    Shrimp and chicken skewers

Excellent poolside service and food. Not the usual bar menu- our drinks were amazing and the food was exceptional. We got the avocado flatbread- what a presentation! And shrimp and chicken skewers. If you like spicy(like I do) you will love the shrimp skewers.

During a recent staycation at the Four Seasons, my husband and I had an alfresco lunch date at Saguaro Blossom... It was hot outside, but we sat under the covered area and were comfortable due to the awesome misters... The menu has a little of everything from snacks, smoothies and homemade popsicles, to sandwiches, salads, and even a sushi burrito! Service was friendly and attentive. I had a seafood cobb salad and Jared had the mediterranean salad with salmon. Both were huge portions and very tasty. No complaints! We probably wouldn't go out of our way to eat here, but next staycation, I wouldn't hesitate to pay this place another visit!

This is a great spot for a light lunch at the hotel. We came here twice and got the arugula salad, fruit, seabass tacos and chicken bowl. Our favorites were the salad and fruit.

Inspired by his roots in Puebla, Mexico, this curated dinner was more than a meal--it was storytelling through food. The Esquite de Trufa Negra immediately set the tone, the Al Pastor Halibut completely exceeded my expectations, and the traditional flan was the perfect ending to an unforgettable evening. If you're looking for a dining experience that delivers incredible hospitality, beautiful presentation, and unforgettable flavors from start to finish, Belmont belongs on your list.

Once we were seated, they generously brought out two or three additional appetizers on the house. Our waiter continued the excellent service, making the entire experience enjoyable. It was a special first visit for my sister and her husband, and thanks to the attentive staff, delicious food and the restaurant's beautiful, moody atmosphere, it turned into a memorable night for all of us.

We made our way down the stairs and the hostess was there ready to check us in. We didn't wait at all and got seated right away. Once seated it took a while for the server to come take our order. There was live music going on which kept us entertained for the time being. After about 15 minutes, she finally came over to greet us and take our drink orders. We ordered: 1 WILD STRAWBABY - Ocho Blanco Tequila, Bergamot, Strawberry, Pineapple, Lemon, Almond Milk $22 1 50 FIRST DATES - Bumbu Rum, Cascara, Brown Sugar Date Syrup, Coconut Milk, Cinnamon Sprinkle $22 1 BLUEBERRY MULE - Blueberry, Lime, Ginger Beer $13 The drinks didn't take too long and another bartender dropped them off. Water was never offered to us and was only given to us after we asked. All the other tables were given water once they were seated. Our drinks were good but we chose to just have one each and we left. The live music was great. The musician was playing the piano and kept it fun and upbeat. The inside is pretty cool and unique but service could've definitely been better though. *There's a $10 cover fee per person when there is live music*

The staff greeted and seated me quickly in this cute, kind of quirky home office inspired bar and immediately poured me a glass of water to sip while I read through their beautiful leather-bound menu. The lights were dim with little electric tea light candles flickering against the books stacked on the huge bookshelf/entryway. Both bartenders were working diligently to assist me and the other patrons and suggested I try the Meltdown - it was FANTASTIC! It was like someone had made a super fresh pina colada and got squirrelly with some gin and guava purée but I absolutely LOVED it! The presentation was great too, it came in a large ornate glass filled with beveled ice and topped with, I believe, an orchid and some fresh mint! I really had to fight myself not to order a second one I was house sitting in the area that Saturday night and wanted to bring some dinner home with me after my drink and honestly, the food didn't disappoint either. I got the Smoked Chicken Wrap with coleslaw which came out maybe 10 mins after ordering and was thoroughly enjoyed when I got back home! Definitely a good bang for your buck at $15 compared to other bars like this with limited food options where you're typically overpaying for fried food fresh from the freezer. The vibe was there, the food was tasty and the drinks were great, I'll definitely be back with friends and family!
