My new favorite restaurant! Every time I go, the food is consistent and the potion size is large so it feeds me for two meals! This time, me and my husband both got two different pho dishes and the broth was superb. We also ordered the lemon grass pork vermicelli bowl and it was absolute perfection - the meat was well seasoned and all the greens made the dish very refreshing (perfect for a summer day imo). The service was also excellent. They are very attentive and thoughtful, filling our water cups without asking, providing extra napkins (eating out with a toddler is very messy), provided extra bowls and plastic water and utensils without us having to even ask! We ended our dinner with a cheesecake dessert that we tried out and it was AMAZING. I mean, you can never go wrong with the cheesecake - this was unique because it had some sort of coffee purée with some peanuts and it was quite literally one of the best desserts I've ever had. Went here with friends and family. Had the loco como which was a fun fusion dish. The taro chips were fantastic too. But I have to call out the phở. Two folks got phở and it totally ruined dinner for them. 1 Phở đặc biệt and 1 Phở gà. Either it was too much Phở noodle or too little broth. The end result was a very unappealing giant soggy clump as seen in the photo. I would go back to check the fusion dishes, but what a giant miss on the phở. Another call out, someone got the tofu burger, the aioli sauce was good and as were the fries, but the bun was cold, which led to another disappointment. That said, service was solid if anything. Even brought me extra Phở gravy for the loco como without asking. read more

Finally a pho restaurant near bothell downtown! Parking could be challenging depending on what time you come but on the weekend, you can park at the garage next to the restaurant until 8 pm. Inside restaurant was very open and modern. Originally it was a little weird to see a pho restaurant selling burgers/fries/and has a bar... but food didn't disappoint. Their pho was a little salty, but the broth was hot and meat was not dry. I liked their lemon grass pork spring rolls! Service was fast and staffs were friendly. i would come back here! read more

Five stars all day long. I'm bias for new businesses but even if this place had been here 10 years it's an easy 5 no questions asked. I'm a white boy through and through but my dad grew up in Vietnam his whole life so I know when Vietnamese food is legit and this place is for real. Bahn Mi bread was PERFECT. Slight crunch on the outside but soft on the inside. Pork is insane, so tender and the marinade they are using must be bà nội recipe because it's the best I've had. Noodle salad is a healthy alternative and they subbed a spring roll for me no problem. Lastly a lot of pho places now used powder for the broth kind of like top ramen but you can tell this place is using real legit broth from ox tail. Can't say enough about this place, this is exactly what Bothell needed. read more

Very slow service and very salty pho broth will prevent me from coming back here. When we walked in there was nobody at the front table with staff in the back just staring at us. We finally got seated but it was another 15 minutes before they came back to take our order. Two bowls of pho should not take forever but they did, and the soup was not even that hot because my raw beef slices barely cooked. Both my pho and my wife's tofu pho were extremely salty so we each drank at least three glasses of water there but still came home with sodium headaches. Portion sizes were huge, but this was still a very disappointing dinner for us. read more

I ordered the vermicelli noodle salad with marinated pork but subbed the noodles for rice. Based on other pictures it seems like the noodle salad bowl sub rice is the typical Vietnamese rice bowl with the ingredients on top of each other and the rice plate is separated out ingredients on a plate. I also got the shrimp and pork ham spring rolls. The food was decent but nothing outstanding but I would come again. Nice to see more Asian restaurants in the Bothell area! Parking was a little difficult as all of the street parking was full and so was retail garage parking. Had to park in the city hall garage and walk over. read more

Finally! Came today for their soft-opening. I chose spring rolls and a grilled pork bahn mi. The server, came immediately and since I already knew what I wanted, I was able to order immediately and both items were on their half-menu being used for the soft opening. The spring rolls (2) were fresh and nice a tasty. The peanut dipping sauce was very flavorful and a perfect consistency. The pork bahn mi was the best I've found since moving up year two + years ago. The roll (a brioche bun) was FABULOUS! And the filings just right. It was also much larger than the usual pho places in the area. Next time I'll try one of the pho selections, and yes, the next time will be very soon since it's just a block from my apartment I went back and had their combo pho two days later. Ask for Kai to be your server. He is fantastic and handsome too. lol read more

