We got the pulled pork Benedict and ham Benedict ("Ham" means a 1/2 inch + thick slab, seared to perfection.). The juice is fresh squeezed daily according to what is fresh locally; ours was a Watermelon/ Orange mix. This is a fave, and not crowded at 8:00 am on a Monday. read more

Breakfast here is amazing. The pancakes are excellent, the French toast is very good, you can even ask for them fried. The owner is even serving dinner now, it was so good we decided to go back to dinner that night. I really like that the owner was actually present and hands on. He was very passionate about the freshness and quality of his ingredients. The presentation of both our breakfast and dinner was absolutely stunning. For dinner I had a rib eye that was cooked to perfection and my wife had an ahi on a bed of salad. Five stars all around very impressed. Great guy and amazing food! read more

We ate at Saenz Ohana in a sunny Thursday morning. The food was incredible! We shared the kalua pig Benedict with their homemade English muffins. The north shore of Kauai while one incredibly beautiful place is a virtual desert in regards to finding a good breakfast place. That was until this morning. We hired Juan Saenz to do a catered dinner for us of some traditional Hawaiian food. The pork, ahi tuna and teriyaki steak were all fantastic. He was very helpful and attentive and made more than we could eat in one sitting! The Coconut Cream Pie was heavenly and many said it was the best they've ever eaten. Highly recommend Juan! There is a Lovely Food Truck court in Hanalei with a clean atmosphere. It also has a great view of the Hanalei Mountain Range and waterfalls. I found a place I've been eating at multiple times within a week that now I will say has to get my rave satisfaction!! Saenz Ohana Breakfast. Juan, the owner, takes pride in his food truck and it comes out in the quality and creativeness of his food. The eggs Benedict and the pancakes I had, had amazing flavor and that unique touch that sets it apart from the regular Ole traditional. I also had 2 amazing flatbread pizzas there. The Noelle was my favorite. It is a vegetarian addiction with a pesto Mac nut sauce and plenty of farm to food truck greens. I can't tell you exactly what it had in it, I've never been the guy that memorized everything that was put in fron of me on a plate. But it fresh sprouted cloves, cooked wild greens, fresh tomatoes, Hawaiian sea salt and my taste buds were set to overdrive!! Must try. read more

I didn't think it was bad but found breakfast to be average. They did you use fresh ingredients which i appreciated and being able to order online before we got there was helpful. I ordered the veggie wrap which didn't have much flavor but there spicy sauce was a nice addition. My husband ordered the eggs Benedict with the pig. The pig to me was the tastiest part of the meal. This place is delicious! My fiancé and I came here looking for a good breakfast spot at 8am. The owner was super friendly and the food was ready in less then 10 minutes. We got the pancake sandwich and it was delicious! The syrup was super yummy and the pancakes were nice and fluffy. The local sandwich was the favorite of the group, get the garlic aioli as the side sauce - SO good! We found this place through Yelp and I told my husband that yet again the yelpers were spot on. Amazing food, friendly service and literal edible flowers on top. We met a few fellow travelers at the shared tables and we all felt lucky to have found this tucked-away gem. The owners are both kind and really good at what they do.
