Love this hidden gem in Healdsburg. Fresh sushi and friendly staff. Small outdoor seating but I always opt for the sushi bar. Nice selection of sake too. Give this place a try!

My girlfriend and I have been coming here for a very long time. Some of the best sushi we've had and it's always fresh. The manager, Frank, is incredible and always makes sure that we are well taken care of. My favorites are the Carburetor Roll, Martini Prawns and Miso! There's plenty of space for parking out front and we never have problems finding a spot. Great restaurant, we always look forward to coming here.

Beautiful Martini Prawns set on the table.

Trying a new sushi place that was open. Server staff prompt and courteous. Surprised to see martini prawns on the menu - we ordered this, yelp favorite Utah roll, staff recommended Spicy Tuna roll, miso, California roll and tuna nigiri. Miso came out immediately and HOT! Really nice flavor and rich coloring. Martini prawns - what a mess. Tough, strangely battered dry prawns, luke warm at best swimming in a mayo sauce that lacked depth of flavor. Total disappointment. For great martini prawns - royal China off piner rd. California roll was fresh and full of flavor. One of the better California rolls I've had. The Utah roll was decent - I'd get this again. Spicy tuna with fried chili strands - pretty but loaded with sriracha sauce, chili seeds and deep fried. Would not get this again, Just heat over powering anything else. Tuna nigiri was not pleasant - fish was mealy and had a funny taste. Service was good, but we won't be coming back,

Pure bliss. The roasted beets with walnuts and idazabal cheese were delicious and very generous, a reminder that one shouldn't go to a tapas restaurant alone! So take a friend or two and go.

I liked the cauliflower one we got, along with the beet salad. I would say that the tapas are on the larger size. We also ordered the fried chicken meal which was delicious but too much food for two people! It comes with a delicious kale salad as well. I also ordered the cava sangria, which was good but super strong! I did feel like the service was fine but they weren't as super friendly as other places in Healdsburg. The service was really fast, food came out quickly.

After waiting nearly two hours and spending money at the bar, we felt misled, dismissed, and unwelcome. We have always enjoyed 107, but this experience left a very disappointing first impression. We hope management looks into this matter and improves communication and hospitality at the host stand.

We knew immediately this was going to be a special night. We went all in with the chef's prix fixe menu, and it delivered from the very first bite. Warm, homemade dinner rolls -- fragrant with thyme, garlic, and chili flakes, served alongside pillowy whipped butter -- set the tone perfectly. We loved them so much we asked for a second basket without a moment's hesitation. The Sonoma County Organic Salad that followed was nothing short of a revelation: crisp Little Gem lettuce, Pioneer Micro Herbs and edible flowers, beautifully shaved vegetables, whipped fromage blanc, and a Green Goddess dressing that tied it all together with effortless elegance. Perfection is the only word for it. For our entrées, the Petrale Sole Meunière was a masterclass in refined, soulful cooking -- the Costeaux sourdough croutons, potato fondant, haricot verts, and caper beurre noisette working in perfect harmony. And the pork porchetta with nduja? Cooked flawlessly, bold, deeply satisfying, and utterly memorable. We paired the meal with the Valette Rosé of Pinot Noir, which has instantly earned a place among the finest rosés we've ever tasted -- vibrant, nuanced, and a dream with every course. Dessert brought the ItsNotA 'Snickers Bar' and the Almond Frangipane, both executed brilliantly and the ideal sweet finale to an extraordinary meal. Valette isn't just a great restaurant -- it's our new favorite dining destination, full stop. We'll be back, again and again.
