Then after saying 2x I have an allergy to one of the item, told no worries, won't be added. As I waited (another 30 min) they served my food with item I'm allergic to sitting on top. Told them again, I can't have this. The chef picked it off with his fingers!?! I said it could kill me. They said (reluctantly) they'd make another (10 minute later). Food tastes fine. I was really disappointed last night..... The women whom was taking our order was out right rude and it was my friend's first time there. As a regular it was big let down. The rest of the staff was great! But honestly no one likes to have there order taken by someone with an attitude. To start of we drove over two hours to try the place because our 5 year old. Our 5 year old is obsessed with Ramen one of their videos popped up and he instantly wanted to go. I don't like the concept of this place where you order at the front cashier then get a text when your food is ready and you have to pick it up. $70 for 2- ramens and a fried rice. It took 35 minutes to get our ramen. I had to ask what was going on and it turned out it was just sitting there. When I got it, it was cold and barely had any broth. The whole experience was very disappointing. The place is kinda cute. It has cold metal high top benches for seats. If you're in the mood for ramen, go somewhere else. Broth was plain. U have to order first and tip. Then to find out u just find ur own seat anywhere u can and get ur own drink. Seats were high metal benches and metal tables. Overall, the quality isn't that great. There's definitely better ramen in the IE. The seating inside is really awkward and uncomfortable. This ramen is so good! I'm a huge ramen addict and I love ramen so much I have a ramen tattoo. Trust me when I say this place is better than kaz ramen. Also, jo ramen is better than kaz ramen. Kaz is good but it's not the best. I gave it 3 tries and I don't like them at all. I highly recommend the tonkotsu ramen from here at Saku Ramen. They have the BEST broth and the pork is so good. The food was ok not bad. honestly overpriced if you're getting the "premium Japanese pork" it was over cooked and somehow dry while simultaneously being submerged in broth. This was the single most hostile eating environment I have ever encountered. It had all the bad things: uncomfortable close quarters cafeteria style seating complete with children staring at you while you eat, no air conditioning, dusty fake flowers and weird nightclub lighting. atmosphere is cool, but thats about it. from my experience they don't seem to give regular bowls they only offer flimsy plastic bowls not only that but the chopsticks kinda suck. along with all of that you are paying for every piece that goes into your ramen. imagine if subway charged you for lettuce on your subway sandwich which is pretty lame considering that their broth isnt even that good and the amount of broth they give you is minuscule however if you dont care about the taste of your food when spending upwards to 15 dollars plus this is an amazing place to go to but if you want actually decent ramen where you dont have to order each individual piece (like egg 2$ seaweed 2 dollars pork 4 dollars or something while having to pay the base price of around 13 dollars for noodles and broth) go to kaz ramen or even zen street they wont charge you for more sides i wish i had a photo of their menu but you'll see for yourself note: i did go at like 2am read more

The broth was horrible it reminded me of sink water, there was no formal silverware rather it was a cheap plastic spoon. I had ordered the spicy Tonkotsu with chicken and corn as well as spinach with an additional cost. I was very displeased with the uncomfortable seat arrangement where they were structured as discomfort inducing steel benches. This was low average ramen with almost a $20 cost for just a small bowl of ramen that was honestly straight out flavorless. Inside was super hot the AC wasn't working that well. And at the same time, both restrooms were closed. I would say this is not family friendly place. I went here last night, we weren't notified that the wait to get our food would be 1 hour. But what was upsetting and weird was that people that ordered after us got their food before us. We ordered 2 ramen bowls and a side of fried rice, we noticed that our fried rice was sitting on the counter for at least 30 minutes before we actually got our food. Jolly me this place is splendid! The ramen broth was incredible and the chicken was quite divine. The only complaint I have are the seat, felt like my mother when she beat me but other than that the tori ramen felt like I'm right at home when my wife's boyfriend is in town.
