Nothing like the website menu pics! I came after two weeks of being open hoping they got the kinks out but was disappointed. The salads were poorly made, hardly any meats, mostly greens... seriously a plastic bin full of poor tasting greens. When I received my items, the salads were just thrown in my bag. I parked before leaving to make sure right and I couldn't tell which salad was which. All I saw was lettuce and spinach. I walked up to question and received attitude, someone grabbed my containers and added some cherry tomatoes and threw some extra cheese in the other and said, that is all we're supposed to give you. No 'sorry' or 'would you like extra' just attitude. It sucks because we were hoping this would be a good take out spot but this place will never be visited again. read more

Been going there once weekly for a long time. Yesterday I was handed a salad with sticky mess on the bottom. Handed it back and asked them to clean it. It was put in a bag as is. My drink was also sticky on the bottom with a penny stuck on it. I don't feel safe with COVID and other issues eating food that is prepared on dirty surfaces. read more

After months and months of wanting to try this place I finally was in the right place, at the right time, and craving a salad for lunch. I made the assumption that Salad and Go would be similar to Salad Works whereby you can create your own salad. So driving up to order I was a bit surprised that your options are limited to the salads they have on the menu. However, they have such a varied menu that I ordered a BBQ Ranch with chicken for myself, and a Greek with chicken for my wife. Both were extremely delicious! Cold, fresh, tasty ingredients. And best of all under $6 each. Will definitely be back. And highly recommend. read more

Absolutely love Salad and Go and go to this location frequently! They always have super fresh ingredients and the salads are highly customizable. Absolutely amazing bargain for the price. I always order online or on the app ahead, and there is never a wait in the Online Order drive thru (on the other side of the building than the regular drive thru). There does sometimes appear to be quite a bit of a wait for the regular drive thru depending on what time of day, so I would definitely recommend ordering ahead of time.  My favorites are the Cowboy Cobb that is one of the Fall seasonal items, and they have a good Caesar salad as well read more

I've been to several of these establishments, but this is by far the worse for me. I e been here several times, and every time the employees rush you while taking your order, and still get it wrong. Their customer isn't the best at all. This location doesn't allow you to turn your salad into a burrito either. I won't be returning to this location. read more

Super stingy. I made an online order for two wraps. They hand me the bag. No napkins. I politely asked for napkins, the guy gave me ONE napkin. Am I supposed to share napkins with my buddy? I politely ask for another napkin. The guy acts like I'm annoying him by asking, hands me another napkin, and then tells me, there are napkins in the bottom of the bag already. I open the bag and show him, there are absolute no napkins. Poor customer service. Cashier needs an attitude check. This place seems to always be super stingy on giving out napkins. They serve breakfast from till 10:30 on the weekdays, me trying be sly comes at 10:29 but I'm still told they don't serve breakfast at the time. Even worse they try and lie to me saying "they are all out of breakfast product", but if I came at 10:25 I probably would have been served. They have zero customer loyalty. read more

Full transparency, I order from Salad and Go multiple times a week and the staff is always extremely friendly, However, I think I will stop using the app to order. The last five times I have ordered online I have been ignored for customers in the regular drive thru line -- so what's the benefit of having the app to order ahead? The last three times I have had either an order mess up, or it has taken more than ten minutes past my schedule pick up time to receive my order. I'm SO bummed because i LOVE this concept and the salads are great, but moving forward, I will not be using the app as it seems there's no incentive to use it. read more

Foods been good every time and prices are quite reasonable. But tell me why your pick up window says to use the kiosk, yet there is no kiosk? Absolutely amazing salad's and wraps. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, especially the corn... I am not sure where they are getting this corn but it tastes like it is fresh off the cob. You get a lot of food for a really good price, the dressings all taste fresh an amazing and best of all, they are super fast. Since they do not offer the option to "pre-toss"with the dressing, it was like buying a salad kit for half the price at any market. I usually get a green iced tea, which has great flavor. Then today I tried a breakfast burrito, which are all $2.99, and it was flavorful and so much bacon, again I don't know how they can afford to do it! I bought the Cowboy Cobb salad to eat later, because it's Sunday and I don't want to cook! Ok, so get this, all their salads are $5.74! I know what you're thinking, but, Yes way! This place Rocks! I love the fact that I can get an affordable salad at a drive through. The salads are huge also. As to some of the other reviews, I'm not a big fan of their dressings but I really don't like Ranch dressing (I know, unAmerican). Their dressings are a bit watery but you get used to it and quite frankly I thought they were that way to reduce the calorie count cuz that's a boat load of dressing for one salad! I LOVE Salad and Go! I didn't grow up in Arizona, so this is a new place for me, and it's amazing. I'm used to paying $12 for a salad, but the prices here are amazing! I normally end up paying $7 for a delicious salad AND a drink here, which is unbelievably reasonable. I think one of the reasons why I love it so much is because I know what's vegan on the menu and the employees are so nice and helpful. The salads are descent but check your order before you pull away. They have the worlds most simplistic menu and still cannot manage to put a small bag filled with salad dressing into a bright orange plastic salad bowl. We just found this place a month ago and have binge purchased a few of the salads for lunch all month long. Out of a dozen visits the dressing was missing in 9 of our salads. Out of principle I drove allll the way back 3 times to get it. The last time I asked if they were too distracted from conducting brain surgery in there to throw salad dressing into a salad bowl. We will never go back. It's too bad - the place had potential. We paid for salad dressing and expect to get it. Mistakes happen, sure, but not 9 out of 12 times!!!! When we ASKED for salad dressing at the mic they acted like we were stupid because, "salad dressing comes with the salad". UH NO! No it doesn't! It is SUPPOSE to come with the salad but you conveniently leave it out every chance you get! Are they saving money on costs of goods by screwing people out of dressing or are they just incompetent? I'm very frustrated this evening - I placed my order, they read it back correctly, asked if I wanted forks and napkins (yes), didn't give me a receipt. I wasn't even off the property when I discovered they didn't give me straws for the drinks, but there were 5 cars in the drive-thru line, so I decided I'd just find some at home. Got home and discovered the order was wrong, and we have allergy issues so couldn't eat them. They have no phone number, no way to contact them without driving back to the store. There's a complaint form on the website, but I've filled it out 3 times and keep getting an error message. If you want a salad from this place, have a car and/or bring a credit card. Don't know how the food is, but the customer service sucks! Rode my bike and brought cash. They only take credit cards at the walk-up window, but can take cash at the drive-thru window, but you can't serve someone on a bike at the drive-they window.
