Maybe it's the brown butter that has me wanting more but that was a unique delectable dish. We had some bubbles, tea, beer, and at least half the dinner menu. Wow, wow, WOW! Sometimes you set yourself up because you don't want to be disappointed when the hype is just that, hype. However, I am glad the hype is real and that the dishes we ordered and ate were really good! For a group of 6, we did try as many dishes as we can. Everything we had was delicious, but I would skip two: (1) the charred cabbage and (2) rau muống (morning glory). The cabbage was not worth the $20 we paid, and the morning glory was so salty that I wished we could have a bowl of rice to balance out the saltiness. For these two dishes, which totaled $39, we could have ordered another "big" plate/dish. Overall, we enjoyed dining here. It was hard to hear some of the conversations though. A lot of voices and noises, but it's because the place was filled: no empty tables at all. I was also really surprised how many waitstaff they had here. From runners to servers, from hostess to bar tenders, the service we received was excellent. If you are here in the Denver area for a few days, make sure you reserve a table way in advance, because you will want to have an eating experience at Sap Sua before leaving Denver. read more

Stopped by Sap Sua for their Saturday bakery pop-up around 10 AM and had a great experience. The employee working was incredibly kind and helpful--she gave great recommendations and made everything feel welcoming. I tried the banana coconut rum cake (hit the spot even though I'm not a big rum cake fun), and couldn't resist adding two cookies: the brown butter chocolate chip and the banana cookie. Both were excellent, but the banana cookie was a standout; it tasted just like banana bread, which I love. They were sadly sold out of the banana cream pie brioche donut, so I'll definitely be back earlier next time to snag one. read more

Sap Sua was my last meal in Denver, on my last night in town. I am so glad that this was my last meal because it was probably the best meal that I had the entire trip (Alma Fonda is a super close contestant). I had a dinner reservation for 1 at 5:30pm on a Sunday night. First off, I appreciate that they let me have a table seat to myself. I know a lot of places that want solo diners at the bar. My waitress was absolutely perfect, she gave me such excellent recommendations and really helped shape my meal. Everything she recommended was fantastic. I had 3 dishes, because I wanted to try everything. I would've been fine with 2, since these portion sizes were pretty generous, but I just had to. My first dish was the trứng và trứng - soft scrambled egg, brown butter, fish sauce, trout roe, rice. This was so comforting, so homey, so warm. It was exactly what I needed after a long weekend of working. Get this. My second dish was the tàu hũ ky cuộn tôm - shrimp cake, butter, trout roe, mint. You're probably thinking this is like a fried crab cake, but it wasn't. There's basically no breadcrumbs in this, so it's more like when you get shrimp paste at hot pot. It was so tender, moist, and so flavorful. And of course, my veggie choice was the bắp cải luộc - charred cabbage, anchovy breadcrumbs, egg yolk. My waitress had said this was basically if they put charred cabbage on top of the filling in a deviled egg and she was right. This was so good. I came here with my husband last night to celebrate his new job. It was an excellent celebration dinner! The menu is Vietnamese inspired, but not your traditional Vietnamese food by any means. The dishes were unique and flavorful. We loved everything we had. My favorites were the fish sticks (a must do if you love spice) and the cabbage. There was also a soft scrambled egg dish that was great (not pictured). I enjoyed my cocktail a lot, the gin-erational trauma. My husband didn't care for the lime on a jet plane, he thought the flavor was very strong but not in a good way, and I have to agree. He did enjoy his beer after that, which was a Vietnamese beer served on ice. I am not personally a fan of beer but I tasted it, and actually found it to be refreshing. Sap Sua has a really cool vibe, chill, slightly upscale and the kind of place that feels great for a night out with friends or even for a date. Service was attentive and friendly and I like that the menu changes which keeps things interesting! We ordered the banh xeo beef tartare ($18), sweetbreads ($21), grilled pork ($32), and the collar with rice ($32). Our favorites were definitely the collar and the sweetbreads. The grilled pork was the one miss for us. It was a bit too tough to chew and while the herbs were fresh, the dish didn't feel particularly standout for the price. The banh xeo tartare was very acidic for our taste we found ourselves wishing for more of the crispy elements to balance out the sourness. Overall, Sap Sua is a solid spot with great service and atmosphere, and some dishes really shine. A few items just didn't fully land for us but I'd still be open to coming back to try future menu changes. read more

