We recently had a fiasco Friday night with doordash. So even with the bitter taste still in our mouth we placed the exact same order thru Ubereats and this time received all of our order. Even though as usual all delivered foods are usually cool or cold everything was delicious. I had Bacon Cheeseburger with loaded fries am husband had the New Orleans Seafood plate along with spinach appetizer and finished with Lemon Cake. Yum. Thank you Rockledge Team. Stopped in for lunch, thought I'd grab a cheeseburger. Waited for a table, was taking a long time so I sat at the bar. Ordered a cheeseburger and a Caesar salad, service was prompt and friendly. When my food arrived, opened up my cheeseburger to put on a little mustard. I could see the outline of where a piece of cheese once was, it was now a vaporized outline in the bun. The piece of onion was right off the top of the onion, still had root hairs. I looked at what was suppose to be a Caesar salad, it looked like a bowl of slaw. It frankly scared me, big glob of stuff on chopped lettuce. Hands down the worst cheeseburger I've had in a long time. Server noticed I took a few bites and asked for my bill, but never asked what was wrong? Go get a decent burger somewhere else, you won't find it here. read more

I took up one of his booths for an appetizer while i waited for my car, but he didnt rush me out the door or make me feel unwelcome like some servers do when they see a full meal isnt ordered. The great salad bar with many choices is the draw for us. Been several times and never saw wilted or brown lettuce, everything looks fresh. I got my favorite Chicken Bella, tender (likely brined) chicken breast with artichokes, very flavorful mushrooms and a white sauce. Husband had a burger that arrived cold and they replaced it asap with a hot juicy one, were very apologetic. Staff was outstanding, very personable manager and waiter left a great impression. It was a very busy night with many taking advantage of a bogo coupon yet we were well taken care of. Pro Tip: When you get an entree use the Garden Bar as your second side, it's the star here. read more

Always liked Ruby Tuesday's and was really looking forward to the "new salad bar". We were so disappointed, it was not well stocked and the lettuces had seen better days. I ordered a side of the new roasted cauliflower with the hickory bourbon salmon (which was very good) the cauliflower was awful. Soggy and tasteless. OK...we went here again last night. First, they brought me the wrong order. It didn't even LOOK similar. I asked the waitress if this was the "Chef's cut steak" and she then noticed it was very different and even SMELLED different. When she brought the right steak, it was overcooked...AND, the baked potato was again too cold to melt the butter...just like last week (I didn't call it to their attention last week). They acknowledged that the steak was over cooked and removed it from the bill and she brought me another baked potato. Several items that I normally choose from the salad bar were missing on this visit. It has been many years since I have complained about food at a restaurant, but I couldn't help it last night. The first wrong order was so unpalatable that I had to return it and get the steak I had actually ordered. We have been regulars at this particular restaurant for years, but lately the service/food/selections have deteriorated significantly. Unfortunately, we received gift cards recently for Ruby Tuesday's so we will have to "use them up" at another restaurant. Terrible experience. I ordered a cherry coke and it was clearly made at the bar. It tasted like pure cherry syrup on ice. I ordered the chicken broc penne. The pasta was seriously undercooked and there was almost no sauce. When I complained (which I NEVER do) the waiter said that was the second complaint he had that night of undercooked pasta. He apologized and brought us 2 cheap home made looking cupcakes to make up for it. Are you serious? Before we left i overheard a lady complaining about 3 of the 4 meals at the table. My husband and I have been going to RT for about 4 years at least once a month or every other month. Recently the menu has changed negatively. The pick up service is horrible in the sense that the food is not separated in a manner that everything doesn't get soggy. They recently changed their fresh green beans to nasty canned green beans. read more

Usually this is a nice place to eat. We've been here several times over the past fifteen years. But today was special. How many times can you forget something. The crowd was not large. Empty tables everywhere. Server shouldn't be taxed. But, still. The large side sauce (for the spaghetti squash) was forgotten. Then it arrived, after I inquired, but it was small sized. Had to order it again. And the squash had seeds mixed into it. Really? My wife's shrimp came without cocktail sauce (seafood trio). And her side order of baked potato just never arrived at all. My shrimp had shells attached. Made it very chewy. I had the low country shrimp and sausage. When a patron is drinking water, with lemon, and you refill the water can't you please bring more lemon? That didn't happen. The manager's bribe for all this was a free desert. Please don't screw this up. My have the prices jumped up, again. read more

