The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and extremely patient while I decided what sandwich I wanted. They even suggested some of their favorite sandwiches, which really helped. ordered online and arrived past the time I was given and subs were not even started. Should have cancelled but had people waiting on the subs at home who were looking forward to them. Not a huge deal things happen, understaffed, but also started taking orders of walk in customers ahead of me. That was when I realized how little value I had as a customer. Again, part of it is on me as the employee was honest about how long it would take and I should have cancelled then and there but I didn't expect them to prioritize customers who came in after me. read more

The clerk must have not passed the 6th grade as well as the manager since they could not grasp that their $5.00 sub special should not be ringing up well over $6.00. I pointed out that with tax it should be just .50 more than the advertised price but since the register indicated $6.50 logic be damned and they would rather lose the sale. My advice be sure to check their math. read more

This is the first open Blimpies I've ever seen out West!. It's an east coast started sub chain(Hoboken NJ, Sinatra's birthplace)and I used to go in Baltimore. I had the regular size "Blimpie" sub(turkey, roast beef, salami, cheddar, veges on parm roll). Let me tell you: there was alot of delicious meat, the most I've ever had on a regular size sub. The total taste was great with the fresh veges by submaker Garrett. I got the meal deal with chips. cookie and raspberry tea. This may be the best sub value in Phoenix metro and the best sub I've had in Paradise Valley. Terrible place, I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and it said it came with sauce and ranch, tomatoes and onions. It showed up at my door with just plain chicken, halfway melted cheese , no veggies and soggy and just flat out nasty. I'm having Uber refund me for this substandard meal that just wasted my time. Today was our first time visiting this place and it will be out last time. I ordered online and my husband went to pick it up for dinner. When he arrived, the young lady behind the counter decided to vent to him about the customer before him and how she was complaining about her sandwich not being made correctly. No surprise, since our order was screwed up as well. We ordered two Sicilians and she couldn't find the roasted peppers and asked my husband what goes on the Sicilian. My friend took me to this Blimpie Sub shop last week and a week later I found myself craving the awesome sub they make. I drove 30 miles today to pick up a couple subs passing many other sandwich pretenders on the way. Not only are the subs made from freshly cut meat off the slicer but the bread is fresh out of the oven. The owner Neil remembered my name from the last visit and exactly what I previously ordered. I came here recently for lunch and thought I had walked in on a dinner theater production, or an episode of Seinfeld. I was standing in line when the owner started yelling at a customer. At first, I thought they knew each other, but soon I realized it wasn't an act. To make matters interesting, he then decided not to honor anothers Blimpie card -- because it was stamped from another location: "I get nothing from this!" "Go away!" We stopped in tonight and we're thrilled to find out they now have Eegee's. I always seem to order the same thing when I go to Blimpies. Turkey and provolone on white bread with lots and lots of pickles. The bread is fresh and soft and the pickles add the perfect tang to the sandwich. Over the years we have tried all sorts of different sandwiches but I always go back to my favorite. Tonight we had the added treat of Eegee's. We ordered a strawberry, lemon, and a watermelon and it was the perfect summer treat. Love this Blimpie! They have very friendly and talented staff and a terrific menu. As a creature of habit, I always manage to get the same sandwich so I can't comment on the many different subs and how they taste, but they will all be made with the same care and same fresh ingredients as my turkey on wheat. I'm only giving two stars because the owner was polite and the place was clean. The food on the other hand was not up to par, the sandwich meat was microwaved and the bacon was forgotten. The soup was not hot and also had to be microwaved and in turn got too hot and runny. Like I said the owner was polite but he seemed very unorganized and kind of all over the place. There was also a new employee which could have added to this. Overall I just don't see the value when my food wasn't that great and I paid nearly ten dollars for a small sandwich and a large cup of soup... There are many Blimpies franchises in the Valley and this one is by far the best. Since getting a job near Sky Harbor has prevented me from coming here often, I was very impressed that Kal remembered me and of course made the best club sandwich in town. Some of the other Blimpies seem to scrimp on the meat but not here. Veggies are always fresh too. I have eaten here probably 30 times over the past few years and have never had a bad meal. read more
