Good salads and wraps, and definitely worth the value. However, twice they've ruined my order. The first time they made it incorrectly, and the second time they gave me someone else's order. They also need to resolve the congestion in the drive-thru line. Sitting through the long line twice, as well as the drive time for two trips, takes up the entire lunch hour. Not to mention that during COVID-19, extra process time and supplies are required to re-sanitize everything I've touched while I've been outside of my personal area. In another instance I may have forgotten to click "complete" for my online order. So when I got to the pick up window (well past the order point where I had told them I was there to pick up), they did not have my order. But instead of being polite and making my order, they got very snooty, argumentative, and requested that I go back through the line to reorder. Healthy Option Salad and Go Restaurants do not have indoor seating but nevertheless it's a super fast and tasty concept with nice selections of unique salads that are very affordable. The salads are so fresh and delicious and at such a great price. A salad this good and this large would cost $15 in a restaurant however, Salad and Go charges a mere 6 bucks. If you want to add protein like chicken or shrimp (there are more choices) it is only a little more based upon the one you choose. It will put those $17 salads to shame with the variety and the portion size, and it will make you feel like like you've been duped by all those other fast food places selling you garbage and calling it a "salad". The reason for the 1 star is simply because of the app and trying to actually get a hold of someone to help. Food is great and so is the service. I made an order on the app and went back in to edit it and it created a second order and charged me twice. It's not a small order, it's an order for 15 people so it's a $100 charge! I emailed 2 mins after it happened and was told there was nothing that can be done. I made the order a day early so the order hasn't been made. I don't see why you can't stop it?? I need someone to help fix this and have yet to get a hold of someone that actually can. Don't use the app!! You can't get anyone to help. Just sent my sister to get us a few wraps and the guys there told her don't have wraps there only burritos in the morning!? I'm Really confuse, she specifically asked "you don't have wraps" and he said "No". I've never had that happen at any of the other locations. So I'm not sure if the guy was just over his shift or truly this location doesn't offer wraps he wasn't clear on why or anything. I gave this place one stars because of the service I received. My mom and I are waiting for our food, that's was taking along time by the way, and we are making small talk with the lady at the window. The lady sees the logo of company my mom works for on her shirt. The lady immediately starts to bad mouth the company saying she had a bad experience and starts to go off. We did not come here to be harassed while we wait for our food. Putting my mom an awkward position and apologized to the lady for her bad experience on the companies behalf. They need to teach their works about proper conversation with customers. True it could have been just that one lady but it was completely unnecessary. I've now had several of their salads, their breakfast burritos, and their cold brew (all through mobile delivery) and have been satisfied each time.
