Most of the seating is blocked off, causing long waits. The restaurant is filling a lot of carry out orders which seems to consume much of the staff and causing slow service. Considering the numerous hotels close by they appear to be under staffed. I selected the one thing on the menu that I thought they could not mess up, the shrimp and sausage pasta. The shrimp were very well prepared but the sausage was done to petrification. Each was cooked separate from each other and the pasta so there was no mixing of flavor, making the whole dish very bland. Liking it spicy, I asked for some red pepper, of which there was none in the place. Drink pours were light. Staff seemed to be well trained but overwhelmed. The last time we were here they had to shut down for an electrical fire, so our hopes were not too high. That was a good thing. We arrived at just before 8pm, apparently bartender shift change. The frumpy bartender going off shift was too busy counting tips to bother to wipe her bar down or remove the remnants of the previous guests meal when we sat down, and the new guy coming on was too far in the weeds to bother, so I gave it a once over with a wet towel from the bathroom to keep from becoming permanently adhered to the bar. The new bartender had enough memory for one drink, sometimes. Confirmations of orders and reminders of missed items quickly became routine. The basic drinks were passable, but if there was lime in the margarita it was literally one drop. The drink tasted like sugar water an dishwashing liquid, and this was their 'upgraded' version with quervo. Worst margarita I have had since Jimmy Buffet's place in Key West. We ordered queso, the chips were stale. The salad bar was sad, with half the items down to remnants, the tomatoes obviously canned, and the blue cheese dressing a strange yellow color on top (no worries, they just stir that yellow bit back in). Ranch is apparently the dressing of choice here. A dinner salad was served without dressing, so we just used the stuff off the salad bar. A few minutes later a waitress came buy with a little ramekin of dressing and looked surprised at what we'd done, but no comment was made. We cut our losses and skipped dessert. Seriously one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I mean awful. I never got my drink. Ate my entire salad. Finally went to the bar to ask someone if I could have the drink I ordered bc my waitress never came back. She stared at me for the entire ten minutes I stood at the bar while the manager also stood there and made drinks for another table. Finally this girl that was doing the most and probably needed to be the one managing the establishment in the first place helped me. I've been here now for over an hour and I still don't have my food. It's a burger by the way. It's not that busy. Just don't ever go here. This was a huge disappointment bc I love getting salad bars from here.. like someone from corporate needs to help this place out or just close the doors. Seriously. Would ask for a refund but there's literally not even anyone to ask. Like it's that bad. I considered walking out and not paying, no one would notice but I don't want to be dishonest obviously. Let me start off by saying that the bartender is great! He works his butt off. We stopped in last week mid-road trip and ate. The food was good. We had drinks but they were running low on everything. This week we stopped on our way back (both Sunday nights) again the bar tender was great and worked his butt off but the alcohol was not re- stocked and had even less. I'm giving them 5 stars because while they are severely understaffed, those that were working last night were working their behinds off making sure patrons were served in a timely manner. In today's climate, with businesses struggling with staff,these guys rocked it! There were only 2 of us so we sat at the bar and were greeted quickly. We were greeted and served timely and with care. Everyone was smiling and our server was polite and professional. We started our dinner with spring rolls. They were more like mini egg rolls and very overdone. They were served hot and that's a plus in our book. Dinner for me was a bacon cheeseburger and a salad bar as my side. The iceberg and time in lettuce bowls were empty. There were 2 bowls of mixed greens available. There were your typical ingredients to complete the salad as well as a variety of dressings. Best ruby Tuesday I have been to! Went here for dinner after arriving at our hotel. It was right down the street. Our waitress was so nice and the manager made sure to stop by our table when the food came out to make sure everything was up to par. Boy it was! I got the double decker chicken that had 2 pieces of juicy chicken breast bacon asiago cheese and a creamy sauce. I got sweet potato fries and mashed potatoes as my sides. Fries were so good I wish I had more. Mashed potatoes were the whipped