This was my second time at Sap Sua and overall it was another great experience. The dishes are unique, bright, and full of bold flavor, and the service truly stands out. We tried quite a few items this time -- the kale salad, hamachi collar, fried fish sticks, shrimp cakes, and the soft scrambled eggs. Everything was delicious, though I will say the flavors here are strong. A few dishes leaned a bit heavy on salt and intensity, but they were still really enjoyable. The kale salad was probably my favorite. The dressing was so flavorful and addictive -- I just wish there had been slightly less of it because it was very generously coated. The scrambled egg dish was rich and comforting. The shrimp cake had an amazing sauce that really elevated it, although the cake itself didn't completely wow me. The fish sticks were solid and satisfying, though not as distinctive as some of the other plates. The highlight of the night was the service. We sat at the bar and it was exceptional -- warm, attentive, and knowledgeable without being overbearing. It made the whole experience feel special. Came here on a Wednesday night and it happened to be my birthday. This may explain a little bit about this place because it is very nice and the food is definitely worth a try. We got here a little after five and shortly after the bar filled up around us. It is a Vietnamese forward restaurant that has some twists and curves to make it very interesting. The restaurant has good lighting that and has a long white bar that runs down half the length of the restaurant. There are tables and booths in the second half of the restaurant. The wait staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful when going about the menu. The restaurant is definitely on the more expensive side, but they do offer a happy hour until 6 PM. The menu is set up for sharing so the larger group you have the better because you would be able to try more items. This is the second time I have eaten here and even though I have eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants, there are often things on the menu that I do not know about. For instance, on this visit, we tried the large plate of skate wing. Although I know about skating, I have never had it and it was delicious. We also had the muscles which were in a tamarin and chili sauce that was very drinkable. The cocktail list has plenty of interesting beers/cocktails and a good amount of NA options. The chef's wife/co-owner is a baker and she tried a pop-up bakery two years ago (November 2023). Unfortunately this proved too much to handle for a restaurant getting national recognition and the bakery ended after one trial. I was devastated to have missed out. Fortunately she has decided to give it another try (Saturday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to noon) and I was first in line this morning for the premiere effort. A dozen or so items were available, mostly sweet and a few savory. This included apple fritters, a Vietnamese rum cake, monkey bread, brownies, muffins, a zucchini loaf, donuts, whoopie pies, coffee cake, cookies, a savory galette, a savory hand pie, and a sticky bun. I tried the Leek and Gruyère Galette which had just come out of the oven. This was fantastic. Perfect puff pastry with a generous, delicious savory filling. It was so good I made another trip to get one for my neighbor. She agreed it was amazing. I also scored a Dirty Chai Sticky Bun, infused with coffee and with a sweetened condensed milk frosting, a Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie, a Pumpkin Whoopie Pie with brown butter cream cheese frosting, a Brownie, and an Apple Fritter. All of the items were well-made and delicious. I particularly liked the cookie which was exceptionally flavorful with the addition of the brown butter and the whoopie pie which was tender and not too sweet. My neighbor tried the sticky bun and pronounced it the best ever. This bakery pop-up is a great addition to the neighborhood and I hope the Sắp Sửa folks have the energy to continue it. Sap Sua is a unique, fun take on Vietnamese food that has garner many of accolades. We made a Rez on Tock (try to book a week out unless you don't mind early bird hour) so was sat immediately. They also have a happy hour and service was nice. Tostada - tuna was good and liked some of the flavors. Some uneven bits of spice (so if you have low tolerance, beware) and heavy on fish sauce. But on happy hour menu! Shrimp toast - the flavor and thickness of this was quite good. Light fish sauce but liked the chew of the shrimp, which paired well with the greens. Hammachi collar - cooked well with good flavors and toppings. Scrambled egg - real good given the butter really comes through. Skewers - nice tender bits of meat. Come in 2 but you can ask for more if you have a larger party. Chicken thigh - a good chicken sandwich. Tender, moist, tasty. Overall - good food and vibes. Great if yo like fish sauce. The location is inconspicuous as it's next to the entrance of Tattered Cover! Look to your left before going to the bookstore-- got lost finding it. I like the pasta looking artwork