I had a problem when we couldn't have the couch delivered to a person at the time they specified. I asked them to leave the couch at the front door. I purchased two mattress sets from Costco.com for our vacation home located about 3 hours from our home. Today, for the THIRD time, RXO cancelled our delivery scheduled for tomorrow. This is the third time I took off work and they blew me off. I confirmed today via chat that they have the mattress sets and I was on the delivery list for tomorrow. A few hours later, the called to cancel the delivery. I fully intend to escalate this to Costco, who always insist on great customer service. Horrible company to work with when it comes to their delivery service. I bought a mattress from Home Depot which included haul away of the old mattress. My husband called me to let me know that our mattress was delivered and I asked if they took away the old one and he said no. He said the driver said there wasn't any room in the truck. What??? He just took a mattress off the truck and now there wasn't any room to put another mattress back in the same spot? I call XPO right away and they said their driver would come back at the end of the day to pick it . Of course,end of the day and NO Driver. Next morning I called and they said the driver would come back by 2:30 that day. By 3:30 NO Driver, so I called again and they didn't know what happened and they would find out and call back. Guess what? See a pattern? NO Driver and NO Call back. I called back again (Friday) morning and they told some excuse which at this point I didn't believe or care. They said they could send someone by next week on Thursday to pick up the mattress. Someone would call on Monday and let me know the time. It is now Thursday and guess what NO Call, NO Driver. I've taken care of the mattress since I got tired of seeing the mattress in the dining room waiting for them to pick it up. Moral of this long story..... Stay Away From XPO Logistics for your delivery services. read more

The contact number that Costco had for me was an old number so it's not a surprise that XPO couldn't contact me. They were scheduled to deliver Friday from 08:30-12:30. I called at 08:30 to check on when I could expect my delivery and was told they had already called and were taking it back to the warehouse. I'm located about 270 miles from there hub in Portland and there is no way they were taking it back until they unloaded the full days deliveries. XPO said they couldn't contact the driver!!!! The next time XPO was in southern Oregon was Tuesday and I was suppose to get a call Monday to schedule a Tuesday deliver. The call I got was to inform me Tuesday morning Andy going to happen but instead Friday. If they would have only called the driver when I asked them originally this whole thing could have been averted and I would have saved myself several calls and frustration. read more

The delivery guys showed up in sweat pants, one driver wasn't wearing a mask and was standoffish. I paid for install but they showed up without the parts to install my new washer. Then the driver tried to show me a slip of paper and act like I didn't pay for install which his "paper" showed I did. Then he wouldn't give me a contact number for his boss. Our appliance was purchased with delivery, installation, and haul-away. This was clear on our XPO tracking. First they sent a team to install our appliance that would not / could not install it. They said they were doing "drop-off only." I explained I had tracking that listed installation and haul-away, to which they responded "No. Never." They left it up to us to figure out our next step. After calling XPO every few days, they have missed three additional dates that they promised to show up on. To this day the new appliance is still just in the middle of the room read more

What do you get when you drive a delivery truck between 2 narrow trees. Correct, dumb and dumber getting the truck stuck. Which meant that everyone who was told their delivery would be received on Friday afternoon waited for nothing. Then because they have such great customer service, no one called to let us know until 6:45 in the evening. Let's reschedule for the weekend we asked, but no, they advise the corporate office will not allow rescheduling until the truck is returned to the terminal. Who is more incompetent, XPO or Best Buy who contracts with these clowns. Several days later, the appliance is received and of course it is damaged. But on the positive side, they didn't hit anything. The replacement appliance has been ordered. Please, if there is a God, have anyone else deliver. read more