kind, not my favorite but still delicious. I added the salad bar to my meal and so glad I did! Everything was so fresh. Different types of lettuce including kale! Every topping you could think of. Different cheeses soy beans mushrooms corn roasted broccoli bacon cranberries and more! There was fresh fruit like grapes and apples and mandarin oranges. Many different kinds of dressings. Honey mustard and French are my go to's and were delish! There is also cold pasta options too. I didn't know what I wAnted so I got everything. Im a skinny fatty. Let's just say I had a midnight meal because I had plenty of leftovers. I needed to save room for the pumpkin cheesecake which my mom and I shared. Yumm! My mom got the chicken fresco and my dad got the ribs which he said were very tender and delicious. My mom was very pleased with her meal. She said it was the right amount of food for her since it was a smaller portion. Staff was very welcoming and polite. We will start with the beer promotion. For $1 more, you can get a larger size. For another dollar , an even larger size, ( sounds good!!). It's not, the waiter didn't know the size in ounces nor the price of the regular size beer. $4.50 , for 12 ounces ( to much for that place). Btw no bud or after moving to a Sam Adam's, none of that either. My father had that beer from Penn. That I can't spell. Not a good start. Cheese burger was good, my father's Swiss burger came with one slice of American. He sent it back, it came to the table one minute later with Swiss. Wonder how that happened. Horrible experience here. It seems like from start to finish that my process was just a very bad experience. My order was messed up several times and nothing was done. I will never eat here again. As soon as I get to the table the waitress throws the straws on the table like I'm a dog or something. Very rude. Then I don't get my food with the others, she forgets it and then brings it out cold. Then they forget to bring my sides. Then when they do it's like 5 little pieces of broccoli. I'm disappointed with this place. I've never delt mess like this before. I would go into details but I'm too upset right now and I don't want to hurt the business. But this is ridiculous. The only good thing I had was the salmon. This Ruby Tuesday is one of the few sit down restaurants off the busy Exit 49 on I-95. This stop is known as the half-way point between New York/NJ and Orlando, FL, so there are many tourists that stop at this location. Of the Ruby Tuesday's I have been to, this location is top notch. Service is fantastic (love the southern hospitality), and the food was excellent. Salad bar was fresh, and the bar made some delicious drinks. I wouldn't often give a Ruby Tuesday a 5-star review, but I honestly think this location deserves it. read more

Normal Ruby's looks older and you can tell made for ft 95 traffic. Busted up high chairs. Bring a coat frigging cold in the place. No changing table in men's room. Normal Ruby Tuesday, but it has seen better days I would imagine. This was our stop for lunch with the kids while driving to Myrtle Beach. It's right off Interstate 95 and you can tell its been around for awhile. Food was like any other RT, nothing to complain about. Got what we were expecting. Bring a frigging coat though, cause they keep it might chilling in there. We had to go back out to the car and get jackets and a blanket for our little one. We asked them to turn up the heat, but it never happened. No Changing Table in the Men's room.. which is good, so wifey can go change the baby! =) Just joking hun! We were surprised at the crowds here for a roadstop place, but were seated right away and enjoyed the experience. We were attracted to this place because of the 95 billboards advertising FREE GARDEN SALAD BAR all over the highway. Actually, the lowest price for the salad bar was $2.99 - still a good deal, but not free. However, we were both very pleased with the salad bar. You are allowed to go back for more, and they had a variety of different lettuces, including spinach leaves (healthy!) mushrooms, tomatoes, crumbled bacon, eggs, and blue cheese crumbles among other things. I had two plates and it was very delicious. I personally was not as excited about the menu. I was really in the mood for pasta, but every single pasta listed had parmesan cheese associated with it, usually in the form of a parmesan cream sauce. I am not the biggest fan of parmesan cheese. I got the chicken and broccoli pasta anyway, hoping the parmesan cream sauce would be light on the parmesan and I sprinkled a hefty amount of pepper on it. Sadly, that did not work. Even if I had liked the sauce, there was WAY too much of it on there and it was gloppy consistency and saturated the food. The broccoli in particular did not taste good biting into the "bush" part and having it explode with gloppy sauce. I ended up not really eating the broccoli and