hoisted near the table! It looks so simple but a work of art. My favorite dish for the night would be the lo tai heo or fried pig ears!! The crunchy bits is a perfect complement to the veggies! The grilled pork shoulder (thit heo nuong sa) was also a highlight of my night-- tastes vinegary but can't complain! Don't forget to order a side of rice so you really get to enjoy the meal. I didn't like the soft scrambled egg that much as it was a tad bit salty for me. The fish sticks on the other hand is good but kind of like an acquired taste. For the drink, I opted for the one that tasted like mango sticky rice.. forgot the name already but it was so good!! Can barely taste the alcohol in it. Service was top notch, what can I say? Our waiter kept coming back to top our water, and only explained the dishes as soon as our party was complete. We now have visited Sap Sua twice (we live in soCal), and it quickly became a must-visit any time we are in Denver. Snag a reservation if you have any inclination that you can come here as they book up fast and for good reason! This modern/non-traditional Vietnamese restaurant is relatively small for the amount of food and big, bold flavors it puts out. The service is welcoming and the staff are so knowledgeable to help plan a memorable meal and proper portions for the party size. Everything is recommended to be eaten family-style. I would recommend going with at least a group of 4 so you can try that many more dishes! Cocktails are fantastic and bonus points for who ever comes up with the punny names, like "Ooo baby baby" for the ube cocktail and "Lime leaving on a jet plane" for the mezcal/corn/ancho cocktail. The second time we came here, we brought friends with us and we were just talking about Portuguese wine... which they had too! The bottle of Vinho Verde from Quinta Do Ermizio was a perfect pairing for all the food. The food! OMG... where to begin? Jam packed full of umami and filled with both familiar and new flavors. I was sad that they didn't have the off-menu sweet potato with laughing cow cheese my husband and I had the wonderful opportunity to try when we came in February (seriously one of my favorite bites), but we filled our table with so many other fantastic dishes, it was okay. (But, bring them back permanently!) This trip we tried the crispy rice snow crab, hiramasa crudo, beef tartare (SO good), soft scrambled egg with brown butter, sauteed green beans, charred cabbage, shrimp cake, pork spare ribs, and an off-menu hamachi collar with caramel sauce. Previously (Feb), my husband and I had the Hamachi crudo, curried French fries, soft scrambled egg with brown butter, charred cabbage, steamed mussels, and the off-menu salt baked sweet potatoes. The menu does change seasonally, so it's hard to be mad when they rotate out a dish because something just as spectacular may take its place. Our server, June provided an excellent overview of the menu and offered some suggestions of her favorite dishes. The soft scrambled egg with salmon roe was subtle deliciousness. The charred cabbage was earthy and satisfying. Fried Hamachi collar delicate and tasty. Turns out that our kitchen runner was the co-owner. She was delightful, fun and interesting to talk to as she provided additional information about Sap Sua. I don't think you could go wrong ordering anything on their menu of flavorful family style Vietnamese dishes. Good wine list and a full-service bar. What a wonderful dining experience that I had at this restaurant. The food was spectacular. The service was incredible The server who was tending to our table was such a sweetheart. I wish I remembered her name, but she has curly hair and wears glasses. ask for her when you go in to eat. The restaurant was extremely clean with modern decor. Everything on the menu is shareable so it resembles a tapas style Vietnamese restaurant. For drinks we had a cucumber cosmopolitan and a Saigon beer. We started it off with the charred baby iceberg salad. It was crispy and fresh. It also had a little kick to it from the dressing. I highly recommend it. The Rocky Mountain rainbow trout, with tamarind, and pineapple was my absolute favorite, I will get it every time. The skin of the trout was extremely crispy, and the meat was soft and delicious. The tamarind sauce with pineapple kicked it up a notch, was so refreshing. The hint of sweetness with the trout and smokiness was divine. The grilled pork shoulder was so well cooked and sweet and it's taste with the saltines of the pork. Slammin! First off I want to say that Hannah and Brian delivered an absolutely AMAZING experience for us - and for my girlfriends birthday. It was so amazing, and the vibes were so so HIGH. For food was also amazing - a fun play on traditional Vietnamese dishes, and being from the OC - we were appreciative of the flavors. My favorite dish overall was the Trung va Trung (basically means egg for egg in Viet) and we ordered TWO because it was so good. From there the chicken sandwich and fried eggplant was also pretty delectable and the pork shoulder dish is a favorite of ours as well. This