This Salata location is trash. I went to order my original wrap I always get with the seafood mix and pesto chicken. I get home to eat, finish eating and an hour later my stomach is in a bind. That was the only thing I ate yesterday as well. And my stomach was messed up all day, and I started throwing up the whole meal at like 9-10pm. I know they are terrible at prepping food there and I've had it with that location. Don't get the seafood mix without knowing the expiration date, how long it's been sitting out, and If it's fresh. I almost always start with a combination of the Salata Mix and kale - yes, I do enjoy kale. I have them add fresh toppings depending upon my mood and I always add one of their seasoned chicken protein options. They offer the usual array of salad dressings - my favorite is the sun-dried tomato dressing weighing in at a Fitbit-friendly 15 calories per serving. Such a good lunch spot! Salad/ wrap bar is subway- style in that you move down the line and tell them what all you want and they have lots to choose from. The chipotle chicken is amaze with their herb dressing! If you order online they have an easy drive-thru method to pick it up instead of fighting a counter inside. I come to salata multiple times a month. This was the first time I used the online ordering from this location and I am unhappy with what I received. We ordered 2 salads online, one had a little more ingredients than the other. When it was time to open the bag, we find the salads were totally messed up. We had to go to work right after so it was too late to go in and let them know. One salad had so much kale and the other one had close to nothing. I'm not sure how hard it is to follow a list of ingredients and put them in a bowl but these salads were ridiculous. The Avocado and artichokes were on the wrong salad and we had to pick them out and transfer them to the other one. The girl didn't even put forks in the bag I had to ask for them. I might not use the online ordering from this location again. I don't want to risk another disappointment. read more

WORST. SALATA. EVER!!! As a salad fan, I do love Salata and since this location is close to my work I thought I would give it a shot. This location's salad area was by far the messiest of any Salata I've Eder been to. The real problem, however, that I have with this location relates to Feta cheese. My plan for my lunch was to get a fruit-based salad--- spring mix, strawberries, apples, mandarin oranges, grilled chicken, feta cheese & mango dressing. Simple right? There was a container that said Feta in the salad area, but it was empty. After asking the lady helping me if there was more Feta, she somewhat reluctantly asked the person next to her to get more Feta. The lady agreed but did not go up the back of the restaurant. After another few minutes passed, I asked the lady if she would be going to the back soon. She said in a few minutes. Eventually she really did go to the back, but after going through the rest of the line, paying and waiting an additional five minutes for her to come back with Feta, she never did come back out. Will I be back? Hopefully not, this place is not a good representation of Salata; however, I wouldn't say never because healthy lunch time options can be hard to find. read more

This location is extremely slow! Even if there isn't a long line the workers just take their time and will stop what they're doing to talk to each other about random stuff. We've over heard them make rude comments on multiple occasions about other customers. That's just wrong! It always seems like they're out of something no matter what time of the day you go. I would think the manager or person in charge would change how they order their food delivery if they're constantly running out. Maybe they need to order. Horrible general manager! I eat here multiple times a week, every lady in the line (who are all terrific) know me when I come in. I've noticed her poor managing skills before when it comes to managing the line, professionalism, etc, but today she actually stepped into the process and threw away half my salad bowl because "it was too much for a wrap", I mentioned it looked like the normal potion to which she replied "we are cutting back" so then I offered that she just put it on the side, but no, she jus threw it away. So I researched on Yelp first, even though I have had Salata before, I wanted to check on this location specifically. Well, Yelp has it listed that free WiFi is available. So I came here to eat and get some work done. Guess What??? No WiFi available says the staff. So I wasted my time and my money here when I could have went somewhere else. And what is odd is that the 2 networks that come up as available . One says store 21_9801 and the other one is PVT 21_9801. Which leads me to believe, they have it but not offering to customers. I've been so happy I've found this place. I've tried many salads at many restaurants and they've always been so so to me. So when I walked to into Salata I was incredibly impressed with their selection of vegetables and dress for the price. A normal salad for $8 is a little bit on the pricey side but for the variety it is worth it. I normally go with the kale, spinach, and a little bit of spring mix. I add tomatoes, carrot, broccoli, fruits, and the mango dressing. I love that all the dressing are labeled with vegan and gluten free for people looking more closely at their health. They also have variety of different protein from chipotle chicken to baked tofu. They also have seafood! I love that they also have croutons and pita bread. I highly recommend this place for people who want to level up their salads!!! read more

I always order online because, it is easy and you don't have to wait in line when you get there. The line can get pretty long during lunch hours so I recommend take out orders. Food is fresh, decent variety of ingredients and the counters and serving area are impeccably clean. All good thus far. Now for the cons. Arrived here rights t 11am according to my watch. People already waiting outside waiting for doors to open. Not good for business. Then once inside you go through a cafeteria line set up with all this tempting salad bar out of your reach because you have to ask the attendants for whatever.ingredients you want. This wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have a line of people behind me waiting for me to hurry so they can get through the line. I haven't felt this rushed since school cafeteria times. I also don't like that they have measured amounts of the ingredients. For instance the grilled chicken was probably about 4 oz. If I want more dressing, ask, more croutons, ask. Overall food, great.
