We order from this location often, and it's usually great, but this is disgusting. Ordered the full rack of ribs and it came looking like this, with just two big bones, half fat and half meat that had fallen off the two bones. Was not edible.

Ruby Tuesday. Such a blast from my past! It's a franchise. The only Ruby Tuesday that I had ever been to before this visit was at the Mall of America years ago. I loved it so much. I returned to MOA earlier this year and it was gone. Noooo! In Nashville, I saw two of these restaurants. This one was the second-closest one from where I was staying. It was across from the Starbucks cafe that became my go-to beverage place, and a Dollar Tree that I enjoyed frequenting. I parked smack in the middle of all three businesses, under a tree. I walked into the eatery. For those who demand being greeted immediately upon entering an eatery, you will likely give this place a poor rating for service. I am probably far too patient than I should be. I stood there waiting for someone to greet me for a good eight minutes. Finally, a man came over and apologized. They were short-staffed. I could tell. All servers were walking quickly. It was a Saturday afternoon. It was an easygoing day for me. I had all the time in the world. Ah, how I miss being on vacation! He took my name down and said that the wait would be between five to ten minutes. I sat on a comfy bench between the two sets of main doors. For those who remember Ponderosa (I never went to one in Canada, but did on a road trip through New York state a few years back, heading back home), Ruby Tuesday is similar. It has a salad bar. You add that to your meal and you can load up your plate as much as you'd like. A nice woman fetched me and eventually led me to my booth. She would end up being my server. I immediately hit the salad bar after letting her know that I'd be getting the endless garden (salad) bar with a drink for $5. The salad bar was great. There were lots of veggies and some proteins (cooked egg and ham). One boy loaded his plate up with a few leafy greens and a mountain of ham, which made me smile. I loved my plate of salad, especially the beets. I got a Diet Coke as my drink. My server was attentive refilling it. I ordered the Texas duster dry ribs (half a rack) and sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I was hungry. A combination of ribs and steak intrigued me and my tastebuds. It didn't take long for my food to arrive. I was happy looking at everything. The Texas duster dry ribs were delicious. They were so tender and had the best dry rub that I have had on ribs in a long time. My sirloin was done medium-well. Yum! It was nicely seasoned and cooked as indicated. I loved it. I found the mashed potatoes comforting. The broccoli was perfectly done. Not hard. Not mushy. Just right. I miss this entree. I'm salivating. I want it for dinner now! Although I came here a day before my birthday, I celebrated early by getting the chocolate lava cake. It also didn't take all that long to come to me. The cake was moist. Sadly, the volcano of chocolate was dormant and there was no lava. I don't know if it's because Nashville was super hot that lava doesn't exist or the place simply didn't do it right with this lava cake. It still tasted good. I loved the vanilla ice cream with the crunchy chocolate bits on top of my cake. Delish! I paid with a credit card at my table. I tipped and tapped. It was a smooth transaction. Pack your patience coming here on weekends. I had a great meal and experience once I got a server. (315)

I've been to this location several times. Each visit is always on a Saturday and they're always few people. There's always the one server being the hostess and waiting in the entire restaurant. (Which obviously isn't an issue since it's so dead) Grilled chicken carbonara was delicious. Salmon salad bowl good. It's a little spicy. The best part of the salad bar is the croutons. I love Ruby Tuesday's salad bar. Some of the lettuce was brown. Make sure you stick with the arugula. It always seems to be the most fresh. A few of the ingredients probably shouldn't be in the bar ask they're a little past "expiration". Some of the ingredients just are not as fresh as they should be. I was pretty pissed about the coconut shrimp appetizer. $12.99 and you get 5 pieces. FIVE! It wasn't specific in the menu and I probably should have asked. On top of that, they where pretty mushy and not very tasty.

The was good besides one thing. It did not have enough meat on them. I ordered 2 quesadillas one with chicken and one with ribeye. Half on each quesadilla had like one maybe two pieces of meat.. Called to complain but there is no answer. I just left there and it wasn't busy. The service was okay slow but the bartender was polite. The restaurant was clean.

