A party of 7 sat down 5 minutes after we sat down, and our food came out at the same time. I got the indestructible kabob for 15$ and the amount of food i got it shouldve been 10$. Ruby Tuesday is just is what it is. We go there when we're just super tired and desperate. Nothing against the staff it's just the company. I remember like 15 years ago it was so so good. It used the be a family night out. Now it's like ughhh I guess I'll go just because I'm hungry and don't want to cook. But I would kind of rather go hungry. This chain, particularly this location, is lacking. The service is always awful. My kids love the chicken fingers here, so we eat here regularly. I cannot remember a time where we did not have a problem. We were sort of destined to come here because there's really not anything in this area. I noticed Ruby Tuesday's on my app so decided to try them out. The only good thing about Ruby Tuesday's is they have a five dollar large beers. I ordered the ribs and they were probably the worst ribs I've ever had. The meat was rough, chewy and cold and not good at all. I also ordered the asparagus and fully loaded potato. The potato was the size of a biscuit and the asparagus was drenched in oil. Don't go here if you want friendly service at the bar. Came in tonight for some apps and cocktails at the bar. The bartender started shutting down at 8:30p cause he clearly wanted to get out of there. I overheard the bartender clearly say "Awww....F!" when another patron entered at 8:45p, which meant he was going to have to stay and work longer. Ruby Tuesday's is always a good option in the pub food chain genre. Some are better than others and many have closed but you can usually tell the ones on the closing list by the neglect they show months ahead of the announcement. This location I am happy to say shows no signs of that. Very clean with a well stocked fresh salad bar. Entrees are well cooked if a bit over seasoned. Great Salad Bar. Good salad bars are so hard to come by. This is a great one. The Barkeep tells me that there is a full time employee whose sole purpose it the salad bar. It's fresh, clean, well stocked and chilled well. Kudos. Great selections. The mystery meat was a mystery to me though. The best part is the awesome Chicken Bella entree is paired with the salad bar, so it leaves me with a good portion of take-away for another day. The unsweetened ice tea with extra lemons was very good, however the barkeep didn't recognize unexpressed refill needs timely. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Was going to get some grub before my flight, and right away i regretted it. The smell of spoiled cheese smacked me as soon as I walked in. Everyone at the bar was talking about it as well. Supposedly, the floor drains we're having an issue and it's been like that for a while. The bartender said he doesn't even smell it anymore. They spread water over the floors by the drains, to mask the smell while i was eating. The food - was not bad. it was corporate standard. On my trip to the bathroom, the bottom of my shoes were sticky the entire trip to and from the bathroom. Sticking to the floor. I understand sometimes this happens, but to hear from the staff it's been like that, and they are used to it is completely revolting. We were getting take-out salad bar from Ruby Tuesdays sometimes as much as twice a week over the summer. if you join their email club you get a lot of great promos and deals and to be honest, we loved their salad bar! We moved to CT from CA where we had MANY build your own salad restaurants and we miss that! So finding Ruby Tuesday's salad bar was a win for us. However, starting in the fall, we realized the quality of the salad bar items, how often they would refill (we could wait for 10-15 minutes after asking to get more lettuce because it was empty), and the fact that they would run out of items often (as early as 5PM on a weekday) really has discouraged us from returning. We have tried to go back once or twice but it's been disappointing each time. read more

We had a few small issues here, but overall this is a very satisfactory outpost of the chain, located very close to Bradley Airport. The food and service have been pretty good in our recent dinner experiences. There's a relatively new salad bar which has some decent options including something besides iceberg lettuce. The chicken and steak dishes have been tasty and fairly priced. Just bear in mind this isn't fine dining and you should expect a nice meal out. Our complaints include a very friendly server who crowded our appetizers and entrees together and who couldn't quite describe the dessert we asked about (a nonetheless yummy goblet sundae). Otherwise this restaurant is clean and attractive, the bar has good options, and the staff is reasonably efficient. We're happy to dine here when we're in the area. read more

Standard fare at standard prices. Ruby Tuesday has a differentiating factor in that it's "garden bar" is second to none. Other than that it's the same American food you find at 99, Applebee's, TGI Fridays and the like. Service was moderate. If it wasn't for the Garden Bar, and if the signs were removed from the building, I would not have known what standard restaurant I was in. The initial meeting by the hostess was a little disquieting as we wanted to be near the salad bar as my wife is mobility impaired but it appeared she was more interested in assigning work equally amongst the servers. Stopped in this evening for dinner. I hadn't been in a Ruby Tuesday's in a little while and was very pleasantly surprised. Bartender was super Pleasant and attentive. It's a chain with national advertising. It's gotta meet certain minimum standards. Why such harsh reviews about service? How bad can service be to warrant such negative reviews? I mean, really, this is a Ruby Tuesday. It is basic chain restaurant that is clean and mildly consistent. They have a new menu and decor which was pretty reasonable. The new cheddar biscuits are terrible little hockey pucks and you get exactly the number for the table. I expected something good but they were dry and hard. I had the crab cake, cauliflower mash, and broccoli. Basic and fine. Everyone else we were with seemed to enjoy their meal and clear their plates. I didn't go with the salad bar because they are always kind of gnarly. It looked fine though. Exceeded my expectations which were not that high. First time at a ruby Tuesdays. Had the blackened tilapia with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Nice creamy potatoes.