review is for the Saturday morning bakery held weekly. The pastries were amazing and so unique. There were lots of choices, making it difficult to decide. I ended up with a banana pudding brioche donut and a beef marmalade galette. The donut was fluffy and light, with a perfectly creamy banana pudding filling. The filling wasn't too sweet and didn't have an artificial banana flavor at all. The galette was great too. It had chunks of tender beef balanced by a touch of mustard seeds and the sweetness of caramelized onions. What can I say? Impressively splendid? To precisely describe my last night's dinner experience at this non-traditional Vietnamese restaurant that opened about 2 years ago is not easy in a good way. A good handful of restaurants had existed in the same spot for however many years before and they sadly all came and went. And yet Sap Sua's existence for the last 2 years is a sure sign of its bright future. Despite the rising cost of rent and other things, they seem to be going strong. On top of that, people believe in what they offer where they keep going back to support them. No wonder they made it to the semifinalist for the James Beard Award in 2024. I was able to join a brand-new friend of mine who has dined at Sap Sua more than several times. She usually sits at the bar but last night, with my company, she got us one of the two-person tables. Although they change their menu from time to time (is what I heard), there are some familiar items that remain on it where my friend could make recommendations based on her past experiences. After our wonderful waitress, Allison (a very sweet young lady who was above-and beyond) put x's on the menu items where I couldn't consume (due to allergy concerns), my friend and I picked three main items for us to share. -nha xa lat (butter lettuse salad) -tau hu ky cuon tom (shrimp cake) -grilled Hamachi collar with two bowls of Jasmine rice as accompaniment ***my friend had the saint Laurent rose (from the HH menu) and I had the Sangiovese (from the regular drink menu) I would like to analyze each item one by one. -nha xa lat (butter lettuce salad) - To start your meal, this is a must-order item. The ingredient that makes this dish as a great opener is nothing but the coconut ranch. The layers of butter lettuce leaves are so fresh. And the drizzle of that coconut ranch just to the right amount along with a generously sprinkled fresh dill makes this salad so phenomenal. A perfect summer salad. -tau hu ky cuon tom (shrimp cake) - Another dish that will mesmerize you. I don't know how they do it but Sap Sua might be trailblazing the shrimp cake business (LOL). A good amount of beurre blanc sauce at the bottom of the bowl. In that sauce, we tasted the perfect combination of the butter, wine and lemon. And to colorfully decorate the whole dish, a visible amount of trout roes was present. Oh, let's not forget; the mint leaves are the players that humbly support the other bigger players in the dish. All in all, they all collaborate harmoniously to entertain your mouth. Another dish I couldn't undermine. -grilled Hamachi collar - My friend and I are a huge fan of Hamachi so skipping a dish like this wasn't an option at all. This is another must-order item, and this dish went so well with the steamed Jasmine rice we ordered. And you will be pleasantly surprised with the "anchovy breadcrumbs" that are/were all over the dish. A good meal should end with a good dessert. Che suong sao (shaved ice with grass jelly underneath with coconut crème and guava granita) was my friend's suggestion. Now don't underestimate it just because this is a shaved ice dessert; it's more than what it looks. Yes, it's light but perfect to have after the consumption of savory dishes where you are close to 80% full. What will entertain you is the grass jelly teamed up with the coconut crème underneath the shaved ice. Is it the perfect amount of sweetness? It was hard to tell. But with no predetermined judgment, simply try this dessert and you will want to go back to Sap Sua and have this dessert after dinner each time you dine there. My friend had the Vietnamese coffee along with the dessert (by the way, Allison personally gifted us with another dessert on the menu, che chuoi (banana budding). What a kind gesture that was; thank you, Allison!) Since I would not want the coffee to disturb my sleep cycle, I refrained from consuming it (although my friend wanted to share) so instead, I asked for a to-go cup/container so that I could take half of it (in the French press) with me. I was able to enjoy it the very next day in the morning. The intense flavor and rich aroma that are typical in the Vietnamese coffee were present. It, of course, came with condensed milk!! To conclude this thesis of mine (LOL), this (fairly) new restaurant is no doubt one of the leaders in the Denver culinary scene. With the modestly simple modern light-colored wood feel throughout inside (I like its humble interior design) what they focus is nothing but the food. With creativity with out-of-the-box twists, this non-traditional Vietnamese restaurant sure is