Due to illness I have been in and out of the hospital for the last several months. Friday, May 3rd was my first time out with friends since before Christmas. I am 70 yrs of age and was with two other senior ladies. We had made special plans to go to Ruby Tuesday on Murfreesboro Pike in the Antioch area, Nashville TN 37217. Two of us arrived and I explained to the lady that seated us, there would be another handicapped senior joining us. She was pleasant, always has been. The server plopped 3 waters on the table and walked away. There was no greeting, no name, just a bored look on his face. We wanted to go ahead and order fish and chips for the three of us knowing the service from the kitchen is usually slow. I'mWe needed to be ready for our handicapped bus to pick us up. The guy who dropped off the waters was passing by and I asked him to please let our server know we needed to order. "I AM YOUR SERVER!", he responded shrilly. Then he walked on and made extreme efforts to let me know he was ignoring our table. I stood up and waved at him and he kept seating and getting drinks, orders, and delivering food. We were the first customers seated in his section and others after us were now eating and drinking. Finally we decided we would get our fish and chips to go. I waited at the hostess post and when the young man passed I asked him to put in three separate orders for fish and chips to go. He informed me that I would have to go to the bar. I asked to see the manager. A woman informed me she was the manager. She did not want to hear anything and huffed and rolled her eyes. There was not a cordial bone in the manager and no front of the house training. Her responses to everything I said were actually REACTIONS and combative. I was working diligently to not sink to her level. Finally she said she would cook our food in record time. I turned to sit on my walker and my friend came up to check on me. Our to go fish and chips were finally ready and we had 15 minutes before the handicapped bus arrived. I was speaking to my friend and I mentioned how disappointing our experience was turning out to be. I said that I felt I had been discriminated against because of my age and handicap. The manager? (later I found out her name is Victoria) screeches, " I WILL HAVE YOU REMOVED. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO COME IN HERE AND MAKE TROUBLE ". I am 4ft 10in and tiny. Since I am ill my clothes hang on me and at 70 this mannerless woman is threatening to have me removed. Wow! I told her to keep the food and to know that I would report the experience to the GM JEFF and she replied that she didn't care who I contacted. And I understood at that moment that she really did not care. Then she said, "If you were used to going to sit down restaurants you would know that you have to wait for everyone to be seated to get service, including greetings. This rude woman was insulting me as bullies do. Never was there a kind word or any empathy coming from this Ruby Tuesday representative. We went back to the table and drank our water. We found our bus in the parking lot and left. My heart ached for my friends and myself for the lack of respect. We had been PROFILED. We were looked at as three old women and no tips. How wrong the profile turned out to be. We are three older ladies with an understanding that even if the service is not great, we TIP 20% to 25%. This is a pact between friends because we've waited tables and managed restaurants. This used to be my favorite place. I've not been in the past 14 months. I wish I had never returned. I had the BOGO entree free coupon so I decided to use it today. One of the entrees I got was the bacon cheeseburger and sweet potato fries. I still had errands to run so I decided to park and eat the burger. OMG. Delish. So juicy. And the fries were on point! read more

The food is okay but the customer service is anything but. Every time we have gone there we experience the same customer service issues. It's worth driving to Brentwood or Smyrna so you get better customer service. read more

My sister & I had been on a long vacation across NC & Tennessee. It was our last night before we flew out the next morning & was excited to see there was a Ruby Tuesdays close to our hotel. We go into the restaurant & see there are only a couple of tables with people. So it was around 4:30 pm so we thought the evening crowd would be coming. Do one else did in the hour we were there. It seemed very dark & dank. It appears at one time it was really on the mark for interior design but has not worn well. Our host took us to a booth by the window & the ledge of the window inside was dirty & all kind of dead bugs. We moved on our own across the isle to another booth. The divider for the other side booth hadn't been dusted in weeks & neither had the hanging pendants. The host was very sweet & kind & was also our server. Our meals were delivered in ample time, as by now we were the only ones in there, & was delicious! The presentation of the food was eye appealing & it was wonderful . We even had left overs to take home for later. I hope they get the inside cleaner & more cheerful because the food & service was great. We hadn't eaten either one of us in a Ruby Tuesday's for over 15 yrs. Last one for me was in Sacramento Ca! Please just give your place a little attention, clean, dust & update a little and hopefully you will fill the place again. Good luck! read more

