I'm a huge fan of Salad & Go. Can't beat the price, quality, and speed that they offer - period. I've been to this particular location a hand full of times on my way out of town (I live in the East Valley) and they are always good. I've been to a couple others around the valley and am always pleased with them. As much as I love Salad & Go's food, this location seems to be managed poorly and it's making me reconsider going there. The worst time was yesterday when I ordered a wrap on the app and the time it said it would be ready was 6:20 and I got there around 6:23 and had to wait in the mobile pickup line for about 10 minutes (when there were only 2 cars ahead of me that both sat there for about 5 minutes each before being handed their food) and when I finally got to the window my wrap wasn't even made yet so I sat there for a while longer. It finally got handed to me around 6:35. That's pretty bad and not at all what we should expect when ordering way ahead on the app. read more

I hate to be one of the one star reviewers on here but I was horrified to find what I found in my food. I ordered a Caprese wrap with NO PROTEIN only to find what looks to be either a crane fly or some other bug in my wrap. I immediately lost my appetite and called the contact phone number to let them know what happened. Every Salad N Go has exceeded my expectations. Great salad and amazing customer service. Employees are always accommodating. Salad is always fresh and satisfying. More like Salad & Wait! Untrained low-mentality wage workers who are stunned by basic questions. They are not trained to service customers, only to make ordering a complete pain. Absolutely love this model! We could clearly see people going through the drive through, so we decided to use the kiosks up front and oh my goodness it was freaking awesome! It was super user friendly, the large variety of options and salads were clearly defined and easy to read and understand. Especially as someone who always orders extra egg on my Cobb salads I was extremely happy to see if could easily customize my order! On top of how great the ordering was, the limited interaction I had with the crew there was so friendly! Greeted me with a smile and by name for my order asking if I needed anything extra with it. Lastly, the quality of the food we got! Was top notch! Everything tasted fresh and had a lovely presentation. Even the croutons which I feel are probably the first thing to get skimped on, tasted like fresh cuts of baguettes. Over all extremely satisfied! This place is ridiculous you get denied service if your car doesn't fit in their drive-thru. And you can't walk up to the window and order. What if you don't have a smart phone. Been here a few times now since they've opened and have always been impressed. Be aware that if you try to come for lunch during the week, the word is out on this place and expect a line of cars wrapped around the building. My beautiful wife is obsessed with their Cucumber Mint Lemonade paired with just about any of their fresh favorite salads. My item of choice has been the Chicken Caesar Wrap. Chicken is full of flavor, and the Caesar dressing has a nice little garlic kick to it. Staff is always greeting folks with a friendly hello and making sure no one leaves with any questions on the menu. 5 star for a fast food restaurant. It is so nice to have a healthy drive-thru in the neighborhood. Makes it so easy to make better, fast choices. For our inaugural visit, I went with the Asian salad (nice mixed greens, no iceberg!, edamame, shredded carrots, cashews, green onions, and pineapple. I added the marinated steak which was delicious. Not a ton of steak but the price is right and probably the actual serving size of steak that one should eat. The Asian vinaigrette was delicious. They will toss the dressing in for you or put it on the side. I opted to put it on the side and I'm glad I did because the side of dressing is huge and having it all on the salad would have been way too much. The hub tried the chicken corn chowder and was really happy with it. Not overly creamy which is why I don't order dairy based soups. Has more of a rich brothy texture but maintains that richness without the bellyache! Yum! He also ordered the BBQ ranch salad with chicken. He wanted it to be a wrap but since I'm not a mind reader, he got a salad. He was happy with it and said "it's kind of ridiculous how huge this salad is". This from a man who calls two McDonald's cheeseburgers a "cute little snack". I can definitely see us coming here once a week. Really stoked to try a breakfast option. read more

We found this place on Yelp and tried to order online to pick up because we were in a huge hurry to get to a game. The online menu only let us order Buffalo chicken wrap or salad! It wouldn't let us order anything else! So, we drove there and I attempted to order from the window but they said you had to order on their app or website! I showed the counter girl the problem with the app and website. She was so awesome, she just asked for my order instead and made it so quick! We were out of there in less than 5 minutes even though there was a giant line! She even wrote "good luck today!" On the salad! The food was so good to! The ingredients they use for the salads Are great but the dressings are sub par.. both Caesar dressings taste terrible and I can't remember the other one I tried but not a fan... dressing is what brings the salad together and y'all should start finding better dressing recipes especially Caesar because that's a dressing you have to get right every time read more

Drove by every so often as the built this place eagerly awaiting the opening. Then once it did, my office was transferred to Chandler and I thought all hope of enjoyment at Salad and Go were lost. How ever, I luckily found myself on the north side and got to enjoy (finally) the fresh healthy drive thru options! Went for an Asian salad with chicken and green tea. You can tell this was put together fresh just for you and I loved that. Tasted great too, loved the dressing that I got on the side, tasty chicken and the green tea was perfect to wash it all down. After our morning workout and yoga sesh I wanted to pick up a little bit to eat for breakfast and remembered coworkers/friends mentioning this place! I definitely had high expectations considering everyone was raving about it, and they definitely exceeded my expectations! First visit (breakfast) I decided to go up to the window and order. The cute girl at the counter was super sweet and patient and suggested her favorites since I've never been there before and couldn't decide what to order. I ended up going with the Peanut Butter Power wrap which she recommended (great choice btw). Comes on a white or wheat tortilla, I chose wheat. It also comes with peanut butter of course, strawberries, bananas, granola with some honey. So yummy!! We also opted for the Berry Quinoa Bowl which was so good! Love that they add coconut and toasted almonds. Second visit (lunch) We enjoyed our breakfast so much we decided to get it for lunch that same day, but this time we went through the drive thru! I'm surprised how fast it was considering there were about 5-7 cars a head of us and a line at the window. I love that you have the option to make anything a wrap or salad. They have a great selection as well. I decided to get the Caprese salad, no onions and I added chicken to it with dressing on the side. Love the pesto basil that was on the side. I didn't even need dressing! The hubby got a wrap (I forgot which one, but he enjoyed it). Our daughter who is 19 months old got the cucumber pin wheels and gobbled it all down! Salad and Go has a great variety of salads and wraps. When I first started eating here I would get the wraps, recently I switched to the salad at it seems to be much more food. I have tried virtually all the salads and have liked all them. Both the chicken and steak are good protein add in's. I also realty like all for their seasonal lemonades. Wow. This is my first bad review I've ever written. I have never waited so long in line for an order. I order online ahead of time and I still waited my ENTIRE lunch break in line just to pick up my order. Therefore I had no time to eat my food. The only reason I gave two stars is because I actually like their food. But they need to get it together with wait times. Salad and Go is my favorite "fast food" establishment ever. I love that you get to customize your salad to fit your dietary wants/needs, not to mention most items on the menu are organic. I ordered the seasonal Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Bacon salad, asked for the bacon on the side, and substituted the default vinaigrette dressing with ranch. Everything was delicious, yet filling. For me, the salad served as two full meals. The prices are unbeatable, especially for organic food. I also love that there's a convenient drive thru option, which I always use. My only complaint is that I wish Salad and Go would branch off to different areas. Now that I no longer live in Arizona, I won't be able to get my salad fix.