one of the best places I've dined in the greater Denver area in 2025. My wife REALLY wanted to go here, used a zoo lights trip to that side of town as the excuse to go, and, wow, did this place deliver on her lofty expectations. As always, being an ex-bartender, service is always first on my list. Aldo was our server and gave us personable, efficient, flawless service throughout our time there. From advice on the menu food to great presentation of the specials, Aldo elevated our visit without a doubt. Second of all, since we always will weigh in happy hour potential, they had great value on their HH menu. The $10 wine was REALLY high quality, I found a really good pale ale I hadn't had before for $6, and they even had some pickle beer for the HH michelada. The simplistic looking kewpie fries on the HH menu were DELICIOUS ($9 from $12 on the regular menu). I told my wife the fries alone would make me come back, and we hadn't even gotten our food yet. Let's get to the main food. The crudo was perfect, with a sauce you can't forget to keep dipping every bite into. I will skip one "appetizer" for the moment. We also got the hamachi collar and the pork secreto, and both were amazing. Make sure you don't eat the pork straight up like I did the first bite. Mix in the apple and other stuff on the plate, and you will find that someone in the kitchen is a genius. Coming back to the apps, the soft scramble was one of the most amazing egg dishes...no DISHES...I have ever had. Eggs, rice, other stuff, and a PERFECT dish, in my opinion. After we complimented it to Aldo, we were informed that it had already won some national awards. They even decided to post the recipe online for everyone, and now my wife has an immediate home request from me. If you are a hot sauce person like me, ask for the..ummm...just say the "uzo chile paste stuff." It is pretty hot, but as long as you respect it and don't ruin the brilliant flavors of the dishes, it made me meal SO much better. The atmosphere was perfect. Classy dining area, with a bar area where I could see plenty of fun had in its own area. I am not even the biggest Vietnamese food eater, but I was truly blown away by the food, drink, service, presentation, and entire experience. Not many upscale restaurants blow me away in Denver but this one definitely did. First off - you must make reservations well in advance but I was lucky to snag a last minute same day one and we were able to get there just a few minutes before happy hour ended. Everything had FLAVOR - egg dish - one of the top ranking dishes in the US. A salty goodness balanced with rice - charred cabbage - loved the burnt ends - pork - amazing amazing amazing! I'd eat this everyday if I could - Banana pudding - just okay. It didn't stand out to me - I do love the Magnolia Bakery banana pudding that is much richer so that's what I expected. For me, there's two dishes that captured the 4-star rating and that's the "tàu hũ ky cuộn tôm" shrimp cake and the "cà tím chiên" fried eggplant. The others we had were good but I don't think I'd rush to get them again (albacore tuna crudo was well portioned, the beef fat in the "khoai chiên" french fries made them unique and reminded me of a Pho I love back in NYC, and the "thịt heo nướng sả" grilled pork shoulder was good but similar to something I've had before). What I really liked about this place was how it felt accessible. For the price point, this is a fantastic treat and I could see myself back in my college days sitting at the bar and making my way through the menu as I tried different dishes. The interior is spacious and comfortable, and the staff was knowledgable and gave us really good recommendations (in fact our favorite 2 dishes were the ones from our server - we should have gone with everything she suggested!). I think if you're familiar with Vietnamese flavors or not, this is a wonderful way to try something new and have a really great meal. read more

Happy Hour at Sap Sua was great! We were a big table with lots of different drink orders and lots of appetizers. We ordered a boat of sushi. Everything was delicious. The restaurant was decorated tastefully and was very clean. We had a fun night and I would definitely go back! read more

This was my second time coming for a special occasion and everything was as perfect as the first time. Drinks are clever and unique, food is made with love, and they always play great music. The staff is so awesome and the mood is so relaxing. Not the mention the flavors of everything are well thought out and DELISH. Sap Sua remains amazing!! Stopped in for dinner and tried their latest menu. The Charted Cabbage is good as always, tasted a little less fishy/umami, but still delicious. The tartare was fabulous. The Hamachi Collar was great and came with a good amount. The Trung va Trung was amazing! The praises are completely valid. The banana cake and soy milk desserts were so so good. I had really high hopes for this restaurant after all the buzz! The menu is really exciting, with a lot of creative dishes. However, I would say I was only really impressed by about a