The service and type of employees who work here are very low quality. None seem to care about their jobs or what they "should" be doing at work like not texting on your phone in front of the customer or snap chatting.. I saw over 6 employees ponder over to the bar area to do just this. I sat, like I said above, in the bar area and the bartender couldn't be bothered to take my order. He had better things to do like watch the game and play on his phone. The food was subpar. Tater tots were AMAZING. Can't deny that. But the burger I ordered came out wrong but who could I complain to? No one was in sight. There was one gal who kept passing through who looked like a manager of some sort carrying around a laptop but she wasn't bothered to ask how we were, smile, ask if we needed anything. Ruby Tuesday is usually my last choice for a restaurant but I met up with a friend here, so I didn't have a choice. We sat at the bar and were greeted by the bartender and we put in our order. After that, he sat on a chair and played on his phone for a while, then he started talking with the waitresses and stuff. They were loud and cursing. It was awkward and unprofessional. He did refill our waters which shouldn't be impressive, but it was. They don't do any military discounts, but you can use coupons. It smells like dirty rag water in here every time, no matter which Ruby Tuesday I go to, and this one was no exception. So have fun here because I definitely didn't. I'm not sure where to start. I would have given 3 stars but bc of Ms. Annette made me give it 4 stars. I would have given 5 but.... there were more servers walking around eating than working. I also had the salad bar, and I got fooled by those croutons again, why to soft and spongy to be a croton. Main Course - I went with the BBQ Chicken. It was on their healthy choice menu. The chicken piece was smaller than expected but it had good flavor. I had the spaghetti squash as my side, added a little cracked pepper and it was perfect. Dessert - none ordered. Service - Very friendly waitress. I ordered dessert for my daughter as she had dinner already. I asked for them to come out together, well there was a five minute difference. This location is run down and poorly managed. The kitchen was out of the food I ordered (Loaded Baked Potato). Rather than inform the server that they could not fulfill the order and allow the server to come to the table and allow me to make a different selection from the menu. The kitchen staff placed two scoops of mashed potato's on a plate, threw some cheese, butter and sour cream on it and put it our for service. Now the server should have rejected this and come out to the table to inform me of the situation with my order. But instead she brings it to the table and says we are out of baked potato's so the kitchen prepared this for you instead. I asked to speak to the manager. And although he offered to have something else made I told him that my spouse already has her food in front of her. Now I have to make a new selection and wait? I explained to him why this is not right. He just gave me a blank stare and offered to make something else. I selected the salad bar instead and it was pretty bad. So I love Ruby Tuesday's so happy that one is near my home. My favorite thing is the salad bar and the bourbon salmon but today I got the bourbon chicken just as good. I was not disappointed. Although I did try the philly cheese steak potsticker for the first time not I'm pressed with the price. The service was not that great though we had to ask 2 people besides our waitress to get us refills. Now I know it was busy but at some point it felt like we where after thought. Then when they did start serving us. All our food came out at once which made our potstickers where barley warm. If the service had been top notch like I am normally get from them it would have been great. Then when I went to leave the waitress asked me 3 times if I wanted a to go drink. First time trying this restaurant. Our hostess and waitress were very pleasant and punctual. However the food was was just ok. Our first time EVER receiving a ribeye with so much fat on it. Ordered it medium well as we always do. But it was clearly rare ! Once we cut into the steak it was red throughout and blood just covered the awfully plated items. The green beans were so hard I could have swore they came right out the garden with no cook time. The only saving grace were the loaded baked potatoes. Will not visit another Ruby Tuesday. Dined here on this past Saturday night; had the salad bar twice and a side of chicken to add to the salad. Wife had the salad bar and my son ate a few bites of my salad (he's 2yo). Tasted ok going down but it's now three days later and I have just regained control of my bodily functions. It began with heavy vomiting around 4 am and continued for the next 7 hours. The diarrhea came shortly after that and has lasted for two straight days. This is the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. Wife had some effects but not as bad as me. As a regular traveler to this area, I will never eat here again and plan on filing a complaint with the heath department. The only reason for the one start is that a) I could t select zero stars and b) our waitress was nice. read more

First time there,for Anniversary lunch. Server was nice but didn't check on us that much. They messed up my order by not making it the platter so went to make it over instead of letting me start my meal with what they had to wait for an hour to get served. By then my husband and daughter had both finished eating. The beer was flat, the replacement BOTTLE of beer had to be asked for multiple times,after waiting for my food-ended up having it put in a to go box instead of eating there it was soggy,dry chicken, over cooked tortilla and the side was completely wrong. I like the seating at this location. Its clean and better lit than the mall location but the food taste and portions are far far better at the mall location. My first time here the food was ok. But this time the food was not so great. I love Ruby's tenders usually...here they literally took 1 chicken tender and cut it into 3 tiny strips, barely battered them and put them on my plate. The ribs were not as good as usual either. The mash potatoes were on point though. Hopefully this was just an off day. We'll try again in a few months and see if they improve. read more

After a long day of driving, we found a hotel and this Ruby Tuesday waiting for us. It was not a busy night so the place was not full. The staff was very friendly and I could tell they were used to seeing bleary eyed drivers just wanting food so they could go to bed. Our server was very nice and 'perky'... I forgot her name... sorry. She took our order and a few min later brought us some cheese biscuits. Small samples and said they were free so enjoy. They were good and reminded me of the ones at Red Lobster! Our meals came out quickly... I got a basic burger with onion rings. It was cooked to my liking and tasted fine. We were in and out of the place in about 30 min. All in all it was your basic Ruby Tuesdays. Kids were satiated (shrimp and fries, who wouldn't be?). I had salad bar. It was tasty, and considering the late hour (about 8pm?) quite fresh. Though the croutons weren't particularly crisp. Also, they had oil and vinegar for a dressing choice. Love that! (And not just vinegar, balsamic vinegar. Yum!). Glad we took a chance, despite the older, negative reviews. The salad bar is amazing. The chicken in for Mento cheese sandwiches really good. The service is kind of slow, does not seem that they get in a hurry for much. There New Orleans dish is good as well as the shrimp pasta. Don't go on a Sunday unless you're prepared to wait for a table, or you can sit at the bar like we do which is easier access to the salad bar. read more
