My family goes to Salad and Go at least twice a week, it's a great dinner option when my parents would rather not cook. I wanted to try all the salads but once I tried the thai I was hooked. Honestly this is my favorite restaurant and favorite salad. I wish they sold their sauces in bottles so I could put it on salads at home too. The thai dressing is light though so I like getting an extra dressing. This is the reason I'm giving it 4 stars, because they tend to forget sauces.. A lot. But I give them the benefit of the doubt because I am asking for more than the regular amount. It's just interesting when we ask if they put 2 sauces, they look right at us and say yes, and then their isn't 2 sauces. Overall I'm just being nitpicky because it's so good there's nothing really to complain about. read more

A family member introduced me to this establishment a couple of months ago. My experienced at first was stellar. I have been a regular here since then --- going by at least 4 times a week, and I usually pick up something for one or two other family members also. However, within the last couple of weeks, I've noticed that the caliber of service has plummeted. They first forgot to include one ingredient with my salad. The next time, they didn't include two ingredients AND they also barely put in any of the ingriedients they did put into the bowl. Today, they didn't include 4 ---- yes, *four* of the ingredients. I've learned not to go back because if you go back, and nicely point out that something is missing, they'll tell you that they've now added it, but when you get home it's still not there. This is robbing your customers --- plain and simple. If you're missing ingredients, then please tell the customers and give them options. It's also disheartening because I, in good faith as the customer, pay for services for which I am not being provided. I am not blaming the workers as it appears to me that the reason they are not including ingredients into the salad is because *management is failing* at its job, and is not buying sufficient ingredients. The workers are always kind, respectful, and hard-working. So, this complaint is being squarely dropped on management's lap. Please management, get your act together. We'd hate to have to start avoiding this place --- especially since there are other establisments that offer salads also. Those establishments give us what we paid for. At this point, we've decided to give this place a rest. We may go back in a few weeks. However, if we get the same kind of treatment, we'll permanently take our business elsewhere. At this point, I've already put friends and family on the alert as to what is going on here. I wouldn't want them to also waste their time and money. read more

Salads are delicious and such a great price, but it is very frustrating to get all the way home and realize that they didn't give me any salad dressing. A pretty big thing to forget from a salad place. of course I wasn't going to drive all the way back. This place is new and doesn't seem to have their systems down. This was the second time i did online ordering and both times, the window person made me feel like i was doing something wrong by not arriving at the exact time i was supposed to. Salad and Go is my go-to for healthy lunches I can take to work. You get a good salad at a great price and the customer service is great! I pulled up this afternoon and saw a very long line and expected to wait 15 or 20 minutes. Five minutes later I had my salads in hand. I bought the Autumn salad today around 12:30p.m.with the intentions of eating it for dinner this evening. Historically, I am pleased with that salad but today was different. I looked at it before placing it in the refrigerator and I noticed that greens were on top and nothing else. I said to myself that the ingredients got tossed in my truck as I was making the trip home. That was not the case at all. I tossed that salad and I tossed that salad to try to bring ingredients other than greens to the top. The salad was missing the ingredients that it should have. I hardly see any chicken. I see an occasional cranberry and an occasional brussels sprout with no sweet potatoes. I had to take Salad and Go's greens and make my salad from salad fixings that I keep. I am soooo frustrated. I am missing the salad that I loved in the past. I won't be trying it again from the Fairview location. read more

I tried this place on Monday. I got a FB add saying they were giving away a free salad with a purchase. I am always hesitant to get salads from a fast food place because I always feel they are over priced for what you get. But since they were giving it away, why not try. They have more options than just salad which is also great. You can get a breakfast and lunch in one stop! Here is what I got: 1) Turkey sausage egg burrito- the burrito is a very nice size- eggs were fluffy and plenty of ground sausage. My only criticism is I wish they would mix the egg and sausage more together. The sausage was at the end of one half so I didn't really get any with the egg. It also comes with a side of salsa 2) Iced coffee- I got mine without ice so I could doctor it at home and it not be watered down. They do have options for them to doctor it if you prefer. The coffee itself had good flavor (before I added my stuff) 3) Jalapeño Chicken Salad- first off this salad is huge! So much bigger than other places. And the price is much better than other places. The ingredients were very fresh and crisp. Good amount of diced chicken, greens, cherry tomatoes, onions, maybe cheese and the jalapeño dressing. The dressing is not spicy but flavorful. Definitely worth the money! So you know, they do not take Apple Pay. When I went that was all I had and was ready to leave empty handed but they said don't worry about it this time just know we don't take that form of payment for next time. What great customer service!! I wil definitely be a regular! Sorry- I didn't take any pictures. I will next time. So they don't toss the salads, even if requested. And the dressing choices are limited, which seems like that should be their "claim to fame". To combat the no tossing, I ordered my salad on a wrap. To my surprise, the tomatoes are left WHOLE. Giant orbs in between the chicken and lettuce. To eat the tomatoes, one has to take them out of wrap and eat with fingers. Messy. Even in a salad they should be slicing these at least in half. I am not impressed with this place. Too bad Fairview doesn't have a Bread Zeppelin- They know how to do salads and dressings! read more

Best value ever for a salad and no they don't skimp. I have ordered multiple times and have always been pleased with the results. The order-ahead option is so easy and it only takes a few seconds to get your order once you get there.