third of them. I thought the crudo was the standout savory dish, and both of the desserts were incredible. We tried another 3-4 dishes that I don't fully remember that were fine. I took my husband to Sap Sua to celebrate a milestone birthday. We were both blown away with how unique, flavorful, and amazing the food and ambiance was. The curried fries were addictive and we had to try the soft scrambled egg dish that they are known for which we were so glad we did. We typically wouldn't have order it but it came highly recommended. The drinks were also quite unique, mine was more ice than drink which was a bit disappointing as I could have used a bit more as I finished it before the full meal was over. We very much enjoyed the food we had for dinner. We had a selection of 8 dishes plus dessert. I will note that my portion of the crab dish had a sizeable piece of shell in it which isn't unexpected but still disappointing considering the price of the dish. The cocktails were also good. However, I took away one star, because it was glaringly obvious that our server did not want to be there. She was clearly annoyed that it took us (2 couples) more that 5 minutes to decided which dishes we all wanted to share. And yes, we had all looked at the menu ahead of time. The server never once smiled, and her disdain at the speed with which we were moving was apparent from the beginning of the meal. It made us slightly uncomfortable, and we thought it was strange. This was a Sunday evening, and the restaurant wasn't exceptionally busy. The icing on the cake was that I ordered a second drink when we ordered desserts, so I know she wrote it down, and yet that drink never arrived. She did not deliver our desserts and we did not see her again until she brought our bill. We told her that my drink never arrived and she giggled and said "Oh I didn't add it in." Meaning what? That she never even put it in the POS system? Or she realized she forgot and took it off the bill before she brought it out? Either way it was very strange. I think I'm being generous by still giving 4 stars with this level of service, but the food was very good (if slightly overpriced), and I would return for that, ensuring that I never had that server again. One of my new favorite spots in Denver, an absolute must visit!! The restaurant is cozy with good seating and visibility into the kitchen. Reservations are highly recommended but they reserve half of the bar seats for walk ins. Everything I ate was incredible but to recommend a few - the scrambled egg is a must order, the sweet potato, and the pork shoulder (better than the short rib imo). Each dish is unique and is packed with flavor and texture. The staff are attentive and friendly, a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. read more

I went to Sap Sua about a year and a half ago, and I was immediately blown away. It was such a fantastic meal! Dining at sắp sửa is a dream come true. I made reservations for me and my partner, and we were seated at the bar. The restaurant feels classy without being pretentious. Parking in this area can be tricky, so just be prepared to walk a few blocks just in case. Everyone we interacted with on the wait staff gave great suggestions - all were patient and professional. We ordered quite a few dishes to spoil ourselves because we didn't want to miss out on everything our friends recommended to us. I started with a delicious Dad Jokes cocktail. Their drinks have so many unique ingredients. Loved the Shrimp Cake, Hamachi Collar, and Scrambled Egg. I was less keen on the Catfish Sandwich, but my partner really wanted to try it. Normally I don't have room for dessert but couldn't resist ordering both the Panna Cotta and Che Ba Mau. The experience overall was so good that I ended up booking a table for a work offsite I'm hosting. Definitely make reservations. I'll have to come back in a few seasons after their unique menu has rotated. Love this culinary concept - it lived up to the hype! read more

I came here with some friends which included two Vietnamese women. We are Asians that don't like the food to be too salty. My favorite was the crispy veal sweet bread. And I didn't know what it was at first. It's the thymus glands! Don't let that deter you, they were DELICOUS! And the crunch and textures were just a joy in the mouth. The pork shoulder with the sweet bread was also very delicious. The pig ears, I will be honest, may not be everyone's cup of tea because of the cartilage ous texture of the dish. But I love pig ears and the egg in the dish makes the taste and texture just delightful to eat. The lime in the dish lifts the taste too! The beef tartare and charred cabbage were also very good but not as note worthy as the sweetbread and pork shoulder. The desserts were not too sweet, perfect as a palate cleanser for the evening. Treat yourself to an adventure at Sap Sua! They change their menus per season too! It is a lovely venue. Public but still cozy for a small group of friends to catch up. The waitstaff is young with a little air of apathy but still attentive to the table's needs. read more
