My go to is a salad, they also have wraps and other options, and the topping options are great with lots of variety. My favorite is their chicken shawarma, but I also wanted to try their new doner kebab. The shawarma is still supreme, but the doner also had good flavor and cooked well. Since I typically order takeout, I haven't spent much time inside the restaurant. But I do like the clean, tasteful aesthetic. I also appreciate the staff, both for their friendliness and promptness. I've tried various meats and enjoyed them all; my favorites are the Pomegranate Chicken and Steak Shawarma. It's cool to see Döner Kebab on the menu, too. The different entrée types have varying portion sizes and levels of customization. My preferred type is the Plate, because of the balance of protein, carbs, & veggies. But I think most would like the options & size of the Bowl. On the more critical side, I do not think the Wrap Bites are worthwhile. The form factor & taste are good, but the portions are lacking. I'm also not a fan of the fries and wish I could swap with other sides. Some other thoughts on the menu. Entrées let you add on a lentil soup cup for free, so don't forget it! What you should forget about is the Dubai Chocolate... even if it's "cheap" relative to others, it's just not that good. I am a huge fan of CAVA and am constantly craving it between visits to SoCal, so have been wanting to try this spot for a while. There's a good amount of seating inside the restaurant, and you order at the counter to BYO bowl or wrap. I got the salad bowl with chicken shawarma- pretty generous portions of toppings and meat. I especially loved the eggplant and cauliflower hot toppings, and the lentil soup that comes complimentary with each meal! I love coming here from time to time because of the Costco gift cards. It is basically like getting 20% off. I usually choose the couscous with chicken. Then I add mostly all ingredients. I might vary the combinations from time to time to alter the tastes. Sometimes we'll order fries and they are made fresh. So they are very hot and toasty! I like it here because usually the portions are usually pretty good. Sometimes you'll have some leftover for another snack the next day as well. You also get a cup of soup with the meal as well for the cold days. Although the soup isn't scalding hot though, it is good enough for me The staff is also very nice and accommodating. Food was like Cava for the Silicon Valley. Chipotle like service with Mediterranean flavors. I ordered the Chicken Shwarma bowl. You can customize your bowl to fit dietary desires. For me, being pre-diabetic, it was important to have salad. I liked the fresh veggies along with the cauliflower and eggplant which was the star of my bowl. I was jealous of the two guys who got 2 avocado scoops on the top of the bowls which costs extra. I was too cheap to pay for it. SAJJ is basically a Mediterranean version of Chipotle and it's delicious! I prefer the bowl over the wrap because I feel like you can stuff way more stuff inside but honestly both options are good. I also like to do half rice and half salad, but the rest of the toppings are all personal preference! For meat options, I like their chicken shawarma. I also love all of their sauce options, but word of caution, their garlic sauce is very garlicky (in case that's not your thing). PSA: Their fries are AMAZING!
