My son was hungry so I went in to Rubys to be greeted by know one. I waited then I walked to the chef and placed my order. A couple minuted later the GM-Betty asked if I had been helped. I told her I ordered with the chef and need to pay for what I ordered-a bacon and egg burrito plain. I was very specific that it needed to be plain for my son and she preceded to tell me what it comes with. I told her, I want the burrito plain with eggs, bacon, and tortilla. She gave me attitude and gave me the price of $9.71. I gave her my card and she gave me a shallow thank you. I will never go to this Ruby's ever. I love Ruby's but the service at this location is beyond lacking. We were seated promptly but it took over 20 minutes before I had to ask a bus boy to see if we even had a waitress. A manager came over and rushed us to order and only checked on us once "Maddy" our "waitress" did a whooping refill. There will be no tip. And there will be no returning to this location. I really hope that "MADDY" and the manager "DEAN" get some customer service training from corporate. read more

This Ruby's has very great service and yummy food. I had a guacamole burger minus the tomato and it was cooked perfectly! Definitely kid friendly! My girlfriend and I went with our 2 babies (7 and 10 months). My little guy made a huge mess and the server was great about it. (I did try to pick most of it up, but he told me not to worry). Johnny was my server. My partner and I stopped for lunch while waiting for our client to return home. Staff greeted us and sat us immediately awesome. The server took a while to come by and take our order. Burger I got was good I will give them that. What happened to our beloved Rubys? A family favorite since I was a kid, then taking my own kids there. Lots of memories but oh my how it has changed. It has been our "go to" with the kids for 8 years now. Sadly we wont be back. I said that to myself, my husband, mom, and kids the last time we went 2 weeks ago. This time, I am sticking to it. We were seated by a gal who eneded up being our waitress but I wouldn't have known that because it took a good 15 min for her,or anyone for that matter, to come to our table to get our drink order. Then another 15 min to get our actual drinks, then over 30 min for our food. Kudos to our two very hungry and thirsty kids (8 &5yrs old) for hanging in there as long as they did. Finally get our food, well not ours, theirs. "Something" was wrong with my meal that needed fixing. 5 min later I got my meal. We ate, food was fine..but had to ask and flag someone down for refills on drinks. Then my son needed more water and seeing how slow it took for everything else, I just got up and asked the waiter who thankfully was at the drink stand. 10 more min go by..still waitress doesn't come by to check on us. My mom had to do big arms in the air to get her attention and mouth "check please" so we could get out of there. Not that I needed a free meal but there was nothing said or done about the late meal or poor service. Maybe a few $ off or coupon for a shake? So..adios Ruby's. Ruby's was my favorite childhood spot to come with the family when I was a kid. Now that I've come back when I'm older I can only like it based on the nostalgia. The atmosphere is cool. But $9 for a burger? Are you kidding me. The shakes aren't cheaper either and the food, while above average, doesn't justify what you'll pay. The service is prompt, attentive, they get your order right the first time, we even came kinda late one time and the staff was still super courteous even though it was near closing time. Came here this afternoon because my aunt was visiting and wanted a salad she has always liked at Rubys. The hostess wasn't particularly friendly and didn't really make eye contact. It was an off time after lunch and before dinner so they weren't super busy. The menus were on the table...they don't have the chicken finger salad any more. My food was ok. The service was a bit slow and not overly friendly. I guess I realized why I hadn't been to Rubys in awhile and won't be back. That was an expensive, not good lunch. I hope the people with kids and old folks got a kick out of the train. It just doesn't do it for me. read more

I had the Cobb Burger it was ok nothing extra ordinary I actually think I red robin clue cheese burger is better. My garlic fries was saggy and cold. I asked for new fries and my friend got hers first and I had to remind the waitress for my fries. Upon paying I know why my fries were good there are 4 servers and the diner is busy I saw many orders waiting on their counter to be pick up and deliver to the tables. I understand when the restaurant is busy but you would hope that the server will move much faster and the manager would be nicer. read more

Asked for a water, did not receive one. The slim thicc waitress was chill. I mixed n matched shake flavors and not gonna lie, it tasted a little funky. The noise level was unsatisfactory, too many preteens. Overall I had a swell meal, I would def come again. Update, came again on a Saturday and it strangely was not poppin. Got some shady looks as I walked in but whatever I'm used to it. Mixed n matched shake flavors once again, it was dank. There was confusion concerning my companions sesame seed allergy. Had the apple oatmeal and a hard boiled egg for breakfast. Breakfast here is a hidden gem. There aren't a lot of options in the area and this hits the spot. Francisco was hands down the best server I've had here. My boyfriend and I come in far too often and the service is usually alright. Sometimes a little slow, but never bad. Francisco happily accommodated all the strange modifications to the order I made and politely informed me of which ones couldn't be done because of the way the dish was made. He also figured out how to get me a hard boiled al carte egg. I didn't see it on the menu, so I was anticipating being told I couldn't have it. However, he was extremely kind and didn't think twice about it. He also came by to check on me and make sure my food was the way I wanted and even made a bit of small talk. I love a server who knows how to talk just enough to put you at ease while dining alone and doesn't intrude. The food is spot on, considering the kind of place this. I actually enjoyed my oatmeal quite a bit. However, I think service is where restaurants in this tier can stand out. Francisco made my dining experience from me mediocre to awesome. Well I have been to Ruby's many times. This particular day we went for my niece's bday lunch. I got there warly and had to leave earlier then everyone, due to work. When i sat down a waiter came over to me and asked about my drink preference and went to retrieve it. Once he set down my drink, i didn't see him until the rest of my party got there.....15 minutes later! Now, i had gotten there a little early so i could order my food and not be late for work. Besides that issue, the food was good. I had the caeser salad and a cup of chili. I enjoyed the chili because it was shredded beef instead of beans and chuncks of beef. I left before everyone else was done with their meals, but they seemed to enjoy it. read more

I only with I could give this 0 points. I ordered through their website. It said the food would be ready in 13 minutes, at 12:35. I drove up and called. I was put on hold for 4 minutes. A worker ran an order out to someone. I called back. Was told they never received the order, which was already charged to my account and had sent an email receipt. They asked me to come in. I had ordered curbside so I wouldn't enter. I looked through the window and saw people without masks. I am over 65 and at risk, do I explained I could not come in. The manager said he couldn't hear me. I spoke loud to be heard through the mask. He said I was yelling so he could not help me. I drove home and called the corporate office. Only could leave a message. I called the restaurant back to get a refund. Manager refused. Said he had already cooked the food. Worst experience ever. Plus, this establishment saw nothing wrong in endangering my health. read more

They advertise they have breakfast all day but that is very limited at lunch and dinner. Took my wife and two grand nieces to dinner. Kids loved their food and they each had a shake for dessert. My wife and I split a hamburger and fries. No charge to split. Food is good, service was okay. Our guy left before we were done and we felt orphaned. Arrived at Ruby's dinner at 12:01 on thanksgiving day. There were plenty of people in the restaurant ordering from waiters as we walked to the front door. To my suprise the doors were locked. I knocked on the door to get a explanation. The hostest saw me at the door and ignored me and went on with her buisness. From outside I could clearly see people sitting down and ordering drinks and lunch. Several other people arrived and also had the same reaction with no luck. There was no sign posted of hours of operation or anything of that nature. I have been going there for years and this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I do not plan on returning soon.
