Came in 8:30 on a Monday night. My sister and I ordered two lemon drop martinis to get started when the server came to the table. They were less than half full in a traditional martini glass, which honestly is a shot. I hate to do this, but I asked the server about it. She went back to the bartender who was also the store manager, and the manager said we should've ordered them on ice? I've been ordering lemon drop martinis for years and never been served a shot. So instead of making it right, she decided to toss out the Tito's vodka we had ordered and we ordered margaritas that she made sure to be crammed full of ice and again served a shot lol . I normally enjoy the Ruby Relaxer but tonight this was anything but relaxing. We arrived at 4:30pm ordered our drinks and meal and left at 5:50pm without ever receiving any food. We waited patiently and then had to ask for a manager who was another waitress who was able to get us our check when we told her we were still waiting. The least they could have done was offer us a free salad bar bit they didn't think to do that. We paid the bill with no tip for the first time ever. read more

Okay, so this is my second time in life eating at a Ruby Tuesday period. I don't really do these type of restaurants and I try to stay away from the chains. Our server was a little slow with her movements and she didn't know much about their simple menu. My first drink tasted like juice and the second one wasn't much of a upgrade. The margarita tasted like juice as well so we had to buy more shots to put into our already dying virgin drinks. The mozzarella sticks were fresh so the cheese pull was there and the salad I made from the bar was free so I won't complain about the lack of options. The ribeye was okay, it just lacked flavor but I did enjoy the sautéed mushrooms, broccoli and mashed potatoes. For the price I would've went somewhere else and needless to say.... I would not recommend this Ruby Tuesday to anyone. We ordered food for delivery and when it arrived, portions of or meals were missing. When I spoke with James (the manager), he refused to resolve the issue. He told us if we wanted our items that weren't delivered I'd have to drive to the restaurant to pick up the items. I paid for delivery so why would I have to drive there for my items! I asked if he could do a discount reimbursement to compensate us for the missing food and James said "no". I asked if the original delivery person could come back with the food and he again said "no". What kind of manager doesn't want to keep the customer happy?? Just a ridiculous way to operate a restaurant and also explains why we no longer have a Ruby Tuesday in our home location. First of all, our server was on top of her game; polite, sweet, and efficient. We were a party of two and both got the burger special with the garden bar; the garden bar was lacking a couple of items. The food arrived quickly, the burgers were tasty but very tiny, not much more than a kid's burger. My wife thought my tater tots tasted like they were fried in old oil, but her fries did not. The floor by the garden bar was very sticky; my wife's sandal actually stuck so firmly that her sandal almost stayed stuck to the floor when she stepped away. The men's bathroom was not quite bathroom-off-of-the-interstate bad, but it should have been much cleaner. The floor in the bathroom was so sticky that you could hear it when you moved your feet. A lot of the restaurant needed some TLC; the windows sills were terrible. We overheard someone say the restaurant was under new management, so hopefully these issues will be addressed quickly. read more

I absolutely enjoy Ruby Tuesday's salad bar! I've never had a bad experience with it. During this visit I had the Smokehouse Bacon Burger, my friend had the Ultimate Chicken sandwich and we both had tots. They left the bacon off my burger but the server corrected the issue. It wasn't busy and we enjoyed the quiet.... I recommend the Bourbon Glazed Salmon Steak Cheeseburger Fish or chicken sandwich I don't think that you could go wrong....I'll visit again.... read more

