I can scoop more chicken with three fingers then what they give you. As a customer you pay extra for meat, so I expect there to be at least a cup full. Best salads I've ever had! I have tried everything on the menu and not only are the salads healthy and good for you, they are absolutely delicious! I'm so happy they opened a second location that is near my house. I love that almost all their salads are also a gluten free option. Their beverages are delicious, including the sodas, smoothies, shakes and coffee. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a healthier fast food option who wants the best salad they've ever had. ZERO STARS IS MOST LIKE IT! First time going, i ordered 2 rolled tacos for breakfast. Service was so fast, that's because they forgot to warm up the tacos. My tacos were icy COLD! I have no idea how the girl who bagged them didn't feel how cold they were. Unfortunately I was on my way to work and realized it until I was getting out of my car. I tried calling them to let them know my food was practically frozen, and they have NO contact number on the receipt. I had to google the number, I tried giving them a call, but guess what? I love salad and go. Awesome HUGE salads, and I love the chia seed parfait. Little pricey but again, the salads are quite large. There was a large line at the drive through this morning and none at the walk up so I thought maybe I'd save some time! Wrong. Ordered the protein box, got chicken, asked for strawberries "we no longer have those" didn't get a suggestion for another fruit, so I asked for blueberries instead because that was the other fruit I know they have, then I before I could finish the word chickpeas "we don't have those either" okay? so I got beans instead. I'm not one to be confrontational about bad experiences but I think the one I just had with this location was just plain dumb. I ordered my salad and because I'm not a meat eater I didn't specify that I wanted any meat on top. And maybe it was my fault that I didn't say anything but I'm used to the cashier asking me if I do want protein. The girl taking my order didn't even ask and just assumed I wanted the cold gross chicken they serve. So when I got my salad with chicken on top I went up to the window and politely asked the same girl if I could get one without the meat. I got a simple caesar salad with a double order of free range chicken. What I really noticed was how big the portion size was. I was full at the end so it was worth the money. Next time I go I'll definitely try the fall harvest salad since we're in fall season. read more

I have never posted review before, but I have a few minutes at the moment and thought I'd share my experience today. On 7/18/20 in the afternoon, a young lady was doing a great job taking my order at the drive thru. One of our orders was a "southwest" salad. A second young lady interrupted the first young lady over the intercom and said, "We haven't had southwestern salads on the menu for over 2 years!" I apologized and changed my request and proceeded to order 3 other salads. When I pulled up to the window, a red-headed young man working the drive thru scolded me for not ordering this large 4-salad order online in these exact words, "Next time we ask that you order a large order like this online." My family and I have been fans of salad and go for years, and we have been going to this particular location at least once per week for the past year or so. We have never had any issues (customer service or otherwise; other than getting the wrong orders a couple of times), but we usually let it go since it's no biggie to us. We've never been told that four salads was a large order, and in fact, we usually order 6 or more salads at a time and had never been commanded to make those large orders online. Since I was in a hurry, and I was already in the area, it was easier to order in person than to order online, plus, we've never been told 6 salads was a big order, let alone 4. So as a point of clarification, I asked the young man, in a respectful tone, if 4 salads was considered a large order now because we've never been told that before and my family and I go there once per week so I'd like make note of it for future reference if we are ever in a hurry. No biggie, just clarifying for future reference. The young man was apparently irritated by my question and said, "Well, I'll be the first one to tell you it's a large order then," and turned away from me. I tried to remain respectful because I've worked fast food, and so has one of my sons, and I know how petty customers can be at times, but then the young man continued, "It's a large order when there are only 3 of us working!" Unfortunately, I lost my cool due to what I perceived as a disrespectful tone from him, and responded poorly by saying, "Well, I guess I won't be back because of you." He retorted, "That's fine by me." I thought about speaking to the manager but realized I'm the adult, and I didn't handle what I perceived as "rude customer service" well. I take full ownership of my petty response. My childish response is on me 100%. I'm writing this to help you, owner/manager, because I believe in your business concept and want your business to thrive, but I believe this kind of customer service can seriously hurt your goals. Your menu is simple and the prep requirement is much less complicated and time consuming than most fast food restaurants. The product has been solid, and the promotional marketing posted along the drive thru are genius. If I was conducting a SWOT analysis of your business, I'd have these things and more listed as your strengths and opportunities (S.w.O.t.). However, patterns of poor customer service, and/or poorly staffed busy shifts, which can lead to poor customer service, would currently have to be listed as a threat (s.w.o.T.) to your success. I wouldn't consider my poor customer experience a weakness (sWot), unless you start seeing a pattern of customer complaints, but at the very least, a talk with your staff to remember that the