This location is usually busy around the noon hour but most times the line moves quickly. The food is always fresh and the orders are fairly precise when asking for add ons. I enjoy interacting with the staff as they are always so happy.

I was not given the ranch dressing and I had hard avocados that were not completely peeled off. It took me 20 min to go through the drive thru so to end up with an unsatisfying meal, I was disappointed. I had to get salad dressing somewhere else because I was not driving back just for it.

Thanks for the broken silverware. Made breakfast in edible because I don't carry silverware with me.

Yet another bad decision on my part. Ordered online they provide the time I show up. Massive line and six minutes between cars moving one spot. When will I learn? Twenty six minutes it took me to pick up my order. Why order ahead? Why go here? Ugh.

This SaG location can be easily missed; for me as I turned right I did not initially see it tucked away but GPS did not steer me wrong. It shares the lot with the laundromat. When it gets busy the line will wrap around the building with just enough room to get by. As much as I love SaG's menu, sometimes it's nice to try something new! I decided to try the new Brussels Caesar salad with chicken ($5.74). At first I wasn't sure the Brussels, golden raisins, Parmesan crisps, and balsamic onions were going to work- that's a lot of different textures and tastes! But trust me- it works! Not only does it work, it's delicious!! The balsamic onions and golden raisins added some nice sweetness to the robust taste of the roasted Brussel sprouts. My only minor gripe would be that the brussels weren't even in size- they were either small or very hearty. Try the new Brussels Sprouts caesar while you can- it's my new favorite!!

Long drive-thru line, people started parking and walking to window... only to find another long line.

1 hr in the drive-thru, probably 15-20 cars wrapped around at all times. Cars even blocking the parking lot entrance to Indian School. Drive-thru got so long people started parking and walking to window, only to find another line. Make no mistake, it didn't take 1 hr due to so many customers. There was a clear 2-3 car gap between the order speaker and the driver through window. The line started at the speaker and went all the way back. That means you guys weren't taking the orders fast enough and handing them off to customers fast enough at the window. Finally made it to the speaker to order, I was asked to wait, which took another 5-7 mins. Asked a question about a menu items, which the employee did not know. So I skipped and ordered as quickly as possible as I felt bad for those behind me. The food is delicious, no complaints there. My question is, were you guys adequately staffed this morning? You have had long lines before but we fly through. No apology at the window for the wait, and I wasn't even handed a receipt with my food. Probably because there's a survey link at the bottom? I could have went to a grocery store, bought veggies, came home, and made my own salad for the amount of time this order took. Had your drive through been designed so cars can change their mind and drive off, I would have. Anyway, staff properly. Apologize to customers for the wait when they, it goes a long way. Common sense stuff but you're welcome.

Located at the intersection of 35th Ave & Peoria near Laser Quest & Planet Fitness... Placed a large team order online and it was ready as expected. Single lane Drive thru but it's moving fast and plenty of space so it's not congested. Probably one of the smallest ones I've seen but consistent with the food like all other locations.

What a rude employee. I hope your disrespectful ass gets fired.

Tried to reach out via the website per the instructions and the website doesn't work. Good food. Shitty people and customer service go to literally any other location or just choose a different place entirely.

She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and checked on us just the right amount. We ordered two BEC sandwiches, which sadly are no longer on the menu, but wow, they were delicious! The bacon was cooked to perfection, crispy and flavorful, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Instead of the greens, we opted for the Million Dollar Potatoes and they were super yum! Such a tasty choice and the perfect addition to the meal. Great service, delicious food, and a lovely breakfast experience. Thank you, Arely, for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be back!

The interior is pretty long with a large number of seating inside the building so we had no trouble getting seated right away by the hostess. We decided on food relatively quickly due to previous experience with the business, however, our waiter never came around to take our orders or even give us water at the table. We saw one girl with dyed hair who unassumingly could have been our waiter since she was in our section but only worked with one particular table and ran to the back after each time, but never addressed our table or came by. We eventually had to flag a different waiter down who was able to help us place the order and service us for the rest of our visit, she also informed us that this other "Waiter" was supposed to help us but she wasn't sure why she never made an attempt to do so after having us wait 20 mins and other tables were being serviced. We ordered Flordian French Toast and Elote Breakfast Burrito (plus a couple sides and drink) which were both really good, and filling. Prices weren't too bad for what we ordered and was able to take our mind off of the rather long wait to get helped. Not sure if we'll come back to this particular location again, but it was nice trying the restaurant out another time.

The staff was friendly throughout our stay, and the overall property has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. We booked an upgraded suite with a separate bedroom and TV room, which gave us plenty of space to spread out. While the layout was great, the room itself could use some updates. The bathroom fixtures were older--the Kohler toilet didn't flush well and was a bit noisy, and the tub/shower combo had rounded sides that made it tricky to stand comfortably. The shower water also never got fully hot. The room had a slightly musty smell, and the carpets would benefit from a deep cleaning. The balcony screen door didn't close tightly, which let a few flies in, and access to the second floor required two sets of stairs since there's no elevator in that section. Even with those issues, the resort's location, views, and overall vibe made the stay enjoyable. With some room refreshes and a bit more maintenance attention, this could easily be a standout property. The setting alone is worth experiencing.

I found a great AAdvantage Hotel deal at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort and booked it. While it was a great success of a visit in terms of AAdvantage miles and loyalty points, my actual experience at the hotel itself was less to be desired due to the customer service and a big snafu on their part. I also have Hilton Gold status, though as I booked the hotel through a third party site (AAdvantage Hotels), I could see the stay and the stay history in my Hilton app, but I did not receive any benefits for staying there, which was fine as I didn't expect any anyone. I arrived in person to check in and already reserved and prepaid for a King 1 Bedroom Standard Suite, which had a nice view and reasonably spacious room (but not too much larger than a regular room at another hotel). The room was certainly not upgraded though there was parking available right in front of the entrance. I did not receive anything else at check-in nor did it appear that I'd get my regularly complimentary water. I did pay the daily resort charge which includes high speed internet access, access to the Falls Water Village, an hour at the tennis/pickleball court, an hour at the afternoon golf practice facility, two hours for a mountain bike rental, 20% off seasonal spa services, and 15% off select golf apparel. While I didn't use it, I had easy view and access to the Falls Water Village where you could lounge and play all day on their sun-marked terrace where you could find free-form pools, hot tubs, and cabanas. They even have a 138-foot enclosed water slide. When I checked out, I was told that a bill would be sent to me shortly since I did it on the app early, and when I received the bill, there was a charge for my room at the restaurant at the top of the hill called A Different Point of View. The catch is that I never went to eat there during my stay (or at any onsite restaurant since I live in the area and had my meals offsite). I reached out to the hotel who insisted that I did go there to eat. I promised them I didn't eat anywhere onsite and that they need to look at the receipt and see if it actually has my room number. They confirmed it did and that this meant I ate there. I told them to find my name on it and let me know if it was on there. After several more back and forth conversations, they confirmed it wasn't me and would remove the charge. They then mistakenly charged me double. Then they removed one charge, but it took more than a week before they removed the other charge. By the end of the exchanges, it felt like they were blaming me for their own mistake. While the resort is aged and rather pleasant, there certainly are training issues regarding the customer service offered at this property. I do not plan on staying here again in the future.
