Came off the auto train and we had about a 3 hour drive so we were looking for a place to eat- saw the sign on 95 and jumped off- and we had a great meal. The burger was juicy and cooked to order. The salad bar looked pretty crowded and messy, they do their best to clean up after folks- but I didn't want to get involved in all that. The ceasar salad was great crunchy fresh! The server was quick, responsive and friendly!

Ruby Tuesday 3780 Fiske Blvd. Rockledge, FL 32955 0 Stars Chain restaurant review ***SWILL ALERT*** What began in 1972 by some frat boys expanded to over 900 locations, including locations in Canada, Chile, Egypt, El Salvador, Guam, Honduras, Hong Kong, India, Kuwait, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Trinidad and Tobago, and Panama at its height in the late 1990s. However, ventures into other eating establishments and then the worldwide pandemic caused them to file for Chapter 11. The company emerged restructured and leaner, operating 209 restaurants at this point. Some say we are "lucky" to have one of the 209 Ruby Tuesdays still in operation located in Brevard County. Well, excuse my French, but I say, "Bunkum"! Kathleen is the server today and she was far, far better than the slop she was slinging. When eating rubbish, I wonder if the servers know they are passing off dredgings to their customers. I know it's not their fault, but they must know. I asked Kathleen for one Rib eye Ribs & Crispy Shrimp Combo and one Cheeseburger sans onion and tomato. Before too long, Kathleen returned with my fare. I have to direct your attention to the pictures with a sincere, "WTF am I looking at?" One look and you can tell that the ribs were microwaved (see the slime?). The steak was so pathetic I left the sample bite in my napkin. They do have an extensive salad bar, which I love to see in this post-COVID world; however, the ingredients in this one looked as good as the steak tasted, so it was a hard pass from me, Dawg. The Cheeseburger was so rare that you could still see the crop marks from the jockey. If this wasn't horse meat, I would be shocked. The fries were edible and cooked properly. The Big Boy says, "I wouldn't feed this sludge to Satan (if he exists)." SWILL ALERT SWILL ALERT SWILL ALERT

Great salad bar! Honestly I only come here for the salad bar. It's super easy to have my kids order off the kids menu while my husband and I get the salad bar. We have tried to order multiple things off of the regular menu. However, after not being too happy with the food we decided to just stick with the salad bar. They have a good variety of toppings and salad dressings. I really like to mix the ranch and the honey mustard together. Their pumpernickel croutons are amazing. I do feel bad for the bartender the night we went they had a pretty big section. They were able to provide the best service they could though. It's a casual spot, that looks like other Ruby Tuesdays. I wouldn't recommend putting on your Sunday Best to go here. It was on our way home from the beach so it was a great stop. If you're looking for a salad bar I definitely recommend going here. This place makes me miss having a Ruby Tuesdays in Orlando.

I ordered a bowl loaded with roasted sweet potatoes, which I love, along with sirloin steak and citrus chicken thigh, black beans, brown rice, carrots, red onions, baby spinach, green peppers, cucumbers, and egg. Basically, all the ingredients I would normally build for myself at home, just assembled efficiently and handed to me without the cleanup. The setup is cafeteria style, and I am perfectly fine with that. I actually prefer it over the help yourself buffet model where hygiene becomes a shared community experiment. Here, everything is controlled, assembled behind the counter, and moved along quickly. That gives me peace of mind, especially when you never quite know how mindful the person next to you is about washing their hands. What stood out is that the food was not just convenient, it was genuinely good. Fresh ingredients. Balanced flavors. Filling without feeling heavy. The dressing tied everything together and was honestly scrumptious. It elevated what could have been a standard health bowl into something I would happily go back for. If you need something healthy, customizable, and fast, especially when you are on the go, SoFresh delivers exactly that. It checks the boxes for clean ingredients, solid protein, and real flavor without overcomplicating the experience.

There was plenty to take home and have a second meal, and she said it was all delicious. I ordered the soup (clam chowder) and house Caesar. The soup was nice and hot and tasted great. The salad was good, though a tad heavy on the dressing. A general note about Miller's and its kids' menu: I have eaten at a few of these places around the state, and I find their policy about adults eating off the kids' menu to be weird. Some servers are fine with it and some claim management won't let them allow you to order of the other menu. Most items on the kids' menu cost about $8. The (adult) meatloaf is $8.50. The fish and chips are $7.99. So, what is the big deal about an adult ordering off the kids' menu if the costs are the same? Some of us don't want a 1/2 pound burger. The kids' menu has a 1/4 lb. burger. Also, we sometime dine with our disabled nephews, and they usually prefer "kid friendly" dishes. I wish Miller's would review this policy.
