We are updating our review from 2 years ago to say Saigon Jade is still our favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the valley. They offer outstanding service and excellent, authentic food. The PHO broth is rich and extremely flavorful. Most other establishments do not take the time to do not this right. The appetizers are great along with all their entres. I ordered Beef pho with fresh noodle and it's phenomenal. You might not see fresh noodle advertised on the menu, but you can ask the server to add it on. Service is nice and fast. Price is reasonable. read more

Every time I've come here over the past year we've been seated immediately with a smile and some refreshing fruit infused water. The service is great and incredibly fast, any time you wait is well worth it, trust me. I personally am in love with their Mi Vit Tiem but I've also tried their pho and Bun rieu which are delicious also. They used to have a limited choice of appetizers but very recently they changed that up, I've now tried their egg rolls and fried tofu which are both incredibly flavorful. Being from Montana it's hard to find good pho, so any time I travel I seek it out. Ordered from Saigon jade and was pretty disappointed. I ordered off their online menu, the person I ordered from didn't give me any pricing for any of my items, she said 20 minutes so went pick up my food. The prices have increased by at least 35 percent it took almost 45 minutes to get my food and the pho was ok. Mostly brisket fat, very little rare steak. I recommend finding a different place to anyone looking for good pho. read more

Whenever my family and I crave for Pho this is where we go. (After being to 3 other different places) Not only that it's very delicious, clean and the prices are reasonable, but the staff is always polite, friendly and happy to answer our questions regards to the dishes that are on the menu. ( I think he's the cook and the owner?) It's always good to have dinner with the family with 2 small children in a restaurant that you feel comfortable and welcome. I came here because it was next to target and I was exceptionally hungry. I ordered Chicken Pho not knowing what Pho is. Pho is a type of Vietnamese soup where you add stuff to it while you eat it. My Pho was delicious and I made it spicy by putting all the Jalapenos in it. The egg rolls here are unique and excellent with Saigons dipping sauce. I made the order Takeaway and everything was hot when I got to my hotel. Prices are reasonable for excellent food.Service is exceptionally friendly and I highly recommend Chicken Pho ! read more

So this is a bit hard to say, but my favorite PHO in the valley has been replaced with this little family run restaurant. been here 3 times in the last 3 weeks now, and I was a bit torn between this place and another my wife and I like to frequent, but this last visit won me over! The waiter we always have is most likely the son of the owners, havent asked. But, this last visit he recommended the oxtail noodle soup and it really blew me away at the flavors it had! everything we have tried has been incredible so far, cant wait to try the next recommendation! read more

I ordered from Saigon Jade through Uber Eats. Meal came promptly. The chicken wings in fish sauce were a bit crunchy but delicious. The Vietnamese egg rolls were equally delicious as was the spicy dipping sauce (not sure was it was, but it had great flavor. The chicken broccoli (ordered spicy) was fair. Good flavor but the chicken seemed dry. Fortunately, there was extra sauce on the bottom for which to dip the chicken. Overall, the food was very good. read more

