2023 Forest River Sunseeker 3250 Class C RV
Darryl V.

Visited RV Supercenter on my way to camping world. Glad I made that turn into RV Supercenter one drive way too soon. Gunny aka Rene was amazing from start to finish. His honesty, integrity and overall knowledge was refreshing. He quickly determined what I was looking for and showed me exactly what I wanted. If you're looking for an honest and overall great buying experience I highly recommend giving these guys a shot. Please ask for Gunny he will take good care of you. We picked up a 2023 Sunseeker Class C Rv. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and experience!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Gunny while looking for an 5th wheel. It was a great experience, he was very knowledgeable in the products, not pushy, really allowed me to explore my options and they actually worked with me financially. Juan and the service department were awesome. I made a mistake and they were able to work with me and take care of me even though it was last minute. I would definitely come back. Great experience all the way through financing.

About to take our new baby home.

My husband and I have talked about getting an RV for years. We've visited several places but RV SuperCenter gave us the best experience. Their staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming as well as knowledgeable. Gunny walked us through and showed us RV's that matched what we were looking for. His knowledge, patience and positive attitude led us to making our first RV purchase. The staff walked us through every aspect of RV life. From glamping to dry camping, they helped us with it all. We're extremely happy with it and can't wait to take it on our first trip soon.

Well from the get go Gunny was very welcoming and made it very clear that he appreciated us just stopping by to look. No pressure, very knowledgeable and patient. While touring the grounds he recommended a great spot to eat nearby called Septembers. Of course we took him up on the suggestion and were very satisfied. Go and see Gunny, he's full of great recommendations and will provide/find you the best deal in town! RV, Food, he's a local to the are

Just bought this from the rv center ask for gunner.

He is not your typical salesman who's just trying to close a deal. He genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to understand what they're looking for. The two RVs we originally came to see had already been sold, but instead of trying to push us into something outside of our budget, Nick searched through the inventory and found us the perfect match. We absolutely loved it and ended up purchasing it. He was patient, attentive, honest, and never made us feel pressured. We truly couldn't appreciate him more. Unfortunately, once we moved past the sales process, our experience changed. We waited about 2 1/2 hours to complete our purchase. While we understand that dealerships can get busy, there was never an acknowledgment or apology for the long wait. Even a simple "Sorry for the delay" or a small gesture of appreciation something as simple as a complimentary set of camping chairs or another goodwill accommodation, would have gone a long way in making us feel valued as customers. Our interaction with Alex in finance was also disappointing. The process felt rushed, and when we asked if he could match the financing rate from our pre-approval, he seemed irritated rather than willing to discuss our options. Buying an RV is a major investment, and we expected to feel like our questions were welcome instead of feeling like we were inconveniencing someone. I don't usually leave negative reviews because I know everyone has difficult days, but I also think it's important to share an honest experience. Nick made this purchase happen, and without him, we likely would have walked away. He is a tremendous asset to Camping World and deserves recognition for the level of customer service he provides. For anyone planning to buy from Camping World, here are a few tips: - Ask for Nick- pictured here! he truly puts his customers first. - Get pre-approved for financing before you arrive. - Let the dealership know ahead of time if you already have financing. - Make sure you have RV insurance lined up before delivery, as proof of insurance is required. Despite the frustrations we experienced after the sale, we're excited about our new RV and are grateful that Nick made the buying experience enjoyable. Thank you, Nick, for your patience, professionalism, and genuine care.

After coordinating with them for a period of time to do work on my RV, I had an abrupt ending which was extremely perplexing. I am only posting this because being in an extremely vulnerable position, and they knew that I was. I had been communicating with them about upkeep work I needed for my RV and was waiting on funding. After speaking with Jon mostly they came out to my Location to assess the work and then give me a quote for it. Everything was set up for them to do the work and when the time came to do the work they told me to go somewhere else. Now before anyone thinks, "There must be something I did, or there is more to the story", I beg you, that is not the case. It was understood that once all the parts came in that we would set up the install time. Mind you I am a single woman and have zero support to get anything mechanical done. Once my parts came in, I was set up to have them do the work. When I called to schedule the appointment, they were rude and told me to "separate" and "go my own way"??? Are we dating? I want to also make it very clear that I, in no way, was rude or demanding. In fact, everything was extremely cordial just like most of the comments about them, saying they are friendly and accommodating as heck! Which I have always found them to be. But now, when I really needed help to do the installs, I was told i am not able too? Honestly, I would just like to know why they treated me that way, when I have been extremely nice and patient. At this point, I am extremely frustrated and confused, cause now I have to start all over again with parts sitting in my yard that I have to hide so they don't get stolen. Why would someone do this to a person? Its literally two simple installs and I am ready to have it done. RV Masters! I thought you were one of the good guys, Apparently NOT!

FANTASTIC RV SHOP! Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. These Karens have obviously never gone through a a consignment sale tied up with banks/loans and legal when selling vehicles. It takes MONTHS. Go to Overland RV, you won't be disappointed.

