I love this place! Prices are fair, portions are perfect, they move the line quickly, the workers are friendly.. My usual is the Cobb with chicken. The standard of ingredients is super impressive! The egg is always perfectly cooked, the avocado is never brown, the chicken is good, the lettuce is fresh. I try to eat pretty healthy. I like quality ingredients. But I get busy and lazy so I love this as a fast food option!! If another chain tried to take my fork and bag away, I'd probably be so annoyed but when Salad and Go started that movement, I didn't even mind. Just recently visited salad and go and have been twice now. You cannot beat their prices, especially if you are not getting any meat on your salad. They charge a little over 5 bucks for a salad and it's actually a really good size salad. I ordered the southwestern style salad with the creamy poblano dressing. Fresh lettuce, nice toppings, and the dressing is so flavorful. I'm mainly giving them such a great review because their prices are so amazing in comparison to the amount of good and quality that you are getting. Another thumbs up for being super quick. Their salads are decent, nothing to write home about. All something you can easily make at home, but I suppose the entire concept is for somebody who doesn't want to cook at home or is "on the go." The last time that I went they didn't have jicama for the salad that I had ordered which was a bummer. However they did accommodate me and did not charge me for the tofu that I added due to this. Finding the right head of lettuce at the grocery store. Tearing it into the proper bite sizes and shapes. Having the right six or seven fresh ingredients in the fridge at the same time. It can be a pain in the ass. Its so great to know its all done for you, at a reasonable price, just the way you want it, in about ten minutes from your online order. And because it's not predressed, it'll keep in the fridge and you dont have to eat it that day. So it fits really flexibly into a weekly meals schedule. I LOVE salad and go! I'm here about 3 to four times a week. I go to numerous locations and they are consistent at every location. Always greeted with a smile. Always knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. After having an awful experience tonight at another restaurant I decided to go to my usual spot and of course they never disappoint. I always get the southwestern salad I add tofu. They have a great firm tofu which I love. They have great smoothies and breakfast options also. Although I have never had their breakfast I would not think that they would disappoint knowing how great everything else is. I highly recommend you give them a shot. Anyone I have ever referred to eat here has really been pleased and became regulars just like myself. I left a tip for the girl today and after she shut the window I heard her say oh my God I can't believe she gave me a tip what a nice lady. Sadly people must not leave tips often as they should but I was glad to hear how pleased she was to receive it. She thinks me numerous times. As I read up on this place here on yelp, I saw so many positive comments with the obvious negative ones at times, but there were so many 5 stars I knew I had to try this place ! So, let's break this down. I got the BBQ Ranch Salad, let me just say this one word. AMAZING ! It has one of the best combinations I've ever tasted. Especially when you add that chipotle BBQ ranch dressing into it. The tangy spice it gives is something else I swear, overall the experience was great and they had our food ready after 1 minute of ordering through the drive thru. It felt insanely quick, they more than likely have pre made salads but mine was modified and so was my girlfriends, thus is why I was so amazed haha. I'm going to deduct but not visually deduct 1/2 star for the traditional breakfast bowls (tried about 5 now) so I've tried to remain open but the traditional breakfast bowls, the ones I've had, have just been okay. They could use a bit more seasoning, the bacon pieces are fatty (they're like undercooked bacon bits), and the potatoes are plain. Good salsa though .. I really do like this place; the salads are HUGE, fresh and there are a ton of options especially when you utilize the BYO. I'm hopeful more locations will start opening soon but fortunately this one on Bethany is in my work area. Banana kale smoothie is a must try too! read more

I love this place and have been shamelessly coming 3-5 days a week since it opened. The last 2 months something has happened with their staff and I find myself beyond frustrated every time I drive off. They repeat your order. It's wrong. You correct them, they repeat it back. The young man that took our order was very friendly and so was the girl that prepared the salads. There is plenty of parking and they have a few tables outside if you want to eat there. I got the strawberry, sweet potato, goat cheese salad with steak. It was about $8 and worth every penny.