Didn't get either of their names but red head male server and female manager on Sunday. Server was funny & quick with refills. Ordered take out for dinner. I knew what I wanted and the ordering process was really quick. When I pulled into the "take out" parking spot, the wait wasn't long before they brought out the food. My wife's and daughter's order was perfect, but my side order was disappointing. I ordered a side of broccoli (instead of FF) with my burger. When I got home, there were 4 pieces of broccoli...really. I should've taken of photo of it!! Other than that the meal was good. The management and staff do not practice any form of customer service. I placed a curbside order so I could have some dinner for the family after work. Well I get home and find the order doesn't resemble what I ordered, at all. I call, they inform me I can drive back to the restaurant where they will not credit or refund the order. For an Applebee's clone, this was very good. We ordered the appetizer mix with cheese sticks, chicken fingers, wings and spring rolls. The cheese sticks were decent, chicken fingers very good and the wings were great too. I'm not a spring roll fan so I didn't try those but my brother seemed to enjoy them. I'm also not a salad person either but they have a bad ass salad bar and everything looked very, very fresh. I ordered the chicken finger platter for my entree and, like the appetizers, they were very good. Great breading, cooked perfectly and no gristle or any of that gross stuff. They also have these little bread roll thingys that they give you when you're seated and those were amazing! You can easily fill up on those before you even get your appetizer. Service was also excellent. Our server was so nice, very attentive and definitely quick. Ruby Tuesdays has made my list. read more

It's a shame, but the quality of the food here has markedly deteriorated over the past few months. The last two times we have eaten there the food was either over cooked or not cooked to order (steaks for example). The "new" chicken parmigiana tasted like frozen chicken strips topped with spaghetti sauce out of a #10 can, a bit of cheese sprinkled on top, some pasta spooned onto the plate with more canned sauce over that, then all put into a microwave and warmed up. Not good at all and certainly not worth the price. Out of three steaks ordered, not one was cooked the way they were ordered. The medium ordered was well, the medium well was med rare and the other med well was well done. We should have had a good clue as to declining quality when we went in on a Saturday evening about 6:00 pm and half the tables were empty. This visit was a second chance because we had a similarly bad experience two months ago when fish was served, over cooked to the point of being hard and not edible. This location is clean and cozy but honestly nothing special. They are always friendly, but more often than not the salad bar is not stocked. For a place that does such a booming business I really wish that they would keep up on the salad bar more. Every thing we asked for was met with " DO U WANT TO SPEAK WITHA MANAGER?"......this proves that alot of this crap goes on and the manager has to be called to all the tables to explain the salad bar rules and why u cannot be accomodated.....Special Needs fell on deaf ears! I ate at Ruby Tuesday on Fiske Blvd in Rockledge, Florida on October 8, 2017 and wound up the following day in the ER. I had to be admitted and was diagnosed with bacterial food poisoning. Other than Ruby Tuesday, the only other food I had eaten in the 36 hours prior to getting sick was breakfast at the Doubletree in Deerfield Beach and breakfast at the Doubletree in Orlando. I called Ruby Tuesday on October 16th and spoke with Lorielle, the manager, and told her the problem. She told me that she would report it to "corporate" and they would get back to me. I never heard anything from them so on October 20th I called corporate headquarters and was transferred to voicemail. I left a detailed message asking for a return call. Still having heard nothing from Ruby Tuesday, I called again on October 23rd and spoke with Belinda Taylor who told me Michael Garner would be calling me shortly. Michael did call that day and told me he had no proof that it was the Ruby Tuesday that caused the food poisoning. I asked what he wanted, hospital records, etc. He just said that there was nothing unequivocally pointing to them. I told him that I couldn't be absolutely positive that it was Ruby Tuesday but I was pretty darn sure. I also told him that I had called the Doubletree's and both had been very sympathetic, asked a million questions as to what I ate and really wanted to make sure that no one else would get sick. All I was asking for was a refund of the $104.42 that I had spent on the meal. Michael finally offered $55.17. I told him I was unhappy with that offer as that dinner had ruined my entire vacation and put me in the hospital for two days. He kept saying I had no proof. Of course you can never have absolute proof. But EVERYTHING pointed to that meal!!! Begrudgingly he agreed to give me back $87.42. He could have done so many things to make me feel as if they cared...respond to my phone calls in a timely manner, ask questions about what I had eaten, cheerfully refunded my entire bill, send any sort of apology letter... The hospital told me that salad and salad bars are an easy way to get food poisoning. It could be just one piece of broccoli or tomato that wasn't washed properly and bingo...you're sick! I recommend you not eat at Ruby Tuesday. They have closed many of their restaurants in the past year and their lack of concern makes me wonder what corners they are cutting! Be careful!!! read more