I went to Ruby Tuesday for Dinner and had the Spinach Dip and the Steak and Shrimp with the Salad Bar. Everything was DELICIOUS thou the Steak was cooked Medium instead of Medium Rare, was still tasty. The Salad Bar Wonderful. I enjoyed My Meal. read more

Came because I got an email inviting me to a $5 garden bar with no coupon required provided I mentioned it to my server. Came with my wife and they charged me full price for her. Totally idiotic. How do you not make a coupon-less offer available to both people coming for the promotion? Will never come back. read more

one of the best chain salad bars in the area...the rye croutons are addictive...they typically have a variety of fresh toppings to pick from. (from different types of lettuce to edamame) I rarely venture off the salad bar so i cant really say much to the rest of the menu. I also typically go during lunch hours, so haven't tried their cocktails either. read more

Is this the same restaurant that was so great three weeks ago? Tonight service couldn't have been much worse. Our server was slow, forgetful, inattentive, and disappeared for looooong stretches of time. He didn't seem trained on the basics. He never cleared the salad plates piling up on the table. He poured us iceless tea, and when I asked for ice he forgot it. That's the way it was on the rare occasions that we saw him. We were there 90 long minutes and still didn't have time to eat the dessert that came with our dinners. When we finally tracked him down, we asked for our checks and the dessert to go. He couldn't keep this request straight and we had to remind him. The other staff was just as bad. The long table next to us was dirty when we sat down, and they didn't finish clearing it until we were leaving. We never saw a manager, which explains a lot. The only bright spot was the busser who suddenly appeared at the end. The food was fairly good but overshadowed by the bad experience. read more

This place has great salmon and mash potatoes. I get it almost every time. The staff is super nice. I highly recommend this place. They also have a good salad bar although I wish they also had soup at their salad bar. read more

Walk in with 6people and had to wait about 10 mins. There were only about 15 tables in the entire restaurant sat. When we finally sat down the server was great and very prompt for having 8-10 tables. They either need better staff (as in the other server who only had like 5 tables) or more staff, chicken was processed but the glaze was great, salad bar was probably the best thing. read more

In the past I've loved this location. The food had been consistently good for the past year, but tonight it seems the food was carelessly prepared. The fried shrimp were obviously cooked in old grease, and the burger had too much char. Our server visited our table infrequently and walked away quickly after asking if we needed things, giving us no opportunity to respond. A great place for a chain restaurant, but I hope tonight isn't a sign it's on the way down. read more

Another no so bad chain. I used to eat at Ruby Tuesday's quite often, specifically for their salad bar; however, they reduced what was on the buffet and the quality went downhill so I stopped eating at any RT. On this particular evening, I was craving a salad and happened to pass by RT and decided I would give them a try after my sabbatical. I have to say that I was impressed with the changes since I was there last...at this exact location. The salad bar had many more items including hummus and crudité for dipping. I made a nice salad and ordered the fruity teas. Because you can change them up with each refill I had the peach, the raspberry and mango. Made with fresh fruit, they were all delicious. Service was a little slow but overall I had a great experience. read more

Came in at 2:30, practically empty. Seated, waited about 7 mind for someone to come and it never happened. Lots of workers just standing around including the manager and the sever who never showed up to the table. This place is close to my home, but I doubt I'll return. read more

What a great experience! We were in from out of town and decided Ruby Tuesday was the place of choice for dinner. I looked at yelp reviews for the 2 in the area. We chose this location based on those reviews. We were not disappointed at all, the food was great and fast, salad bar was fully stocked and clean. Our server DeMarcus was attentive and very quick with all of his tables. Highly recommend when in Nashville. read more

Ruby Tuesday is a typical chain. Food isn't bad, nor are the prices. This particular location felt a bit outdated and dirty, but nothing too bad to get us to walk out. Our waiter was nice, and helpful. My wife and I split a meal and both ended up full, and taking dessert home. I saw they had a decent happy hour, which is always good to know. Their drink selection isn't the best but I've seen worse. The ribs were actually amazing! The salad bar is a nice option too, there's so many choices of what you can put on there! I'd never been to Ruby before, and I was curious. Wasn't disappointed but wasn't overly excited either. I suppose that's the case with most chains right? Went here for the first time and it was great! Server T was awesome and very attentive. They had big parties so we got our appetizers for free since we got it after our meal. Salad bar was also nice, fresh ingredients and lots of different options. We got the burger, you have to ask for the things for the burger but that was okay. Their pick 4 appetizer was very nice too. Surprisingly like their spring rolls. Will try other things next time. read more

