Salad and Go has me hooked again. There was a span where their chicken was ... not consistently good. They have changed their chicken supplier and the chicken is tender and super tasty now! I usually rotate between 3 different salads but the last two times I've really enjoyed the Asian Fusion salad! This is my new go-to location when I'm getting lunch from the work site as it's just up the street and has plenty of parking spots around the building to sit and eat my meal. There's not much to see besides the concrete jungle, so it lets me focus on not spilling anything inside my car. The drive-thru line moves quickly and the window service is friendly. Salads and more to go! I love the convenience of getting salads here such as Greek salad, Caesar, Cobb Salad, bbq ranch and more. You can even order breakfast items such as cheese quesadillas, different egg burrito options, or some drinks such as a few lemonades options and refreshing drinks. Kid menu options also available with chicken, cheese or steak quesadillas. Pita chips and hummus, marshmallow bar, kid salad available. Service is always great. She told me to let her know as soon as I submit the order and they can work on that right away for me. That order came out pretty quick! I chose 2 traditional salad and 2 spicy adobo sauce for the burritos. The turkey burritos were good! Pretty big size. I recommend the traditional salsa over the spicy adobo sauce. I usually loveee salad and go, I've never had a problem before with any locations until this one. I went last night and grabbed a Cobb salad with tofu, they said they were out of avocado and asked if I wanted extra of anything else no charge. I told them that's totally fine and to just add some extra tofu. I grabbed my order and the guys was super nice and told me again he was sorry about the avocado. I got home and was extremely sad to find my salad was ONLY a teaspoon of cheese, lettuce, 2 cherry tomatoes, and tofu. I paid for a Cobb and got about 1-8 of it. Extremely sad. Hopefully it was just a one time mistake but I'm going to stop and check all my food from them before driving off now. Huge pet peeve of mine with to-go food places when they don't give you what the meal should be. Also: just read some of the other reviews and they had the same experience. Order a salad within the last hour of them being open and you'll get none of the ingredients you pay for. Seems like a manager needs to intervene and talk to the employees about their laziness. I pick up salads here about once per month, and in the last 4 months they've yet to get one order 10% correct. I like loaded salads, and I usually add a couple of extra ingredients to my salad. There has been at least one ingredient missed in each of my orders. Next time I go I'm going to make them show me everything before they seal up the salads. They've never forgotten to charge for all of the extras, but they just don't deliver. This Salad and Go was a go-to stop for me when I lived nearby in Chandler. I love stopping at a Salad and Go on nights I don't feel like cooking and want something healthy. They promote fresh organic eating and they make it fast. What's great about this place is that the prices are very affordable for healthy eating. In fact, in the past couple years they have lowered their menu prices and increased employee pay. You can get a salad with chicken or tofu for around $6. Salad and Go is also big on being environmental friendly. They have helped by eliminating a bag to put your food in and plastic straws. I am pretty much a fan of all their salads, but the jalapeño ranch is my favorite. I love that they put your salad in a big container so you can shake up your salad to make sure the dressing is evenly distributed. For breakfast, you can get a breakfast burrito and a cold brew for under $5. Lemonades and cold brew coffee are $1.24 everyday! I love all Salad and Go. This was my first time at this location. This is my friend's closest location. She gets her salads here 2x a week. On this occasion I just went for the drinks. I absolutely love there salads but this time only here for the lemonade. I had to get the sangria lemonade. It is a seasonal item and had to get while in town. Drink was refreshing after a hike. I love the mozzarella balls. They are the best part of the meal for me. They are soft and sweet. The flavor is enhanced by the flavor of the sauce that I use for the salad dressing. I like to use the sauce which is the pesto and the balsamic vinegar. I think it tastes good together. The sweet taste of the mozzarella and the flavor of the balsamic vinegar that is incongruent is nice. The lettuce is very fresh for the most part. I have not had that many old pieces of lettuce in my salad. The tomatoes were so good too. Recently they have been on the old side. I have only had but only a few little pieces of salad that were old. The chicken seems to have a rosemary flavor to it. The dressing comes in plastic bags and the bag has to be cut open. Maybe my first experience wasn't the best, because I have heard good things about this place for many people. I ordered on-line, which I rarely do, but was in a bit of a hurry and it was HOT outside. The on-line order said it would be ready at 12:30. Knowing that most times I've ordered on-line they run a bit late, so I showed up at 12:35. After showing up about 5 minutes after my order should have been ready, I waited another 6 to 7 minutes for someone to come to the pick up window ask customers that just got there what there orders were then ask me. Oh my goodness this place is absolutely adorable and was such a great experience. While in Arizona for 9yo baseball tournament, we were driving daily to different fields and then the annoying, "what do you want for lunch?" Would happen and simply could not. I googled "salad" and this place appeared and unbeknownst to me- it's a freaking drive thru! For SALADS. Why is this not done everywhere?? The salad quality was legit outstanding- I was pretty shocked. We were able to store them in our hotel fridge and graze- kale was incredible. Out of all the chaos that occurred during this quick trip, this one is worthy of some time to mention- really affordable which triples down on the awesomeness- my salad is was $7 and more quantity and better quality than Mad Greens Service was speedy af, like a literal Starbucks (on a good day,) 25 seconds per car speed. I think their staff needs a raise. I've always gone to this place and recently it had gotten so much busier then usual. Lines would be wrapped around the building. And their staff is working hard! There have been more than 15 people waiting with me in the heat. People showing up way later than me and others waiting ahead of me are getting their orders before us. If I hadn't already paid I would have left a while back. People had double orders and partial orders. More people coming after me are still currently getting their orders.