I was not impressed with our cooked food. First, the presentation was lackluster at best. The food seemed to be thrown on the plate. The Ceasar salad was packed into a small bowl, and from the comments, did not taste good. It went unfinished. Luckily, the Salad bar was the better choice. When the main courses came out, both meat dishes were overlooked. The chicken was charred. The rare sirloin came medium rare. The broccoli was a paltry portion. The kitchen was definitely off the mark. Our service was average. We didn't comment on the food when asked "how is it." We just got on our way. I have noticed at the two Ruby Tuesdays I frequent, they tend to overcook when you ask for it rare. Fortunately, we had a coupon to take some of the disappointment we felt. I sat on the patio with my puppy for 30 minutes, ignored by the staff. I finally asked a server walking by for a drink while I awaited the rest of my party. After my party arrived, still no drink for me and 15 minutes more of zero service. Then ther manager came over, me thinking she was going to apologize for the lack of service, and she says "you can't have a dog here" in not the nicest of tones. Hostess was very friendly, waitress was just ok. Every single dish that was on the table was dirty. Every piece of silverware had some type of dried up food on it. When I asked for a new set, that set also had food on it, as well as the little plates that were brought out with our dip. I ended up asking for plastic ware to eat with. I knew the food wouldn't be very good because it's Ruby Tuesday, but I did expect to at least be able to eat my mediocre food off of clean dishes. The problem is someone wrapped all of the silverware knowing it was dirty or didn't look at all. Same with the plates. Someone along the line had to have seen the food on the dishes. read more

Ordered the salad bars all around. All the lettuce was brown and wilted and the items were very messy. I asked twice for new lettuce (along with another customer) and they finally dumped (with an attitude) more brown wilted lettuce over the old greens. We never even finished our first plate of salad. We ordered an appetizer and it was inedible. The chicken was so dry and over cooked. Our waitress was sweet so that was the saving grace. I expressed to her our disappointments in the food, the manager came out and looked at us but never came over. He should have come to apologize for our experience and find out how he could help us. I visited this Ruby's twice and ordered Togo once. After both visits, I would rather drive the extra 15 mins to eat at the one in Merritt Island. After picking up our Togo order, I got home to find my medium well burger was completely raw inside. I was disappointed and called the restaurant to complain. They offered a very generous 10% off my next visit. I decided to give them another try and eat in the restaurant. I had a buy one lunch entree and get the other free. We ordered off the lunch menu, and we both were finished eating before 3pm. However, our server did not arrive with our check until 3:04. I attempted to use the coupon, the server said, "it's past lunch hour now so you can't use this." I reminded her that we ordered off the lunch menu and we both were finished well before the lunch hour ended. She left the table to speak with a manager, thought they would go ahead and take the coupon. Instead, she returns to the table only to tell me the computer will no longer allow her to ring us up on the lunch menu. This meant we were getting charged for dinner prices when we both had lunch quantity. Pretty irritated, I requested the manager to the table...he was just as rude. On my third visit, I ended up leaving as soon as I sat down. Note, this was months after the incident above happened. The host sat us down at the table. We both were looking at our menus when another waitress approached and ripped the menus out from under my arms. It was not quite dinner time yet, and she said we couldn't have those menus. The service has always been friendly and very accommodating. This location is especially great for 95 travelers; it's directly off the 195 exit with very easy on/off access. I got the salad bar & my partner had one of the hamburger options. The hamburger was great quality & the salad bar had a huge array of items! Everything looked & tasted fresh. So we said ok maybe last time it was just a bad day. Nope... ordered chicken Cobb salads.. menu states fresh tomatoes, avocado, crispy chicken, corn,bacon, egg and croutons. It was wilted lettuce, nasty corn with popcorn chicken. We sent it back and asked for nothing else just watched our kids eat.
