Salads are always fresh, and they have an array of toppings. I get 1 at least 2x's a week now lol. And online ordering is super easy.

So, the same day I uploaded my review on this location of Salata, I received a call from the corporate office and it was great how they dealt with the situation, later that week I received another call from the manager of that location explaining how they dealt with the issue, this was really appreciated done by the management and showed how they really care for their customers. The food is always great at salata but the young lady today working at 6:00pm didn't greet me when I spoke and wasn't friendly at all, she seemed very annoyed and ready for me to get on with my order. I even asked if she was okay. We all have long days and If you're not having a good day then you don't need to be serving others. I was one more attitude away from going next door to chipotle, but since my bowl was half way done I stayed. read more

First time going to one of these. Great service, everything looked fresh, the fruits didn't taste soggy like they had been out. The bathroom was very nice and clean. Had a tea tap bar which was cute. I recommend the peach lemonade. read more

Fresh and yummy, just very disappointed in the smaller sizes. I've notice they don't give you as much as they use to, and they are now charging $1.75 for that small ass cookie andddd $1.50 for 1 piece of caramel candy. They have really lost a customer with me. They are incredibly rude here!!!! the little short hispanic girl can't even reach over to grab my toppings and on top of that she snickers and is always looking outside!!!! Today i came in it was another hispanic girl a lighter skin one and she was just as rude, she had an attitude and legit threw my salad not tossed it. Brand new location here just off of 59. It is your average Salata. Besides the newer look, nothing really spectacular about it. Today was my first visit to this location. I feel that the portions they gave were below average - just a few carrots, a pinch of this or that. And the meat portion was 75% what you would get at other locations. There is another Salata pretty equidistant from my work so I will probably continue going back there. read more

Salads are always my favorite I always go to the one on Westgray close to my Job where they are always friendly & fast as I go during my break time from work. Today I decided to try your location totally disappointed not because the quality of the bar items but about your employees, no greeting, not informed about the wait time Made someone else in front of me and myself wait for almost 10 minutes before they finish with two people that were in front of us, definitely so unprofessional, the guy in front of me look pretty serious but still wanted to eat his salad I guess, I was beginning to walk away but I also was craving it so I was going to wait regardless. At the time of checking out I just wanted to get out of there so I forgot my receipt So went back to ask for it and was giving someone else's instead that had paid with a credit card which was possibly the guy that was in front of me, because I paid cash, so It makes you wonder. read more

I really like Salata! I have recently changed into a mostly plant-based diet so this place is perfect for me. There are so many fresh ingredients to choose from. There's a lot of salad dressing options too but my favorites are the herb vinaigrette and ginger lime . The prices are affordable too. I usually get a large salad for me and my hubby to share. The servers are always polite and helpful especially Linda and Abigail. So glad that Salata opened on this location near my house. Try it and your body and taste buds will thank you! read more

The vegetable and greens are always fresh, and the staff is friendly. The 3 star rating is for lack of cleanliness especially the tables and floor. This location needs one more employee A very simple solution, cleaning the tables and seats should be done with a bottle of winded and paper towel, not the same rag over and over again. Lettuce was fresh and service was friendly. All the toppings were well stocked and they kept the line moving quickly. One complaint I usually have is an off balance ratio of greens to toppings. Not today though! Everything was on point. read more

Recently they changed their policy on what they charge for a person who wants pita chips and a croissant with their wrap. They now charge a dollar if you ask for both instead of choosing one or the other when they did not do this before. There is no sign warning customers of this and I personally have not found their staff to be friendly or helpful. The food is good but the service is not particularly good. read more

Food is great but the customer service at this location is horrible. The Hispanic workers there will literally snicker if you ask for more of something. Im not sure, but I think I deserve more than 3 pieces of cucumber on a salad that I'm paying $10 for. The food is already overpriced but all the extra stuff just adds salt to the wound. I usually go here 2-3, sometimes 4 days a week for work lunch. I love Salata! I'm recognized when I go inside, but lately because of the long lines, I've been pre-ordering online & going to the drive thru. The past two times this big brawly guy whit a thick accent & chef hat was a little too rude for me. He was rude last time as well. Probably should have someone who can speak more clearly at the drive thru. May start bringing my lunch. Parking lots are too packed and lines are too long to go inside. Bad customer service and very unprofessional. My soup was not even close to warm. I asked one of the guys if I could get a more warmer soup he said he would be back with my soup. 15 minutes passed and I still hadn't got my soup. I asked again because he had sat down and was about to eat his lunch and had forgot about giving me back my soup. He gets up and seems frustrated and goes speak to the ladies behind the salad bar. Not even 5 minutes later the "general manager" comes with cash and tells me "here's your refund for your soup". I never mentioned I wanted my refund and I didn't even pay cash. I told her All I wanted was my soup to be at least hot or warm. She said she would bring it right out but didn't apologize for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional. I love Salata! But this experience makes me not want to visit this location again. Staff should work on being more professional and make good customer service a priority. read more

I went to Salata to purchase a gift card for a birthday present. The machine malfunctioned and I was unable to get the card. My debt card was swiped 8 times which resulted in a deduction of $200.00 being taken from my account. Upon checking my bank account I realized the deduction. I returned back to the restaurant, the manager checked and I was told that the charges did not show up. She also told me that it would be 3-4 days before my money could be returned back to me!! I am very disturbed at this because (1) I was not able to get the gift card, (2) money was taken from my account for services not received, and (3) the company has not returned my money back to me. Although the manager tried unsuccessfully to return my money I have not gotten it. I don't think a company should keep or put a hold on money for services that has not been rendered, since the mistake was their fault, money should have been returned in a timely manner. read more
