Great sales experience. Even though Gunny was getting ready to head home he stayed and showed us some trailers. No pressure sale and made a great deal. Also liked that Veronica over in finance didn't try and upsell a bunch of stuff. I took my trailer to them to get the fridge looked at, it was a used trailer (from RV Supercenter) but the fridge worked fine until I took it on a trip and it randomly stopped working. I knew it was just something small cause it was working fine before but I took it to get fixed because I live full time in it and I need a working fridge haha. They charged $87.50 for a half hour, or in other words the diagnosis of the problem. They also fixed my door that wasn't working in the process so that was nice. They ended up telling me that my "cooling unit" is what's wrong with it and that I need to basically replace the whole fridge and that would be around $4000. Or i could just fix the cooling unit but they would still have to pull the whole fridge out and with labor it would only be a little less than that so it's better to just replace it. I was upset and I took it home. I started watching some youtube videos about how to fix it myself. BTW they told me I wouldn't be able to but I could try, I am a 21 year old girl, not a handyman at all hahaha. I found a part that intrigued me where the guy in the video said that sometimes this little sensor can pop out of place and it just needs to be clicked back in. I found the part he was talking about and pushed it back into place, turned on the fridge, and in the morning, it was working! Naturally, I was upset that I was almost out $4000!!!!!! And I called and told them my situation and asked for my $87.50 back. The man on the phone (John) was very friendly and said that he's sorry I was in that situation and he'll get ahold of Lisa (the front desk lady) right away. He said he left her a note right on her computer where she would see it. I said thank you and that I would call back if I didn't hear from her. I didn't her from her for 2 days so I called and she picked up this time. I explained my situation again, and she told me that I would need to bring the trailer all the way BACK for them to verify it as a misdiagnosis and get me a refund. The gas money alone to take it back to menifee is just not practical for me, not to mention the time out of my day and energy etc. so I told her I couldn't do that, but I'd be happy to send over a video of proof that it's working now or she offered to have a technician come out and look at it. I agreed and asked to be included on an email thread so I could stay updated on the status of the technician. She said okay, we got off the phone, and then she sent me just a blank email. After that, I realized that she was not actually being very helpful at all, kindof has a bad attitude, and didn't even call me after seeing the note on her computer in the first place, so she probably wasn't going to be in any kind of a hurry to send over a technician. I emailed again and went into Karen mode, saying I want the technician's info so I can contact him myself and that I'm just upset and I want my money back. I know it's not her fault, or even anyone trying to scam me, but a mistake was made and I just want my money. We argued for a bit back and forth but then she said I could send a video so I did. She said she would show the tech on Monday (this is on Saturday). Fast forward now it is Wednesday, still hadn't heard back. Emailed again, called multiple times checking up on the situation. They are short staffed and she was always on the phone with someone else or busy and she is the only person with the power to give me my money back. Convenient. She emailed me back (still hasn't called me) and basically told me I'm lying (the tech doesn't see how hitting a "reset" button fixed it) and that she would refund the $87.50 but she'll also charge me for fixing the door now. Which I never even asked for in the first place, I just asked them to "diagnose" it. I called for the 8th time and they said she left for the day. So I replied one more time, saying again that I want my money back completely for my inconveniences and I won't be bullied into just taking some or bringing it all the way back just to "prove" it when they already said they don't believe me anyways. Like bro honestly I hate to say this cause I'm not a feminist or anything, but I honestly feel taken advantage of because I'm young and female (aka I have no power, I can be pushed around and they can just take my money for no reason). I'm still trying to get my money back but I'm frustrated enough to leave a review. (I also realize also that I am being very annoying to her and I'm sure Lisa is a nice lady and just handling a lot of different customers. My husband and I have purchased several RVs over the years and this is the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE we have ever had with a transaction...THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! We've made several calls, left multiple voice mail messages and sent repeated emails for the Finance Manager and no response in relation to a refund for an extended warranty for a vehicle that was sold over 90 days ago. My sisters(Kayla) trailer has more issues than sports illustrated magazine, yet can't get anyone to help. This trailer is our biggest regret in life because we can't get any of these issues resolved. RV SuperCenter was the absolute best! I've been burned by all the big names for RV service. I used to drive to Temecula to get my trailer serviced; but it is usually a month before they can get you in. This last time I needed my slide out serviced; but unfortunately they couldn't help me. Since I won't take my trailer to the big name dealer in my city, I decided to try the small dealership and service center next door. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I truly felt like they understood the issues with my trailer and cared to make it right. I let them know that I had a big trip planned in 3 weeks and they were confident the parts would be in and repairs will be completed in time. They returned the trailer clean and a week early. Customer service was over the top which is something you rarely see today. I have found a new favorite service center. Give them a try for all your RV service needs! read more

Ok so, our motorhome air conditioning went out and we are leaving for a camping trip with all of my family. We called the service center and they were able to get us in quickly, they ordered the part and installed it within a few days. They are amazing, it is going to be 102 where we are camping. When we picked it up they had it cooled down, vacuumed and even made the bed since we had dropped it off straight from another camping trip. I won't go anywhere else.
