I stopped by this place my first night in Manitou Springs. It's a small cozy place with maybe 6 or 7 tables. The staff was really friendly and made some recommendations to help us figure out what to order. The pizza was really good overall and I really enjoyed the crust. At the new hells kitchen store off of 115 by tinsel town. Came in to order and watched the only cook take my order and payment. Then starts to toss dough, while tossing dough walks back to the back of the store and opens the walk in cooler and goes right back to tossing the dough. He then decided to wash his hands with ONLY water. Got our food and it was great. While eating the customer sitting in front of me leaves. Another employee cleans the table off (dishes)comes back with a dry cloth and pushes the crumbs on the floor. Grease and finger prints clearly visible. Folks are real nice. I am taking into consideration that they just opened and the quality of the food. Hopefully they will review this and get a grip on the cleanliness because the food is excellent. read more

We waited a (not that long line) for about 10 minutes (2pm on a Saturday), line didn't really move that much and not much food was coming out of the kitchen so we decided to leave...was already late for lunch and would've been another 20-30 min before we would see any food. read more

They're open late but still with a big smile and a positive attitude. These guys are never tired and always try to provide the best service. Appreciated the great pizza each time I went there (once a year basically) proof that the quality was constant. You can split the pizza in two different toppings which makes sharing with friends easier. I can't speak to a whole pie but, by the slice leaves much to be desired. They get a 2 because my son said the pepperoni was good. The 4 cheese was a 1 at best, same for the mac n cheese. Waited for our Hawaiian slice, that was never brought to us, no apology so just asked for refund. read more

Had the inferno pizza... not so hot that I couldn't take it but hot enough to be hot. The perfect amount of cheese and sauce, crust was perfect. Had one of each of the knobs. The inferno knob was meh, the garlic knob was decent and the cinnamon knob was good - all of the knobs could have been softer though. The marinara dipping sauce was flavorful but cold. I am not taking too much away because most of my gripes are really preference... maybe I'm wrong. Altogether good service, good atmosphere, great pizza. Had a slice of white cheese and pepperoni. Both were bland and taste like a frozen pizza. That kinda cardboard crust and no flavor cheese.

This was probably the worst tasting pizza we have ever had. It tasted like day old pizza that they just threw in their ovens to heat up and sell to unsuspecting guests. The restaurant smelled like mold and sever water damage. Gross. Won't be going back. read more

We've eaten here a couple times and recommend their pizza for its flat but tasty crust, flavorful sauce and appropriate amount of cheese and toppings. I've had thin crust pizza from other places that is nothing more than a bland cracker. This is not that. The gal behind the counter was polite and attentive while taking our order and in response to restocking silverware and supplies. They don't serve beer or wine, but you can bring your own in. While waiting for our pizza we walked up the street to get a six pack of beer to have. The tables are squished in at odd angles to each other so you don't have much privacy or elbow room, but pizza is for casual dining anyway. read more

Ok, I usually do not do updated reviews, but man has this place gone down hill. The service is just terrible anymore, the lady that has worked the counter the last few times we went in was terrible. She needs to take some classes on what customer service is. The pizza has also gone down hill. The mac-n-cheese pizza used to be amazing, but now it is so skimpy with mac-n-cheese and sauce that tastes like you are eating just crust. They used to have garlic salt on the table, which made the pizza even better, but they no longer do that and I always have to ask for it, now they only have garlic powder. The wait to get your food is crazy sometimes and since the place is so small there is no room to wait for your food. I have given them several chances and every time I am more disappointed than the last time. This really saddens me, because they used to have really good pizza :( read more

OK. The pizza looked better than it actually tasted and was overpriced. The seating is limited, the restaurant is extremely cramped and small, and the entire ordering process is terrible. We ended up sitting outside because there was nowhere to sit inside - and we waited 10 minutes to even order. There's no menu board - in fact, we couldn't even find a menu. Their 'special' of 2 slices and a soda for almost $10 is extremely overpriced and the pizza was nothing special. The sauce was a little strange and there was too much of it. The kitchen also lived up to it's name - it was dirty as hell - and that was just the area we could see from the counter. The pizza tasted ok - but nothing we'd return for. read more

I love Ruffrano's! The staff are always friendly and recognize locals. The pizza is one of a kind and the garlic knots are heavenly. I usually have them deliver because it is free! Their pizzas are huge and made with fresh ingredients. Hell's Kitchen also supported 2014's Maniboo which is held by Manitou Springs Elementary School. I like that Hell's Kitchen not only has top notch food and service, but also makes a point to support local groups. read more

This is my son's favorite place to eat in Manitou Springs and now I know why. So incredibly good, fresh and with some unique types of pizza. The crust is slightly crunchy and brings a wonderful texture while the sauce and toppings tie it all in together to make a great New York style pizza. My favorite is the Four Cheese White. The food was great but the service not so much. We ordered are food and 30 minutes went but without getting anything. Finally my calzone came out but the rest of my family's food didn't come. I was really disappointed with the food and service... I don't know if we went in when the "B" team was working but the food was sub par and the service was awful. The lady who rang us up was perfectly friendly but forgot to bring out garlic knots out, so we got our pizza before our app, our pizza took in the upwards of 25-30+ minutes, and it was less than spectacular. If you're looking for a slice after the bar this might be the place for you otherwise I would recommend trying one of the other hundred restaurants in Manitou. read more

With free delivery, I know I will be ordering from them regularly. The pizza is delicious! Mike is great! I was asking a lot of questions since it was my first visit. He was very helpful!
