one. It was off peak hours, the waitstaff quite attentive. Food was fresh and cooked perfectly. All was well until some very small and very noisy children were seated close to us. The second meal was a Tue-Go order, and, again, the food was good. Same portions as the in house version. The only problem was that they would not take payment via credit card over the phone. Meals must be paid for when they are picked up. read more

My family and I went to Ruby Tuesdays for lunch the other day. We all had the salad bar, which was well stocked with fresh offerings. I love that they have more than iceburg lettuce, and other fresh veggies and healthy options on the salad bar. I ordered the BBQ ribs, my husband ordered a chicken dish and each of my girls had the kids pasta dish. I usually don't expect much from a Ruby Tuesday, but we left happy and our waitress was friendly and attentive. I had a gift card we tried to redeem but ran into some trouble because it was apparently only meant to be used in Hawaii, but the manager called corporate and got permission to redeem the gift card at the Enterprise location. read more

It's not great, but so far it's been the best place to eat in Enterprise. It's a chain and the steaks aren't great, but you can find a LOT worse in this town. Staff is friendly. It would be great if they could serve draft beer around here, but it's not their fault. It's really difficult to find a GOOD place to eat around here with a nice atmosphere and good food to go along with it....they are at least trying here. read more

TDY at Fort Rucker. Stopped off at Ruby Tuesday for lunch. Ordered the Herb-Crusted Tilapia. Fish was cooked perfectly, I wolfed it down. However the mashed potatoes were luke warm, with hard clumps of cheese in it. Not a good experience. Walked in and lobby had a musty odor. Meal was average but service was well below standard. Not overly friendly, only coming by once to fill drinks. Paid with a gift card and coupon, but was never given the finally bill, when asked the waitress recouped the 25 dollar gift card but only discounted 20 dollars on our bill. I am a trusting person, but the quick departure of the waitress when questioned leads me to her being dishonest. I will not return for patronage, nor recommend. read more

Ruby's always treats us well! The food is pretty good for a chain restaurant. I usually get the Carolina chicken salad or a burger. My husband loves the mini sliders. The salad bar is adequate. The best part about Ruby's is the AWESOME staff. We have never experienced less than excellent care from any of the staff members. read more

I was down there on Saturday and I was just at the bar. The service was awesome and so was the bar tender. But I just watched the 4th quarter of the Florida game and 15 min after that. I left for a hour and half and bought my Cousin back and I got us 2 drinks and I go to the restrooms and the manager just take my drink saying he is cutting me off because I been there all day.
