Took 30+ minutes to remove supply and drainage lines in order to move appliance 2. Forgot to turn water off under cabinet causing flooding and was not prepared with rags or buckets these are things I had to supply Once problem was discovered they explained that parts would need to be ordered The following week, without proper notification, the technician stated they were on the way and would be there in 20 minutes Upon actual repair the observations were the same as above and now comes the additional issue of the gasket being warped because of the tugging and pulling. The dishwasher will operate but will no longer hold water. Again, no rags no buckets no control over water all over my kitchen except for rags and buckets I knew I needed to be prepared with to mitigate potential damage. The technician stated it was because our water supply from was from the hot side and was too powerful. I called a licensed plumber right in front of him and they looked later, and stated there was no issue. Also should note I have a home inspection report that is under 12 months old which cited no issues In summary, The initial service call was $105 ($100 plus needed me to pay bank service charge) Plumber is a friend and did not charge me for his time A new dishwasher was required a comparable dishwasher installed was $750 And either a repair or entirely new cabinet needs to be estimated

Even gave me the model number of the capacitor to replace if I want to save money and do it myself (I'm reasonably handy so it's something I'd probably do). Unlike a lot of other reviews, I want to focus on what's important in a selecting a tradesman to work in your home: Knowledge, expertise (skill and experience), honesty, ability to communicate, means to protect the homeowner if a mistake is inadvertently made (bonding, insurance) and providing a service at a fair price. I had our boiler (Peerless 140,000 BTU) maintained by Omar. He explained what he was doing and why, where shortcuts are taken by others, what problems can arise, what things that need to be fixed, but can be fixed at some other time, checked the system's pumps, gauges, electronic ignition system, exhaust system, water levels, quality of discharge, combustion analysis, and flushed the system, the bled radiators (of which we have 18 of different sizes, years and models), and evaluated their heating ability (there are other items, but you get my point). I had done my own research beforehand and knew what was needed and I watched him go through all of these items. He did an excellent job for a better than fair price. I would highly recommend his company for a boiler and am strongly considering him to work on our HVAC system in the spring. I'm glad he was available! read more

He identified a leak, topped us up with fresh refrigerant to get us through a a few days of upcoming hot weather, and scheduled the replacement same week, even if it was a complicated one with a crane needed and rooftop installation.
