On Xmas eve a tree fell on my car. With all the pain of dealing with insurance I made a hectic decision. I went ahead with glass fixes without an inspection and was planning to add the invoice to my claim later and get reimbursed. Rest assured insurance gave me a hard time and didn't pay. My car was broken into last night via a smashed window and I didnt discover it till this morning. After calling a few different places (in a slight panic), Arby quoted me the best price and was so kind. At first I took in my Ridgeline for a possible windshield repair. However, after Mario inspected the windshield he said that it had to be completely replaced and explained in detail why. Basically he told me that the length of the crack was long and it had spread to the edge of the windshield. I came back 2 days later while he ordered the new windshield and processed the work order through my insurance. Installing a new windshield is something that can't be rushed. Mario took the necessary time to make sure the windshield was properly installed so if your looking to be in and out within an hour then look somewhere else but don't expect the same quality of work as Mario. He also calibrates any sensing devices attached to the windshield. I told him not to bother since I was scheduled to have my Honda sensing replaced through manufacture warranty later that week. He told me to contact him should any issues arise. He also discounted $100 from my deductible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED . Hopefully I don't experience any auto glass issues again but if I do I know where to come. read more

Had a problem with a rear door window glass not rolling-up. Had received quotes from other shops to repair or replace the window motor or actuator. Safe Auto Glass encouraged me to bring the car in for an inspection, which I did they next day. They looked at the car and saw that the actuator was simply stuck. Cleaned the window and rubber and pulled the window shut. Then, with a little manipulation, was able to get the window rolling up and down fine with no problems. Fixed. Thanked them for their help and asked how much do I owe them? No charge - easy fix. I was asked to see them in the future for any auto glass issues and I certainly will. Honest, clean, easy to get in and out, super friendly shop. Overall very good experience and I highly recommend seeing them. read more

Made a Yelp account just to leave this review! When backing into a spot with my new car, I had accidentally scratched my rear windshield. Although it did not crack, it still left an unsightly mark. I had called at least half-a-dozen windshield repair shops and auto detailers, but all stated that they either do not repair scratches or will only replace the windshield. However, when I called Mario, he said that he was willing to take a look at it and see what he could do. I brought my car in several days later and sure enough, he polished it and now it is barely noticeable. After he was done, I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing! I wanted to at least tip him, but I didn't have any cash on me. He said a Yelp review is more valuable than any cash I could give him, so here it is! Thank you again, Mario. My passenger car window was shattered due to a break in. I found out later in the day and I was in a panic trying to file police report, file my insurance claim and find some place to fix it! Safe Auto glass instantly stood out for their immediate HUMAN responsiveness (no irritating recorded automated phone answering 'service'), cheerfulness, professionalism AND super competitive quote. And they made it super easy! - Go to the shop - or they'll come to you - either with mobile service or they'll collect your car, repair the windshield and return it to you! Not sure why I had such an unpleasant experience here when the reviews are so overwhelmingly positive otherwise. Safe Auto Glass replaced a cracked windshield for me. But they broke and then reused the tiny plastic clips that hold the side trim on the car. Apparently these are generally replaced when the trim to the sides of the windshield are removed. The trim loosened and starting making a lot of noise when we drove the car. Arbi, the organizer/scheduler/parts orderer for this operation, said he'd order new clips and they'd remove the trim, replace the old clips, and reinstall the trim. But every day for a week or so, I'd call to check on the status. Most days, he'd forgotten to place the order, or he'd left a message to be called back, or something like that -- so it took several days of me nagging about the status before the parts were successfully ordered. Then more days for the parts to arrive. Eventually, I couldn't wait any longer and the car and I had to be elsewhere. On the way to elsewhere, the trim flew off on the freeway, a very unenjoyable experience. Arbi finally got the parts and shipped them to me. Arbi arranged for a different shop to reinstall the trim. That also took me calling him once a day every day for a week or so because he kept forgetting to make the arrangements, or got stuck waiting for a call-back, or some other delay. Eventually I got the trim and clips replaced at this other shop. The worker there showed me the clips he removed, which were broken and clearly non-functional. He said they normally remove the clips with a special plastic tool, and keep a big supply of the clips on hand to replace any that were damaged. He said on one side of my trim every single clip was sheared in half, and on the other side, about half of them were. Dunno why I got such a haphazard repair job, or how many other characteristics of the repair job will turn out to be substandard in the future, but it was quite a hassle and outrageously expensive for the quality of the work. And a hassle to have to remind Arbi each day of whatever it was he needed to do to get us on track. On the other hand, he did actually follow through eventually and get our trim reinstalled, including both the hassle of ordering the replacement parts and the expense and hassle of arranging the repair at a collaborating shop when I could no longer take my car to his shop. read more

EXCELLENT customer service. They really go the extra mile to meet your needs. AND they're fast as well. I was struck on the freeway by a piece of metal that almost decapitated me. Long story short, my windshield was severely damaged and needed to be replaced. Safe Auto Glass ordered the windshield and came to my residence within an hour. However, the weather tried to sabotage the repair. Since I lived about a block away, they took the car to their shop where there it would be shielded from the rain so the replacement could take place. When finished, they brought back the car with a new windshield and new weatherstripping. Totally happy with the result and the service. Hopefully, I won't need to request their services again. Ok I never write reviews, but this company was so fantastic I felt absolutely compelled to spread the word... So, long story shor some awful human decided to smash one of my vent windows on my BMW (which is a dealer only part- of course). Obviously this was a pretty frustrating and inconvenient situation for many reasons- but after I reached out to Mario at Safe Auto Glass it made everything seem so much less daunting. He not only made the process way too easy and wonderful, but he immediately quoted me at the lowest comp (I checked with about five other glass companies), special ordered my glass in 24 hours AND had it fixed same day within the hour. He was completely up front, answered all of my questions, and on top of it was unbelievably nice. 10/10 would recommend choosing this company (and Mario) for your glass replacement.
