This place is legit, but the carnitas were a bit dry. Smallish burritos just in case you're hoping for something bigger.

I'm glad I visited this food cart. It used to be the old Guero location. The items on here were pretty simple, which made the decision to order easy. I ordered the pork box with extra grilled veggies. The food cams out freshly prepared and had really good flavors. Great place! I had the seared veggie bowl, my lunch partner had the carnitas burrito. Both were perfectly spiced. Truly exceptional.

Yummy burritos!!! Definitely add the veggies (if you like vegetables), and I got guacamole on the side (absolutely worth it). There is another cart that has hard cider (or beer), and a cute little fire pit to sit around if you decide to eat there. Definitely recommend!! read more

Love that they grill the tortillas on their burritos. The tortillas are excellent and fresh tasting and I wouldn't be surprised if they were made in house. They have that nice char from the grill when they come out. I'm a bean, cheese and rice burrito Kinda buddy and of the many BCRs I've had, they're always exemplary. They don't actually sell a BCR on their menu, and they should because it's a fan favorite, but instead sell a bean and cheese burrito, which I've also gotten. The beans were quite runny on their own, spilling out of the burrito a bit, but with the addition of rice it thickens the consistency to perfection. The price is fair, and while I can't speak to other menu items, my friends have always enjoyed their meals too. The salsas are all great and authentic. The service is chill and they will come find you in the patio. Speaking of the ambiance, this is one of my favorite little food cart pod spots. They've got a great box truck mini bar with art deco pendant lights (an ambiance plus) and a fire pit right next to Saint Burrito. Great value and perfect low key spot for a casual bite. read more

The mix of cabbage, grilled veggies, guac, sour cream, tasty tasty rice and the marinated seared tuna is unreal. And for Portland Mexican, the habanero sauce is actually spicy! This place is delicious! I've only had their vegan burrito but hoooboy am I hooked. The ingredients are well seasoned, the guacamole is perfectly tart and comforting, the burrito is hefty without being a total tummy buster. It's a great pre-movie dinner. Patooey! God the women in this food cart are so impossibly adorable and you want to believe every word they say about their miraculous burritos. What kind of elevated flavor pallet do I get to rejoice in ? I wonder how spicy that special spicy sauce is? You will stupidly entertain all of these questions because these cart owners are charming and so friendly. But alas.. flavor profile is the same as your best microwaved organic college dorm burrito. Special spicy salsa.. is one note and not spicy. This cart is truly disappointing-- I've never seen such a mismatch of great customer service and poor product.. This food cart can do better ! Do some more research and perfect this burrito .. add some more flavor profiles.. deepen the sauces. Then you will have a winner and not some organic fusion sludge that tastes like nothing. The burritos here are large and super flavorful. They are also on the wet side so reheating at home is sometimes difficult as the wet ingredients make the tortilla fall apart. Easy answer here is chill the burrito when you get it home wrap it in parchment then aluminum foil and it will reheat pretty well. Decent, but I cannot for the life of me imagine how you'd call the pork "carnitas". It bears very little resemblance, aside from it possibly being the same cut. Chewy, bland, barely browned. Google it, guys; this is not carnitas. Call it "roast pork" or something, but "crispy carnitas" it is absolutely not.
