I love this company and the conccept, just not this location. Food always taste great. The 5 times I've been there they just can't get my order right. I get 1 cob salad, no bacon, extra avocado and extra dressing. 1 cob, no bacon, extra avocado, extra dressing, add croutons and peppers. What they give me is salads with bacon still on them, and no extra dressing, and lettuce that doesn't even fill the half way mark but they do give me the extra ingredients since they charge for it. I have officially decided to stop going to that location. I don't live close to it so driving all the way back to correct my order isn't worth it. read more

As much as we love this chain, this location is terrible.... Shame on us for giving them a 3rd try! Twice we have ordered online and when arrived at our time we are made to wait and have been told "we are short staffed and haven't started your order yet" meanwhile the cars filter right through the drive thru so they are obviously serving those and not making the orders placed online. The last 3 orders (kids like salads after gymnastics so we stop here) have been completely wrong, missing chicken, adding Buffalo chicken instead of regular, several missing ingredients and all our salads etc. unfortunate that there are no phone numbers or ways to communicate through the website. The staff there are constantly getting your order wrong, missing items like avocado or wrong salad dressings given. Even when you have them correct your order you leave only to find they still got it wrong! let me tell you something, I had a small issue with my salad, and I hate doing this but I went back to the drive through and complained (chicken instead of tofu) the customer service treatment that Me and my wife received from an 18yr old manager named Carlos was unlike anything you see now a days. This man not only took care of the salads, he made up for the mistake in more ways than one. Had a conversation with us about his future with the company and just showed determination and love for his job at this company. I wish I could say more but I'm just impressed. I've been wanting to try this place near PV mall for awhile, but there's always 9 million cars in the drive thru. Today I drove by and it was before 11am, and only 2 cars in line, so here I go... I ordered the cobb salad and lemonade. The cobb was fresh, piled high with chicken, bacon bits & blue cheese crumbles, a whole boiled egg, a large slab of avocado, cherry tomatoes and greens. It was delicious! And a 24 oz lemonade for only $1.00? Yes, please. The ladies at the drive up were great...smiling & laughing...they were having a good time which made my day brighter. I LOVE this place!!! Reasonably priced, delicious healthy salads. My personal favorite is the Thai but I know it's only seasonal which makes me a bit sad. My second favorite is the caprese. Hubby really likes the buffalo ranch one, and getting him to even like salad is a challenge lol! I love how fast it is to get food, fresh and delicious. They even stay several hours which is nice if I'm grabbing food on my way home from work for later in the evening. I wish they had more locations closer to my house, I'd probably go there at least once a week! This place is awesome! We love coming here for a quick lunch or easy dinner. Came on Sunday after church and got a mixture of breakfast burritos, salads, a soup and drinks. We were feeding 6 people and our bill was $38. That is so unbelievably affordable and to top it off the food was generously portioned and delicious. My last review of salad and go was only 3 stars but I'm happy to say they've redeemed themself with my most recent visit. I wasn't a big fan of the romaine lettuce (I think just because there was so much of it and it was all the same) so this time I changed it up a bit. I came here a few weeks ago and ordered the cobb salad with no bacon on it and upon receiving my salad at the window after paying it had bacon in it. It wasn't a big deal I didn't think because I just asked the cashier at the window if they could take it off and they said for sure no sweat. They left their window open and I could hear the cashier getting yelled at because they had to remake it so after getting my salad I asked for the name of who was yelling at them and they said Tabatha. The line can take a half hour to get through when it is backed up to the divider and they seem to not be as efficient as most locations. Nothing like the website menu pics! I came after two weeks of being open hoping they got the kinks out but was disappointed. The salads were poorly made, hardly any meats, mostly greens... seriously a plastic bin full of poor tasting greens. When I received my items, the salads were just thrown in my bag. I parked before leaving to make sure right and I couldn't tell which salad was which. All I saw was lettuce and spinach.
