Would you like some bacteria with your salad? No... No, I wouldn't either, but that's whatcha get here at the salad bar. I'm typically very anti food chains in this town and that is for a reason. For the same price as this steak here, I can go to the foundry and get it done right, from local animals, from a trained chef for nearly the SAME PRICE. I ate here on Saturday and I dined on the Gumbo and my two sides were their salad bar and roasted spaghetti squash and I enjoyed it. They had an extremely fresh salad bar. Some of the items on the salad bar were spring mix salad, peas, broccoli, tomatoes as well as other various items. I found it to be a little pricey but overall I would definitely dine there again. Absolutely the best service I have ever experienced! John the bartender God bless him for putting up with me and making delicious drinks! Amy my server was excellent, she could joke and is professional at the same time. She listened to me while I ordered and changed it and changed it again without acting unprofessional. There was a 45 minute wait but 1/2 of the tables were empty. We came here since we were out of town & knew the chain from back home. Once we did get seated our server was very nice & the food was as good as at home. From reading the reviews it seems the delay in seating is an ongoing issue at this location. Guess it's better to wait to be seated & have good service then seat everyone & the staff be backed up. Overall good experience once seated. read more

Almost every time my husband and I eat at this Ruby Tuesdays we have a problem with simple orders. 3 out of 5 times we have encountered some type of problem with our food. We felt like it had to be just coincidence, but soon realized it wasn't. I do love their salad bar which I believe kept me trying. We now drive right by when we are out looking for a place to eat. This place is inconsistent. Went today around 4 pm with my husband and daughter. The place was empty and we waited to be seated. We get seated and the waitress got us our drinks. We ordered our food and about twenty minutes go by. We didn't order a appetizer because they bring you biscuits to eat while waiting. We never got any until about 25 minutes into waiting. The waitress comes out and informs us that we would have to wait 25 more minutes for a baked potatoes that my daughter and I ordered with our meal.T hey just put them in the oven. It's a dinner staple. So we ordered rice . The rice had no taste. The chicken was enough for a few bites. Our waitress was not very attentive at all. My husband's burger was good.its a shame for this place . The wall at the booth where we were sitting was dirty. Everytime we go in here we have something go wrong. My daughter found a plastic bag in her broccoli one time,cold soup and other food came out cold. We are not going back to the Lebanon Ruby Tuesday. This is the only one we have problems with. The waitress was great, which is the only reason for two stars. The food was less than average. My son ordered a ribeye for 18 bucks. I couldn't even identify what type of steak it was, but it certainly wasn't a ribeye and it certainly wasn't worth 18 bucks. I ordered an 8 ounce sirloin and recieved a little beef medallion which looked and tasted like a frozen-burned, expired, prepackaged wanna be steak. I can't say for sure it was a sirloin. I also had the $10 salad bar and I was not impressed. Our bill was over $80 for five people, 3 of which only had apps. This was after a coupon and before a tip. The drinks were almost 4 bucks. If no stars is an option that would be it. Went to dinner with my family last night they told us it would be a 45 minute wait for a table, the place was empty and had plenty of open tables. Went the the bar to drink while we waited, we had dirty glasses and a very ignorant bartender. When we asked to get a new drink he completely forgot about us. Then tried to serve us the SAME dirty glass we had given back to him. He couldn't even figure out what beer we wanted. Kept making snarky comments to my family he shouldn't be in the restaurant industry you could tell he wasn't a people person. Once we got a table it was the empty one in the bar area that no one had been at all night. I ordered the chicken Mac n cheese and got the salad bar with it, went up to the salad bar where they had no lettuce and no toppings, if you're going to have a salad bar at least keep it stocked! Finally got our dinners and my food tasted as if it was right out of the box and microwaved absolutely no seasoning or anything on it. I had felt sick after eating it. Needless to say I will never return here completely displeased with the staff and the "restaurant" itself. read more

Everything from lunch yesterday here tasted like it was fried in old grease. Gross. It ruined everyone's meal and appetite.

For Catering---- I usually use Panera but this was requested by a location and I gave it a shot. So a few complaints. They F-ed up on the soup and gave me the wrong kind but I didn't want to complain, wait longer, there was no price difference and the catered lunch had no idea what they were getting. So, I took the cheddar broccoli instead of the chili. They put all the items in plastic bags and random boxes that they had food delivered in (I showed up to a catered lunch with a box full of soup that advertised cookies on the side of it). Saving grace was I had a nice looking, large container with handles on it stowed in the back of my car that I just stuffed everything in. The tea container leaked. Pro - you get a ton of food on the cheap. I set it all out and it looked like I spent double the amount I actually did. Unsure of the taste because I didn't try it. I would use Rudy's again for a large group simply because of the amount you can get from the price. read more

The new garden bar is $10 and even though they seem to indicate in the ads there are more selections, it seemed like a lot less choice to me. We got a sirloin steak with onion rings, the salad bar an a beer. The beer was good. They don't know how to make a steak, it was if it had been boiled, certainly not broiled. The steak was full of gristle and fat. The service was slow but good, the waitress was very nice. It has been about three years since our last visit, they won't be seeing us again. read more

The food here is mediocre compared to other RT's I've been too, the cooks usually overcook my burgers and the salad bar tends to have something missing or the pasta salad has been mixed incorrectly. I can't harp to badly on the food bc that is the only reason we go there. The biggest problem with this restaurant is the service. Of the multiple times I have been there I can only remember 2 or 3 times of getting good service. The waiters/waitresses just seem to not know what they're doing which is extremely annoying. The hostesses can be a little bit on the snotty side and do not welcome you in very well, but whatever, it is a chain restaurant, can't expect too much here. read more

The last three times I have been here have been pretty bad. We moved here from the midwest and we used to love Ruby Tuesday's. However, our opinion has changed after our experience at this one. There are limited restaurant options in lebanon and unfortunately this one is longer an option for us. The last time we came in the host was being corrected right in front of us by his supervisor-- it was kind of awkward. We have young kids and one time we were seated so close to a table of older folks that we could hardly help banging into their chairs and obviously annoying them. My wife ordered the mini cheeseburgers and I ordered shrimp pasta. The restaurant was about half full and it took about a half hour for our food. When our food finally came the mini cheeseburgers were raw- we had to send them back. The potato salad was room temperature and there was a plate on the salad bar that had crusted food on it. The servers have been average at best. It would not be hard to make this a preferred place to eat in Lebanon but right now it is not. read more