customer has no idea how short-staffed they are when they pull up to the drive thru might be a good reminder. Also, a customer may also ask for the wrong salad, and good customer service doesn't involve condescendingly pointing out that a previous product has been gone for 2 years. Learning to speak kindly, even under stress, will make them hugely successful in life, in my opinion. I apologize to the young man for my petty reaction. I will take ownership of that. For all I know, they are great workers who were merely stressed out at the moment, and I sure know how that feels. I think if the young lady had said, "I'm sorry, sir, the southwest salad has been off our menu for a while. By any chance do you mean the... salad which is similar?" And if the young man had simply greeted me at the window, giving me the benefit of the doubt that I didn't realize they were short-staffed, and if he has simply said, "Sir, due to Covid (or whatever reason), we are a bit short-staffed at the moment. Would you mind placing orders of more than 2 salads online next time? That would really help us out." I would have said, "No problem." Anyway... thanks for reading this tedious review all the way through, and again, I hope it's helpful to you. I'm not sure if there is a quality control issue at this location, or if they just aren't getting quality product to begin with. Haven't been to this location in several years, but thought I would give it another shot today. In the past I stopped going because the lettuce as well as dressing always made a sour taste when mixed together. When I went today I had high hopes that things would be different. Unfortunately it was the same as a few years ago. Everything looked great and seemed up to par but I took one bite and had to throw my whole salad away because I just couldn't get over the over powering sour taste. Fresh, healthy, fast, large portions, smoothies are great (some are more like juice). Try the seasonal lemonade. My favorite salad is the southwest caesar. It's a lot of Kale, but it is shredded finely so its palatable! Delicious dressing as well. read more

I am a regular here and had absolutely loved this place! My kids also love dining here when we are trying to grab a quick bite! We always ordered the same thing every single time! Thai steak salad lightly dressed, banana Nutella pinwheels and turkey cucumber pinwheels. I discovered that they had changed their menu this morning!!! I was complaining to my husband the other day that he got me the wrong salad because the ingredients did not jive! Now I owe him an apology because they totally took away the Thai Asian Salad and replaced it with an Asian salad! The current Asian salad has pieces of pineapples and the dressing just did not go together. I am so sad to have discovered that they put the previous Asian salad in it's grave....I guess this will not be my go to anymore uhhhh....so sad! Great for the veggie folks out there..they have gardein chicken you can add to the salads which I do every time. This place is great for when you don't feel like making lunch/dinner and your in a rush but don't want the typical fast food. Staff is usually pretty friendly (I've only ran into a dud like once) and the food is always good! Great size wrap and salads. Sometimes the chicken is rubbery, but what fast food doesn't have that? I have mixed reviews. A little over a year ago I would order lunch regularly from a location in Phoenix, down the street from work. Always had great experiences there. I would go through the drive through, order my salad or wrap and it was delivered as any to-go order should be. In a bag with napkins and utensils. I've recently started frequenting the Cooper location. I took a break from ordering to save money but when I found out about the cost reductions I gave it another try. I'll say they did make prices a lot more affordable, but the other changes that came with that are unfortunate. I do love that I can order from an app, select a pick up time, and walk up or drive through to pick it up. I don't like the "doorbell" concept. Seems a little...I guess standoffish. Also, the doorbell is really hard to see. The other day I was behind two people just standing around thinking someone would open the window on their own but it's almost as if the staff cant see out those windows. Customers can't see inside either. So then finally I notice the doorbell and rang it. The girl that came to the window was rude, acted like we were bothering her with the doorbell. The two people in front of me tried to order and she then directed them to the touch screen kiosk outside and was like "you order there or online or through the drive through" then shut the window. Not everyone is super tech savvy so they struggled through it. I had ordered through the app so I rang the doorbell again and told them I had ordered through the app. She handed me my salad without any napkins or a fork. Not everyone is taking their salad back home or to a place where they already have utensils available. When you ask for a fork it's like a big deal... they look annoyed. Today I asked for a fork, she shut the window and 6 minutes later returned with one napkin and a fork. Also the salad had the wrong dressing which that's now the second time that's happened. I order balsamic vinegar usually but now twice out of 3 times they gave me the vinaigrette. There's a big difference. To reduce costs of food im sure they had to reduce other places on their end, but you are a "to-go" salad place. I can understand not providing utensils for a sandwich, but a salad? You want to reduce plastic use, cool, I get it but maybe try a different way to help the environment or reduce cost because it literally makes no sense to serve a Salad without a fork. I can deal without the bag but give me a fork please I shouldn't have to ask. I read a couple reviews that stated an employee told them "we don't give out forks" so what would happen if I paid 7 dollars for a salad and didn't have access to a fork at work? How would I eat it?
