We had dinner this evening at ruby tuesday and I ordered the seafood combo with grilled zucchini. It was delicious. My husband ordered a hamburger and the salad bar...both of which was great and fresh. Our waitress was very efficient, knowledgable and friendly. The restaurant was very neat and clean. I had dinner at the Fayetteville, NC Ruby Tuesday on 7/15/16. Overall, my experience was excellent. Our server, Christian, was exceptional. He was polite and friendly, greeting us shortly after we sat down, and taking care of everything we needed with speed and a smile. He was talkative enough to be personable, without being over-the-top (a rare quality in a server). I honestly can't say enough good things about him. Excellent service! The food was good also. I personally had a chicken entree, which was very tasty despite a bit of gristle along one edge. My first side was fresh green beans, made even better by their proximity to the delicious sauce from the chicken. I opted for the salad bar as my second side, and was very pleased. There were four types/mixes of fresh greens to choose from, as well as plenty of toppings, two cheeses, wonderful fresh croutons, and lots of salad dressing choices. My one suggestion would be more lite/low-calorie dressing options, but all-in-all, a most excellent salad bar experience. Other members of my party ordered a different chicken entree (with lots of cheese, which looked wonderful) and a burger/fries combo (which I sampled, and look forward to ordering in the future). The temperature in the restaurant was perfect, every staff member I saw was friendly, and I highly recommend this location. Five out of five cheddar slices! While traveling through on I-95, we stopped at Ruby Tuesday longing for a cool salad. This location satisfied our salad cravings and we were well taken care of. The food was quick, fresh and hot. We ordered the chicken fresco special and triple prime mushroom burger. The burger was small but very tasty. This is a nice family place to eat. I would come here again. read more

Do not get a steak to order here. Asked for medium-rare ribeye. Came out well done. Bartender lndicated that he would not eat a steak delivered in that state, Three people at same time had overcooked steaks. Cook got pass on his overlooking tonight that I know about. In a nutshell: no cheesy biscuits, got the order wrong, served old sour grapes with mold, and did I mention no biscuits? Seated right away. Staff seemed friendly enough. No cheesy biscuits like other Ruby Tuesdays. When we asked, the waitress said she'd check to see if they were ready but we never got anything. Hubby ordered an entree (they come w 2 sides) where one of the sides was rice pilaf. So he wanted zucchini and rice. He got 2 sides of rice and no zucchini. Kids ordered grapes as sides for their meals. We were actually served old sour grapes with mold on them. How do you bring out white and black fuzz on grapes to serve to kids?!? I'm not sure but I think all the Ruby Tuesday's on I95 have such a steady flow of customers that they can provide an average product and people will deal with it. People like me are learning Yelp is pretty accurate. Ruby Tuesdays are at the top of the line of medium priced restaurants nationwide, for a reason. So I came here on a Sunday night around 8:30. The place is slow as it should be. I'm greeted and seated right away. I observed the salad bar is in total disarray. Ok, skip salad bar. The table I'm seated at has been cleaned but it looks like it was wiped with a dry towel, smeared grease is visible. While waitress goes for silverware I move to another table, she opts not to ask why when she returns. There are French fries on the carpet and in general the floor is dirty. Guys!!! Come on. Dear manager....is the a training problem or straight up mis management. I see no management replies to other Yelp posts, appears management doesn't care. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The fries are Luke warm. The burger is ok, as expected. The bottom line, this IS Ruby Tuesday's, not Waffle House. Team, if you care, you can do better. read more

It was a snowy cold night in Fayetteville which was unusual to begin with. I was excited to see Ruby Tuesday just across the street from my hotel. We pulled into the parking lot and tried to walk into the restaurant but to our surprise it was closed !!! I turned to my wife and asked her, like she knew the answer, how could a Ruby Tuesday be closed at 6 pm ???? They were closed because most of the staff couldn't get in..... but I said rhetorically .... an inch of snow did it ?.....unbelievable !! Driving back home to VA from Fla, we made it up to Fayetteville, NC and after a long day on the road we were ready for a relaxing dinner. We were pleased that although fairly busy on Easter Sunday they were able to seat us quickly. My daughter had Fresco chicken with rice pilaf and a salad bar, I thoroughly enjoyed my shrimp and grits. It was nicely spicy. We had the fried green beans to start. I've never had them before and they were really quite good. We finished by splitting a Blondie and vanilla bean ice cream. My daughter, not usually a fan of vanilla, commented on how really flavorful and tasting of real vanilla flavor it was. Service was pleasant and prompt. We eat here often, probably once a week or so. Most of the time it's great. The salad bar is always on point. It's rare that anything has to be sent back, the brocolli has been double and triple boiled at times. Service is good 95% of the time. read more

Excellent dinner after a long day of driving; located just off the I-95. The place was crowded and the service was excellent. The salad bar was fresh with a good variety of stuff. We ordered the crab cakes and the cajun spiced fish. Both were excellent and quite tasty. The crab cakes were not too doughy (as they often are) and had some good meat in them. Didn't have a good experience here today. I ordered the fried shrimp, french fries and the garden bar. No sooner did I return from the garden bar (best part of the meal, btw), my entree arrives. That means to me that it wasn't cooked to order to begin with, and would be ice cold by the time I finished my salad. Right on both counts. The shrimp was mushy, the fries average, and the biscuits (which I had too ask for) soggy and cold. The server never bothered to check back with me either. We arrived on a Friday night and there were at least twenty people waiting to be seated..oddly..everyone noticed there were plenty of tables empty but no one was being seated. We stopped here for a quick bite. We walked in and were not received very well. They seated us in a corner at the back of the restaurant. The food was terrible, salad bar barely had anything on it, many tubs were empty. While we were eatingn the staff surrounded our table cleaning all the other tables around us...like they were trying to push us out. We were driving back to NY from Disney and we stopped in Fayetteville. It was a Thursday evening and we had a party of 8. They took us very quickly and were friendly. Unfortunately our waitress was not very engaging during our stay, which I guess is not a big deal as long as the food good. Dinner tonite sitting at the bar. The chicken Cobb salad was very good. Ordered beer and found that the barkeep gave me the large size, which I didn't order, at a $1 additional cost. My wife and I are frequent Ruby's customers. We should have known there would be problems with this one when the hostess was making out in the entryway as we walked in. The staff was friendly enough (obviously!) but clueless regarding service. The salad bar was a mess with food all over, including the floor. The manager I spoke to was neither too concerned nor impressive. Our waitress couldn't remember to bring things together, like a spoon with coffee, or straws with drinks. The food we ordered was typical of Ruby's, so that part was good. We like Ruby's, others we've been to are good places.