Had an okay experience here overall. Choke this place because it was a few mins from our hoteParking was a bit difficult. Mostly street parking, and the garage looked like it might be for residents only, so that was a little confusing. When I walked in, I waited more than a few minutes to be greeted and seated. Eventually, someone came to the front and asked, "Do you need help?" which felt a little odd considering I had been sitting at the entrance waiting to be seated. Service was on the slower side throughout. One thing that stood out was that our entrees came out before the appetizer, which was strange since appetizers (salad rolls) usually come first. The restaurant itself is cute and has a nice bar area, which added to the atmosphere. Portions were decent, and the food was good, but nothing especially memorable. Pretty comparable to other Vietnamese spots I've been to. Not bad, just not something I'd go out of my way to come back for. Service could definitely use some improvement and more training. read more

There were four of us who ate here for dinner. The menu seemed very limited. Aside from soup, there are no gluten-free options. The two who ordered teriyaki chicken said it tasted like fish. Another person ordered curry, which had the consistency of a thin soup, and they forgot to include the cubed potatoes. My dish was the beef pho, which was about 50/50 meat to yellow fat. We went up from the S.F Bay Area to visit our eldest and she took us here for dinner. What a fabulous choice! the ambiance is relaxed, fresh and cool... The staff on point, knowledgeable , and engaging. We loved drinks menu was excellent, my wife had a margarita she enjoyed, and the food was hands down fantastic! The Pho was rich and full of fresh ingredients, the spring rolls the same with a great sauce, and I had the Vietnamese Burger, which was a outstanding, fresh take on a classic burger. even the fries were on point. The food was good, and we truly appreciated the delicious meal overall. However, based on our experience, customers with dietary restrictions may need to communicate very carefully with the restaurant about their dietary needs. Even after clearly explaining our dietary restrictions (vegetarian without Nước mắm/fish sauce), a shrimp egg roll was still included in my dish. I ordered the "Tofu Vermicelli Noodle Salad," and the menu only listed "egg roll" without specifying the type. The manager explained it was included as listed on the menu, but we wish the restaurant had either substituted it or simply served the dish without the egg roll, as other restaurants have done in my experience. We still appreciate the restaurant for offering tasty food and hope they can improve communication and better accommodate guests with dietary restrictions in the future. read more

We just tried this new restaurant in Bothell and it is so good. The Vietnamese loaded fries were a nice surprise for us both and I highly recommend those because I promise, you won't regret it. Wonderful addition to Bothell! Our food tasted very fresh. Spring Rolls were delicious, the peanut dipping sauce was great. The Banh Mi was amazing, the roll just the right texture and the pickled vegetables added just the right crunch. The Pho was delicious. We had the marinated tofu for all 3 and it was perfect. First impression walking in... clean, inviting, and super cute interior design. The shrimp spring rolls were fresh and delicious, especially with the complimentary sauces (chili, sriracha, and a little plum sauce). For my entrée, I got the short rib rice dish and the marinade on the meat was incredible. Ariana was our server and she was so sweet! She answered all of our questions (and we had quite a few) she really took the time to make sure our first visit was a great experience. The manager came by to help answer a few questions as well, which made the experience feel even more welcoming. Definitely a spot worth trying! read more

This is probably one of the best Vietnamese places in Bothell and nearby. I ordered the Bun Dac Biet (Vermicelli with Grilled beef and egg roll). The meat was very good quality and well seasoned. The egg roll was well cooked. Not the ratio of filling I am used to, but still good. The veggies were short of mints like tí tô, but still fresh. Overall very good and would come back for this. My partner ordered the beef pho. The broth was clean and clear, not too heavily seasoned like a lot of other places. We came during the soft launch as we randomly stumbled on it while walking around town. While we were browsing the menu outside the server came out to greet us. Very nice touch! Ive been 4 times since open. My wife loves the Bahn Mi and I get the chicken Pho everytime. I've had most of the appetizers and the chicken teriyaki. It's become our go to when we want something quick, good, affordable. This location has struggled keeping solid restaurants. I hope Saigon is here to stay! read more

Give this place a try. Fresh and flavorful from the broth to the tofu (I had the vegetable pho). I also had delicious spring and egg rolls. Don't even get me started on the service, the nicest, genuine, and personable staff. The drinks were also FANTASTIC- I tried the yuzu drop and the roosters garden margarita. I think it's too new to have a vibe or ambiance yet and I didn't partake of the Vietnamese food. I had a hamburger that was OK. I will try an authentic "dish" next time. I went by myself, and I think the waiter person, a young woman, figured she would not get a good tip from an older woman, so she never came back to ask how I was doing or if I needed anything else, so she missed out on a good tip! I don't like being hovered over but she will need to improve her service & her attitude if she expects a tip, at least from me read more