We were told 35-45 minutes for delivery, but it arrived in approximately 80 minutes... The food that was delivered was cold and we were missing part of the food we had ordered ... We called customer service for GrubHub and were told we would be refunded our cost, which we will see if that happens... We have eaten at this location in person several times without any issues... and will continue to possibly visit this location in the future in person, but ordering from GrubHub is very unlikely... read more

Went here with my Husband . I really enjoyed our server she was kind and very welcoming. The managers did not come check on us as I saw she was doing to a lot of tables, tho we did not mind that at all. I think because we look younger and not like responsible adults :). I tried to make me a cobb salad at their salad bar but they did not have the boiled eggs or ham and they had just opened we got in at 11:00 I remember because being on this road trip we walked to the door and it was 10:30 so I told my husband "wow we are early no wonder people are sitting in their cars" other than that food was great! read more

My chicken was raw on my chicken bella,i am 9 months pregnant so that seemed pretty careless then i ordered shrimp fondue to replace and my chips were stale! Manager said chicken was cooked lol dude... It was all red and i was eating it! Needless to say i didnt pay but my friend had to! Ill never walk into a rubys again! read more

Stopped in here for dinner after touring some civil war sights. We were just going to get soup and salad but they were running a special that included the salad bar, entree and dessert for 25$ for 2. Since the salad bar alone is 10, couldn't pass it up. We ordered the petite steak. I wasn't expecting it to be good but it was nicely seasoned and tender. Dessert was very large (easily shareable). I may stop at Ruby Tuesday's more often now based on this experience. FYI service was attentive as well. Great experience. read more

We had to wait for a table even though there were alot of empty tables. We were seated without silverware. The place was dirty and the salad bar was GROSS! The hostess had no clue what she was doing and our server didn't know how to open her mouth to speak. The place was dirty and the food had a funny taste to it. If you want to get sick than eat there if not eat elsewhere. read more

I ate here this summer visiting TN. Had a salmon salad. Really good size and delicious.I asked for regular baked potato but got charged for a loaded potato. Husband ordered a burger that was below average and was not justifiable for the price. Waitress was completely clueless about the menu. We were on our way out of town so I never got a chance to ask them to fix my ticket. I'd probably not go back, unless I'm grabbing a quick salad. read more

I ordered seafood, my man ordered steak. Both were very good but the salad bar was pretty picked over. Waitress very nice and facility was clean but a little dated. Overall, a good place to eat. Mashed potatoes were great! read more

A cook with long braids was cooking with no net on his head ! It takes forever to get a drink from the bar if you order from your waitress. Our food has come out cold more times than hot!! Hostess is not very friendly. read more

They are known for their mac & cheese, which I have never tried in all of the times I have been to the Stillery. Very creamy, cheesy mac & cheese. The Nashville hot chicken has a nice spice to it. A bit mild for the serious hot chicken fans, but the flavor is there. The chicken tenders are fairly standard. And the crinkle fries are mid. I enjoyed both of the drinks. At $14.50, they are at least $1.50 less than the standard Broadway cocktails in the star bars, so iti s a less expensive option to get a drink. I don't think they ever have live music, unlike some others here, so you are going for the food, not the noise. Service was great, as always. The staff is always prompt and knows their menu. It is more bar food and the menu is limited, but what they do, they do well.

If you come for lunch or dinner, you can also get grilled salmon, blackened redfish, shrimp and grits, pastas (cajun chicken, pappardelle bolognese, tortellini) as well as various cuts of steak. It's conveniently located right across from the Frist Museum and is part of the Union Station Hotel. I would try this place again for dinner, but would skip the brunch. And again, Savanna was top tier! She deserves all the flowers!

The wings were some of the best I've had, and the lo mein, bulgogi and fried rice were all excellent. Throughout our meal, several people who I assume were managers stopped by to make sure everything was going well. I was genuinely impressed by the level of service. There are fine-dining restaurants in Nashville where you don't receive this much attention or hospitality. Hawkers completely changed my opinion, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