I ordered the beef wrap in the leaf on 7/4 and they forgot to pack vegetables and rice paper with that. I didn't check and went home and I only ate the beef and the noodles which lose half of flavor. My house is far away that is why I called to let them know and the guy pick up just said " sorry, we will give you 50% the next bill if you come " and didn't bother ask for my name or phone number which means he didn't care and meant what he said. I asked " do u take my name or how do you know next time if I come?" He asked real quick and hang up on me. I doubt it base one the way he talked and came few days after to order something else, and reminded him about the mistake another day but he seemed ignore it and charge me full price. I just want to know if he honor his words or not, if you open the business and didn't care about the customers then you are suck, you made Vietnamese look bad, if you said discount meant you have to do it otherwise I don't need that but I don't like lie. If I go to American restaurant they will treat you better, they will give me free food if their fault even send the manager to say sorry. I LOVE this place! I usually get delivery since it's near my work. The pho has lots of flavor and is a pretty big. Most of the time I eat half of it at work and the other half at home. The "Special Beef Combo Pho" is my go to. I've ordered pho from other place and they usually don't give you all the meat or they give you very little meat, but not here! They are very generous with their portions. Oh and the smoothies are sooooo good. I'm addicted to the "Stronger Brain Power Smoothie". I have dined in once. I have a service dog and they were very respectful about it (I've gone to places that refuse to let her in). The server was very nice and he constantly came by to make sure everything was ok. Tried for the first time today. Ordered orange chicken and Rangoons. The sauce for the Rangoons looks like buffalo wing sauce. But doesn't taste like it. Sweet with a bit of spice. I'm not sure if I got orange chicken or sweet and sour. Didn't have pineapple on it but red peppers and onions. Maybe it's Vietnamese style? Whatever it was, it tastes really good. A great hidden spot that cannot be seen from the street. Coming from Vietnam recently, the Chefs here make true authentic noodle bowls. Their bánh canh cua's broth (crab noodle soup) has a very intense flavor of crab. Bún bò Hu's broth has full flavor of lemon grass, shrimp paste, and pork bones. They have a whole page dedicated to Vegan food. They even have special Vietnamese drinks that can be made Vegan. I went for a classic vermicelli bowl with eggroll. I inquired about the wrapper and if it's egg free. He said it was and ultimately I can't expect the world! This place really did a great job with all our dishes. My family and I are in love with this restaurant. I got the Banh Canh Cua again, but I also discovered another super good dish here the other day. It reminded me of foods I ate when I travelled to Vietnam. It's not on the menu. The dish is called bún mm, which are noodles with a fish paste based soup. Wow, where do I start? The service was phenomenal. The hostess and waiter were attentive to our every need. For your information, the menu is larger than the few options you see on their website. They should probably put the whole menu online so people can see the many available dishes, appetizers, desserts, and smoothies. We decided to try this restaurant because of their vegan options and we were not disappointed! The menu has an entire page of vegan options with soy chicken, soy shrimp, soy pork, and tofu as options. Our food was fantastic! The non-vegans enjoyed their meals as well, so Saigon Jade got it right for everyone's food preferences. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious water, which was lightly infused with local citrus and mint. I know I've found a quality establishment when they pay attention to the little details, such as water. Also, they use non-GMO rice, which is rare for restaurants to do (in my experience). I don't really know if the owner is from Vietnam or not? I give this restaurant one star. Today, after eating the Bun Bo Hue and Grilled Pork Rolls, on the way home I got sick and threw up all over. The broth of Bun Bo Hue is like a dishwasher water. Finally! I have found an authentic, delicious, Viet place WITH vegan options. The struggle has been too real. Came here on whim with my carnivorous boyfriend and we have both decided this is our new spot. There were lots of options and even a whole entire vegan menu. Everything is made fresh! You can hear all the chopping in the back. Hehe. The desserts looked amazing but we were too full to even think about it. We both got vermicelli dishes and they were so flavorful and delicious. My new favorite Vietnamese restaurant so far in the valley! Stopped by for a late Sunday lunch and we ordered the spring rolls as appetizers, they were delicious! Filled with shrimp, pork and all fresh, plus a dipping sauce on the side, very refreshing. My main meal was the super scrumptious duck noodle specialty dish... Can't remember the name of the dish on the menu but our awesome, friendly waiter mentioned that it was the healthiest meal on the menu. I think the menu said that as well. Regardless, the broth was quite tasty with an umami flavor that reminded me of my mom's homemade chicken soup. Lots of bok choy and and mushrooms added in. The duck was cooked to perfection, moist and tender with a crispy skin. The noodles soaked up the broth quite well. The seafood Bon Rieu had some tasty seafood pâte type meatballs added in and broth was spicy and perfection as well. This authentic vietnamese restaurant is located in a somewhat obscured end of a strip center next to Target. Had I not searched on Yelp, it would have not be noticed from the main street. Its a family owned business in a cozy, clean interior. At first seated, the friendly server brought us fruit infused water, which was so refreshing. The menu has a large variety of vietnamese and even some chinese. The server was so helpful in recommending some dishes. We ordered their popular thin rice noodles with grilled pork, stuffed pancake, seafood noodle soup in shrimp paste, and oxtail noodle soup. I enjoyed sampling all and it was incredibly tasty in a subtle way. The tender oxtails were whole pieces and not cut up which I really appreciate the full benefit of. That in itself will bring me back and to try more of their unique specialties. Oh, and don't be surprised to see mostly asian clientele. Got to try this hidden gem! read more
