Good food, great service but small portions. This is a Vietnamese and Thai food fusion restaurant. The flavors were good, however, because I am used to seeing more vegetables (i.e. bean sprouts, basil leaves, onions) when ordering Pho. The portion was smaller and vegetables were sparse. The egg rolls were much smaller than other places. The owners are the servers and they were very attentive and great which is the highlight of the place. It is a small and intimate place. I like to support small businesses but this place is a little far from my home so only if I happen to be in the area, I may give it another try. read more

Stumbled upon Saigon Bistrot while searching for pho to eat. I couldn't believe it when I found pressured cooked pho! It was a far drive for me but it was well worth the drive. Cool thing is that they got the utensil drawer attached below the tables. Utensils are of high quality which elevate your eating experience like you are eating at home. Comfortable place to eat and clean. The broth was piping hot & I could taste the love & care that went into making their pho to where it is today. Chili oil was top notch quality as well. Best fried rice ever! We ordered Cajun and the Garlic friend rice and they are so delicious!! The Pai Tai is kind of normal tho. The Super Topping dessert is a must. It's me again! This is now our go-to place for home-cooked Thai food. Tried their combo #43 and it did not disappoint! As expected, the light sauce for the vermicelli noodles blended so well with the shrimp, pork and Eggrolls that I would order this again, but with the rice instead of the noodles. Saw this spot on TikTok! Came to give it a try with my brother, we ordered the bistrot sample (wings/eggrolls/spring rolls/dumplings) great start for your stomach. We also ordered the pho house special (dac biet) loved the flavor, pad see ew beef it was delicious! Love the variety of vegetables on there and chicken pad Thai! I liked the noodles they used and I recommend talking and asking the owners for suggestions. They are so nice and sweet. We were greeted warmly and chose our table. I order the shrimp spring rolls. They tasted very good and fresh. The Thai iced tea was very good too. I ordered the #43 with pork and vermicelli, etc. the pork was juicy and delicious. The food and service were great. The only I would have liked was more of the sliced cucumber salad on my plate. I was greeted as soon as I walked in everyone was so friendly and nice- the menu was great I wanted to order everything wow. I ended up getting the combination plate since it came with a bit of everything as well as the fusion wings and geeesh fire!! But this review is for the padthai- it was dry, too much noodles, there has hardly any peanuts or eggs and I think there was 5 shirmp. It was also weirdly wrapped in foil and it was not mixed with the ingredients. This is the first padthai that I had ever seen served like this. The veggies were cooked well and kept the crunchiness. 5/5 Lastly had to end it with some pho We had the house special pho it comes with Rare Beef, Brisket, Tendon, and Tripe. The Viet Thai fusion concept was such a really good call!! I loved how they were creative with some of the dishes and knew how they each compliment each other. Went with a friend and got Rocket Shrimps and the fish sauce fried wings and those were really good! We also shared the Thai Mango salad and my friend got the Pad Thai and all of those were really good too! BUT my #1 favorite was the Tom Yum Fried Rice! 10/10 would come here again just for that. The restaurant is small but they are attentive. When we arrived there were no customers, but some arrived later and several picked up to go. My husband ordered the Pho and he said the Pho tasted good but the portion was small. Also, the leaves that come with it only had one stem and he could only use part of them, since they had black spots on them and were bad. The sprouts were a small portion too. I ordered the vermicelli combo with shrimp, pork, and egg rolls. The shrimp was cooked well and the egg rolls were good and crispy. The pork was cold and I wish they didn't serve it with sauce on it. It was a bit sweet for me. They were great in letting me get bean sprouts instead of salad. The server we had didn't understand English but someone else came to assist him when I was asking questions. My food tasted good. The server came by and took the chili paste while we were eating. I was still using it and wish he would have asked to get it instead of reaching across our table and getting it without asking or saying excuse me. Also, he should have come with a full one and asked can he swap them. Later he returned and again just reached across and put it back. Later he did come by and asked if he could clear my plate. Then he filled our water without us asking. My hubby didn't want any but let him fill it since he already left and came back with the water. The owners were nice and the gentleman stopped by to see if everything was ok after the food first came out. The owners have great service and for that I would give them 5 stars. I deducted stars due to the bad leaves and the server just reaching across the table and not asking. Then when they brought us the bill, it had a QR code on the bottom to pay. We chose to do that but then felt weird leaving as nobody said anything about checking it. I took a screenshot, just in case. As we were walking out the door one of them asked the other one in Vietnamese if we paid. I would recommend they figure out how to verify this before people leave or get rid of it at the table and let people use it at the register. Otherwise, if they get busy, they might have people walk out without paying. If we are in the area we might eat here again. However, living in Westminster, we have cheaper food and larger portions. read more

We noticed a new restaurant close to where we live with great reviews so we decided to try it. We have now been 4 times already and are slowly trying everything on the menu it seems. We have decided that you simply can't go wrong here, everything is SO GOOD! So far we have tried the Pad Thai, Garlic rice, cajun rice, Pho, egg rolls, banana spring rolls and churro ice cream bowl. All have truly been great! I feel it's really hard to find really great Pho as well as Pad Thai and both are excellent here! The owners are honestly the sweetest as well!