trying to wipe the sauce off the pasta on the side of my plate. Boyfriend had a better experience with his sirloin steak and fries and was completely satisfied. Last but not least, we really liked our waitress. She was really friendly and efficient and good with checking up on us throughout the meal and refilling our water. So I had a bad meal here, but that was partly my fault because I had an uncontrollable urge for pasta and bought it despite the presence of a detestable ingredient. I could have gotten the mozzerella sticks or a burger or something. In the end, while I still think they should diversify their pasta menu, I think Ruby Tuesday deserves 4 stars for the great salad bar, friendly service, and reasonable prices. read more

We pulled up for curbside pickup at the allotted time. We waited & waited. I had to go inside to the bar where my food was. I waited there for 10 min while employees talked by the bar. Got back to the hotel. No napkins or plastic utensils in the bag. Hello! It's a takeout order! My son's bacon cheeseburger was ordered plain. It had everything under the sun on it. I generally do not eat in chain restaurants, usually low quality food carelessly prepared with untrained servers. My trip here was mandated by a road trip and this was my only option. Friends on the road are here 1/2 hour before us and we're given the check while eating and asked for payment. Very very classy NOT. Service too good maybe??? Our waitress though lovely was incredibly intrusive asking us every 3 to 4 minutes if we liked the food. We were then asked in the middle of the meal what we would like to order for dessert , and seemed incredulous when we told her that we were sti eating and would let her know AFTER WE FINISHED. I understand this is a chain restaurant but this location was horrible. I didn't have high expectations going in but I didn't think it would be this bad. The bartenders were decent except when she decided to douse herself in perfume which was overwhelming. I ordered the rack of ribs. They tasted like they were cooked a week ago and just kept warm. Got stuck in the wrong section.... My waiter is so slow and non attentive to empty drink glasses including water. Not only have I been waiting for my food for over an hour now (115 min) I'm about dehydrated waiting from lack of water and drink. We should have sat in a different section or skipped this place. We usually go to Ruby Tuesday's on Owen, but because we were celebrating my boyfriends birthday, we decided to go here. Everything was ok until he took a sip of his ice tea and discovered a dead fly. When brought to the attention of the hostess she said we'd get a discount. We deserve 25% because that was just gross she said. The manager eventually brought us the check, no mention or apology for the fly in the drink and upon opening the check, the only discount we received was a comp ice tea..... $2.74 DONT BREAK THE BANK RUBY TUESDAYS. Zero stars would be more appropriate for this restaurant. I was not expecting great food but at least food should be edible. I got a bacon cheeseburger and it was atrocious. Two minutes to my hotel room and the bread was soggy. For some reason or the other the entire burger was swimming in oil. I requested medium rare but the meat wasn't cooked at all in the middle. I was sat down promptly mind you away from everyone else...must have read the menu 3 times and noone bothered to even come by. I got up and left. Myself and a few coworkers had a seminar at the Holiday Inn across the street. So we saw Ruby Tuesday and thought it would be a quick, good place to grab lunch. We were very wrong. There was no lunch menu or budget friendly options available. How is that possible??? We finally settled on what we wanted and got up to go visit the salad bar. The salad bar was not stocked, wilted red lettuce was offered. Most things were not full or missing. The salad dressing was watered down and tasteless. The veggies from the salad bar tasted old and lacked any moisture. Nobody (the staff) thought anything was wrong with the lettuce until it was mentioned to the manager on duty that it should be changed. He finally did change the lettuce. We also had to ask for the little garlic biscuits they should offer when you sit down. Our waiter huffed and insisted that some had to be made..like it was a chore and didn't want to. Our main meals finally made it to the table. I was hungry by this time and didn't eat much of the salad. I ordered the buffalo chicken minis. All that was on the sandwich was bread. No sauce, mayo or pickle. (Buffalo Chicken Minis Combo-comes with salad bar) Per the menu description... Crispy chicken tenders tossed in spicy Buffalo with signature and blue cheese sauces. Served with fries. I got NO sauce....none. My Sandwich was cold, fries cold. Overpriced. My friend's soup was cold, and our other co worker got the salad bar but didn't eat much.
