This location is extremely slow! Even if there isn't a long line the workers just take their time and will stop what they're doing to talk to each other about random stuff. We've over heard them make rude comments on multiple occasions about other customers. That's just wrong! It always seems like they're out of something no matter what time of the day you go. I would think the manager or person in charge would change how they order their food delivery if they're constantly running out. Maybe they need to order. The last 5 times I have gone they're out of eggs or mixed cheese, cranberries. read more

Their Salads are good but they keep raising their prices! Now they changed their spoons which means they are giving you less protein. If you get a little more they charged you much more! Not good, their salads are getting too expensive!! read more

I have visited this location a number of times but I always get my food to go. My son and I actually dined in at the restaurant today and the service was awesome. The employees came to our tables and checked to see if we need anything more (napkins, silverware, refills). I would definitely come back and dine here again. read more

Horrible general manager! I eat here multiple times a week, every lady in the line (who are all terrific) know me when I come in. I've noticed her poor managing skills before when it comes to managing the line, professionalism, etc, but today she actually stepped into the process and threw away half my salad bowl because "it was too much for a wrap", I mentioned it looked like the normal potion to which she replied "we are cutting back" so then I offered that she just put it on the side, but no, she jus threw it away. Wasteful and rude, and definitely not the way to treat a customer. read more

This SALATA SELLS TANTED MEAT DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Their salad had me vomiting so bad I had to go the the ER. When I called salata back I spoke with JOSE the manager and he assured me he would refund my $24 back to my card and it would take 3 days. 2 weeks later nothing and they were avoiding my calls. I had to block my number to get an answer and Jose tells me that the big manager TINA said she wasn't going to give me back my money since it's been over three weeks (mind you I've been waiting 2 weeks for a reply) so not only does salata serve old meat they lie about fixing the issue and don't care about their customer JUST THIER MONEY!! read more

I never had a bad experience here until this past week and I have ate here many times. So I researched on Yelp first, even though I have had Salata before, I wanted to check on this location specifically. Well, Yelp has it listed that free WiFi is available. So I came here to eat and get some work done. Guess What??? No WiFi available says the staff. So I wasted my time and my money here when I could have went somewhere else. And what is odd is that the 2 networks that come up as available . One says store 21_9801 and the other one is PVT 21_9801. Which leads me to believe, they have it but not offering to customers. Kind of shady!!!! False advertising and/or non cooperative staff means I'll have to look for other options for work lunches. read more

I've been so happy I've found this place. I've tried many salads at many restaurants and they've always been so so to me. So when I walked to into Salata I was incredibly impressed with their selection of vegetables and dress for the price. A normal salad for $8 is a little bit on the pricey side but for the variety it is worth it. I normally go with the kale, spinach, and a little bit of spring mix. I add tomatoes, carrot, broccoli, fruits, and the mango dressing. I love that all the dressing are labeled with vegan and gluten free for people looking more closely at their health. They also have variety of different protein from chipotle chicken to baked tofu. They also have seafood! I love that they also have croutons and pita bread. I highly recommend this place for people who want to level up their salads!!! read more

This review has more to do with hours, set up and logistics than anything else. My first time here. Food is fresh, decent variety of ingredients and the counters and serving area are impeccably clean. All good thus far. Now for the cons. Arrived here rights t 11am according to my watch. People already waiting outside waiting for doors to open. Not good for business. Then once inside you go through a cafeteria line set up with all this tempting salad bar out of your reach because you have to ask the attendants for whatever.ingredients you want. This wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have a line of people behind me waiting for me to hurry so they can get through the line. I haven't felt this rushed since school cafeteria times. I also don't like that they have measured amounts of the ingredients. For instance the grilled chicken was probably about 4 oz. If I want more dressing, ask, more croutons, ask. Overall food, great. I love this place! My family friend franchise this business. The salads are always fresh and the dressings are delicious. I always order online because, it is easy and you don't have to wait in line when you get there. The line can get pretty long during lunch hours so I recommend take out orders. I think Salata has a great business model and the one in Westchase must be a cash cow judging by the line at lunch. However, they charge a bit too much for the product and so it's not an everyday choice for me. $11 for a salad with little bits of chicken isn't really what I call a deal. So while it's good, fresh and service comes with a smile, I'd love it that much more if it was slightly cheaper to eat there. read more

Went last week for lunch. Soup is just ok, but the salad is AWSOME. So many choices, they let you taste all of the meats and dressings if you aren't sure about something, and they give you a LOT. THey have no problem giving you extra of any of the toppings or lettuce, and they give you a good amount of meat as well. Oh, and they have like 3 flavors of tea and 3 of lemonade. Yum. This was my first trip to Salata. I was in the area on business and my coworkers were surprised that I have never heard of it before. HOLY CRAP. This place is amazing and they need to open one in Boston immediately. All of the ingredients were fresh. I was surprised by the variety of toppings. I mean I'm a huge fan of salads but I have never seen a place have lobster meat! Like not the crappy stuff but good looking lobster meat. They did not just have chicken but marinated chicken (chipotle, BBQ, the list goes on). Great salad dressings too , I got the chipotle and it had quite the kick to it. I ordered the tomato basil soup also and it was absolutely amazing. I could not believe how delicious the meal was and a great price as well. If I worked even remotely close to Salata I would be going there almost every day that's for sure. read more

You can really choose to be as healthy or unhealthy as you'd like based on what you add. The chicken is tender white meat, which makes me happy.