A group of us went in to Ruby Tuesday for a meal after attending a meeting. The Service was excellent and the Food was delicious. Anthony, our server, took the orders promptly. Given the size of our group, all our food was brought out in a reasonable amount of time. Also, EVERY order was correct and served to perfection. The manager, Lakeisha (I think) stopped by our table to make sure that we were good and everything that we ordered or needed had been taken care of. This was a stop in on my road trip back to Connecticut. I was impressed by the salad bar and that was it. When I walked in there was a girl sitting behind the hostess desk that didn't notice me for a while. She was very into her phone. I was seated in an area that no one could see me so I moved to the bar where the server was so I could be served. I asked a few questions about the menu and the waitress pretty much said she doesn't drink (although she was the bartender) nor does she "really eat anything from here" so I just stuck to the salad bar. I also ordered spinach dip however it tasted like water with spinach in it so I requested for it to be taken off. A nice gentleman overheard this conversation and purchased me a drink that he request for himself (not on the menu). Thanks to this man my experience was a 2 star. Other things I noticed included a weird smell but I think it may have been old mop water and the credit card machine required the server to put the customers card in and walk around the building holding it up in the air to "find service" in order to run the card .... Just what we expected. Friendly atmosphere. Attentive staff. A marvelous salad bar and bottomless tea. We had the four way sampler which is a different sampler than we remembered. All of it was good, but it was all deep fried. A little heavy and kinda salty. The tater tots smothered in cheese, bacon, green onions.....oh yum. My favorite thing about Ruby Tuesdays is the salad bar. I was glad to see that the dine was open as well as the salad bar. It was very social distanced and everyone seemed to respect boundaries inside. Service was professional and very friendly. Atmosphere was cozy. I really did enjoy my experience here. I had the full rack of whiskey ribs with the salad bar. I ate mostly salad and took most of the ribs to go. I didnt care much for the Whiskey glaze/sauce but the ribs were really tender. Double bacon cheeseburger was thick and juicy. They offered drink specials. Got draft for $4 pints. Overall good experience. Will come again read more

We came here for my friend's birthday party and we had so much fun! Granted it was very slow and we were really the only people but it was really good service! I placed a curbside order using RT app and was given a 142pm pickup time. When I arrived and called no one answered.. ..EVER. i walked in around 15 min.later and eventually found a lone server. When i inquired about my order i was told not only was there was no staff to provide curbside but it was also going to an additional 15 min. When i asked why it was going to 30 min later than time stated the server became slightly agitated as she informed me if the staffing issues, the orders already placed, etc. My issue is, dont offer curbside if it doesnt exist and maybe dont catch an attitude when a customer asks WHY is it taking an addional 30 min than time given If the food is as bad as the service i will update. read more

odered food to go, this was the absolute worst bbq I've ever tried to eat. We honestly threw it all away and had to go get something else. The brisket was covered in subpar bbq sauce. The brisket that you could actually see that wasn't covered in bbq sauce looked and tasted as if it came out of a can. The coleslaw I think was rancid as well as the potato salad. So this place had one server doing like one section of the restaurant meanwhile they had a host standing at the host station not doing anything at all as a matter of fact he didn't have like he wanted to be there understandable we all have bad days but when you're at work you put your smile face on and do your job and you help others around you. We didn't even get drinks for about 35-45 minutes. Our order didn't get taken for another 20 minutes after that and our food didn't get there till about an hour and a half to two hours after being there by this time it was already past my child's bedtime and I was ready to go I need any of my food as it came out cold and missing half and stuff that was supposed to come on it I was over it didn't care didn't ask didn't want to be there. In all the one is for the fact that management did not create a workflow or have some sort of work around for this issue because what I witnessed could have been rectified easily if people would have worked together inside of this place. I definitely won't be going back to this particular Ruby Tuesdays. Food: 1 - I kind of struggle giving the food a one I kind of want to give it a -3 just because I didn't get for anything I paid for I mean honestly it was garbage I took my food home without even touching it and I threw it in a trash. None seem to care about their jobs or what they "should" be doing at work like not texting on your phone in front of the customer or snap chatting.. Ruby Tuesday is usually my last choice for a restaurant but I met up with a friend here, so I didn't have a choice. We sat at the bar and were greeted by the bartender and we put in our order. He did refill our waters which shouldn't be impressive, but it was. They don't do any military discounts, but you can use coupons.