This shows again there is no supervision and absolutely no quality control whatsoever. We were told that our awning would be a "couple inches shorter" due to the fabric having to be "folded" and sewn. Before paying, i opened awning & realized that the awning was was not "shorter" as stated by Federico. I went up onto the roof and sure enough, Saw that they used duct tape instead of Sewing! Federico stated he was unaware of this but it would last longer? Really?? There is no oversight of work performed on RV's We also paid Nathan to have faucets replaced at kitchen & bath and they only "hand tightened" fittings and now we have water damage inside of our cabinets. I also asked Nathan to fix the latch on my screen door and when I arrived, they were spraying a can of WD-40 into the latch instead of replacing as I was told they were going to do. The WD-40 ran down onto my steps and was tracked in across the floor, No clean up or apologies. Again, No oversight or supervision whatsoever on multiple requested repairs. You can see my other review regarding the wallpaper install disaster that has led me to file a small claims case. They will put you off forever promising repairs and then state that you are "out of warranty" I threatened litigation and they agreed to repair bad wallpaper install to only make it worse by the unqualified "auto mechanics" I asked for my monies to be returned for original wallpaper install that had bubbles throughout and enough wallpaper for replacement As I no longer trust Overland to do any repairs on our coach. Both Federico and Nathan have refused this request and so we will be heading to court. In a nutshell, they installed bad wallpaper that bubbled throughout, they put me off for 2-1/2 years without excuse after excuse, and when I finally threatened litigation, they agreed to repair all areas of concern. unqualified technicians went in and made it worse and caused substantial damages to woodwork and trim. Now they tell me I'm out of warranty. Nope!

We booked a RV (#C15 Luxury Sunseeker) through RVFunRental (*RFR) on the RVShare site on 3/31--for travel 7/10-7/18. The RV we booked sleeps 10--with bunk beds, modern décor, and new amenities. On Monday, 7/6, 4 days before our trip--*RFR cancelled our RV booking, and sent a message through the RVShare app. *RFR indicated that our RV was damaged due to gas found in the water system--and offered a subpar alternative replacement--with fewer specs, less sleeping spots (sleeps only 8), and less modern décor & amenities. We declined the alternative RV--and called *RFR to speak with Matt, and GM Miguel. Later, we found *many* negative reviews for *RFR --many posted in June--after our March booking. We requested *RFR to correct their error--and offer an equivalent swap, or RV with more specs at their cost. This is standard expectation and professional customer service--for listing a damaged and dangerous vehicle for rent. Craziest part: *RFR is still actively listing the same damaged #C15 unit on RVShare's website!! *RFR is still accepting bookings for an RV they acknowledge is damaged, unsafe, and has gas in the water reserve. From the swap options, we chose a new RV (#C19) with fewer specs and slept fewer people. Miguel assured me that *RFR would do a clean swap and absorb any extra costs--to replace my damaged RV. GM Miguel then asked me to cancel my original 3/31/26 #C15 reservation through RVShare--and rebook directly through them. I refused this shady request. *RFR wanted me to create a paper trail where I initiate the RV cancellation--resulting in cancellation-fees on my end. When I refused to initiate the cancellation, Miguel/Matt/*RFR stopped answering their phone and never ever called me back since. I sent messages in the RVShare app--requesting follow-up and confirmation for my new #C19 RV replacement. After several hours of nonresponsive calls/texts, I began receiving brief, confusing, and uninformative screenshots in the RVShare app of my replacement RV--along with email confirmations that the new #C19 vehicle had replaced my reservation. *RFR instructed me to accept the new reservation in the app--however, the new booking had increased fees. When asked about the extra fees--that Miguel already agreed to cover, nobody responded to me in the app, and ignored all calls to explain and provide clarity. The next day, *RFR sent another app message--saying the #C19 vehicle had been rented, since I didn't accept the new booking (with unexplained added costs they promised I wouldn't incur). This is also a lie; the #C19 vehicle is still actively listed on RVShare for my exact travel dates. RVShare has since refunded my money--and my family scrambled to book another RV. Summary: 1) *RFR rented a damaged and unsafe #C15 vehicle that they knew had gas-contaminated water from a previous complaint. 2) *RFR bait-and-switch-cancelled my original booking with a subpar replacement. 3) *RFR wanted me to initiate a cancellation directly through RVShare and rebook through them instead (to create a false paper trail that I was cancelling my RV booking). 3) *RFR promised to correct their error and replace my RV with an equivalent vehicle with no added cost--when they in fact tried to get me to accept a new booking at additional/unexplained fees/charges. 4) *RFR cancelled the 2nd vehicle offered to me--claiming it was no longer available, when #C19 is still populating in RVShare listings. 5) *RFR stopped answering my calls/texts, and did not address their shady tactics in the RVShare messaging app. 5) The original damaged/unsafe #C15 with the gas-in-water tank problem is still actively listed by *RFR on the RVShare site! 6) *RFR has many recent negative reviews from May-June (posted after our March booking) for similar bait-and-switch tactics and nonresponsive, unprofessional customer service. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH *RFR. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR TRIP.
