Cute little place tucked into a strip mall. We were looking for something to eat on a cold day and soup sounded perfect. My husband started with the shrimp and pork spring roll and he really liked it. They do not skimp on the filling! I wasn't sure what to order, as the menu has so many options, the owner came over and was asking what I liked and didn't like and he said he had just the thing. I got rice noodle soup with tofu and vegetables and my husband got the rare beef with rice noodles and extra shrimp. The portion sizes are very generous and the broth was absolutely delicious! This place did not disappoint! The owner was so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!

My family and I got some amazing pho and egg rolls from this place. Also a few other dishes we shared to try more than one thing. The service was great and the owner was very friendly. They answered all of our questions and let us know how to eat the egg rolls. We weren't waiting long for our food which was awesome, since they were busy! We all enjoyed it and will be returning!

This is my absolute favorite pho place when I'm not at my grandparents! My husband and I probably dine here 1-2 times a month. Their rare beef noodle pho is the best. The service is very quick and attentive. It is also nice and peaceful to eat here.

We've never been able to get here when it's opened, after finishing up some biz in the area we decided to see if it was open, it was so we're here. Not overly busy, so seating was easy to find. Started with pork & shrimp spring rolls, ordered Curried Beef and Curried Chicken for entrees. With the obligatory Thai Tea. Spring rolls came out fast, with a peanut sauce topped with peanuts and Sriracha sauce. Nice heat to go with the sweet. Following right behind the appetizers was our entrees. Both were excellent, mild heat and loaded with flavor. The beef was tender as was the chicken. There was just enough to fill us up. The service was outstanding and our meal was relatively inexpensive. Sorry we didn't stop by here sooner.

We ordered the special chicken clay pot and the beef pho. $25. This is the best pho in Rio Rancho and while the clay pot is not as good as the clay pot at Basil Leaf - it is still pretty good. The clay pot is full of many more things than chicken. The mushrooms were especially tasty. This one compares to the combination clay pot at most places because it has shrimp and lap cheong and nuts. This is a great place to eat as the staff and everything we've ever tried has always been delightful.

The bowl of rice noodles with vegetables, tofu and chicken broth is out of this world. Everything was fresh. Loved it.

Good quality food, and prices reasonable. Worth checking out. Waitress could have been friendlier though. I like the tv showing menu items.

It was cool to watch our dumplings being made (I asked if I could take the pictures). There is an art to making noodles and dumplings and they know here. We ordered a chicken noodle soups, Sichuan Dan Dan noodles, soup dumpling. The Sichuan Dan Dan noodles were very spicy, but a real chili flavoring to the spice, not just heat. The noodles were fresh and not too soft. The chicken soup was excellent and when I added the chili oil, it was excellent! The soup dumplings were so delicious, not too think, filled well, and very tasty. This is a real gem of a place with authentic noodles and dumplings with excellent, friendly service. The food was promised in 8 to 10 minutes and was ready easily in that time. I ordered Crab Rangoon, a favorite of my wife, and pork fried noodles. The Crab Rangoon is some of the best in Albuquerque. I could actually taste the crab. Most I've had here just taste of cream cheese, so whatever they do at YNH, they should continue! The pork fried noodles, on the other hand, were nothing special. The dish tasted of Chinese Five Spice which includes clove and is not a favorite flavor for me. My wife didn't mind so much, so this is certainly a personal issue. Add a star if you are ok with the seasoning. We will certainly be back for the Rangoon and to try other menu options.

I was really hungry tonight and I gotta say I was really let down by the portion size of #48, 3 shrimps, beef portion could have been more, and there should have been more rice... especially when you're paying extra for broken rice. Egg was cooked fine, but really would want Vietnamese egg cake... egg roll was good along with the bean curd wrap. Sauce was good, it tasted similar to my mom's style. Overall my rice dish was just a tease because of portion size. My fiancé got the S3 per the usual.. her plate was full of shrimp. My fiancé liked her dish, today I though it a little lacking and there was way too much sauce. Thai iced tea was good. I usually get Pho or Bun Bo Hue and it seems that is what you should get to get your money's worth.. not the rice dishes. Today service was lacking as they seemed a little short handed.. we didn't even get utensils with napkins, we got it ourselves and so did another couple. Food took a little long to come out, again they seemed short handed. We'll still come back, but I'll stick to Bun Bo Hue.

The satay was nice and not covered in gooey marinade. It was delicate and delicious. The papaya salad was huge and I ended up having it for multiple meals. I ordered medium which turned out to be pretty fiery but delicious. While I've found plenty of good Vietnamese I haven't liked too many of the Thai places here. This is an exception.
