Purchased a 2025 sandstorm. Scott was my sales guy and was amazing to work with. Super helpful. I shopped around alot. Had a bunch of questions and Scott was there to answer any and all questions. Now on to financing. Things could have gone horrible here. I just started my own business but haven't been in business for 2 years so getting approved was a struggle. Terrible service department. I brought my rig in for a/c repair under warranty and to have other warranty work while the rig was in the shop since deductible was $50 if brought in where warranty was purchased. I purchased the warranty through this dealership and was told it was bumper to bumper. Only to find out that warranty company would not honor items under warranty. I dropped my rig into the service department on August 13, 2025 and just got it back on November 8, 2025. I had 11 items identified for warranty work and wanted to add a third a/c to be installed outside warranty work. Service rep sold me on a new Fusion a/c that they had in stock and I told them I wanted all three to match when warranty replace. The day of pick-up on November 8th, only to find out 3 items were only fixed. Front a/c replaced with original model, rear a/c motor replaced and blk/Grey shut off valve replaced. Service rep told me that they could not add a third a/c because they could not run the 110 wire through the ceiling using the existing vent hole. Is this not a service department? Seems warranty work is not their primary customers as my rig has been sitting on their lot for 3 months for 3 service items. Additionally we notice a scratch/ding when we got home, on one of the cargo door that was not there prior to dropping off. Very disappointed at dealership and service department as they do not care about their customers. I bought the rig and warranty from this dealership and was told we are now part of the RV Supercenter family. Will not take it here for service. Im better off going next door to Camping World. This was my experience. Think twice before taking your RV in for service. read more
