I have been going to this location for about 6 months now. Pricey? No This is about personalizing your salad, once you have found the right one, your taste buds will thank you. I like mind so much, I skip the dressing now. Today the lady made a mistake, but she went above and beyond to compensate, sometimes they look frustrated (rare), but who doesn't at lunch hours? If you think they just gave you a pinch of a toping, just ask for a little more, they never seem to mind about it, of course... The meat is extra, but that's common sense. I LOVE Salata!!! However at this location the servers do not seem happy and provide very little toppings. Example: I asked for carrots and received 3 slices ( I counted ) .. when asking for more you will be greeted with eye rolling and aggravation. The companies' concept would work if the people were kind and gave adequate portions without a chip on their shoulder! The new one at Spring Cypress was great ( been there once and hope to go back soon ) I just hope this one gets better, because we sure enjoy it, just not the experience while ordering. read more

when i came here to get some lunch today this place was the best salata ive been to. The food here is so fresh, the veggie are crunchy, the fruits are sweet! Not to mention the dining area is so clean you could prob eat off the floors!!!! Simple setup, similar to Chipotle, except it's all about the salad (or wrap if that floats your boat)! A variety of lettuce mix to choose from - romaine, spring mix, Caesar, and kale and an even bigger selection of mixing (cucumbers, cilantro, diced strawberries, etc.) and dressing (chipotle ranch, fat-free sun-dried tomatoes, ginger lime, etc). Then you get to choose from differently seasoned chicken or seafood. The line moves pretty quickly and the process is seamless. Finally at the end of the line, your salad gets tossed and off you go to enjoy your own creation! I'm no salad chef so I was disappointed with my salad so I'll for sure go back for a second try and choose more wisely! read more

Gotta love a delicious salad or salad wrap with all the toppings you could ever want for less than $10. I'm always impressed by the abundance of fresh, quality ingredients here. Tons of base greens, from spinach, mixed greens, romaine, and more. I'll never get through all the toppings, meats, seafoods, or sides, but you can bet I'll try. But have no fear! They even have mini menus with ingredients for their own salad suggestions by season, so you can just follow along if you're not feeling creative. Stand out menu items (in my opinion) are the mixed greens, blueberries/strawberries/watermelon/fresh fruit, chipotle bread, and the cucumber wrap! I can proudly credit Salata with the only experiences in which I've been pleasantly full off of salad. Very disappointed with my wrap today. I love Salata but I've noticed inconsistencies with portion sizes and it's getting frustrating. Sometimes it's full and perfect and sometimes its minimum. When you ask to add more they hardly add anything. Just picked up my wrap to eat and it fell apart as I picked it up, meaning there was bare minimum salad ingredients inside. It just seems like it is not worth my money anymore. read more

Love their made-to-order salads. Although, we invariably have problems with their on-line orders. Our office routinely places several orders every Friday. One person usually picks up all the salads. Mind you, our office is not close to Salata. It's about 15 minutes away. We have yet to receive an accurate order. Sometimes we don't get salad dressing. Sometimes we don't get our meat choice! It's very frustrating. We don't have the luxury of standing in line to ensure an accurate orders because we work too far away. Recently we've noticed our orders are skimpy too! Really?! I like a fresh, healthy salad and this would be the place to go. Their veggies look appetizing and ripe. They look freshly cut with vibrant colors and good crunch. Ok first let me start by saying Salata is my all time fav, and I have been craving Salata since the covid-19 thing started. So I went in today smiling and happy because I can finally have my salad. So 1.) walked up to the counter they asked me if I was eating here or Togo I said Togo so the guy put my salad in a Togo container, which was odd because I never seen them do that. 2) when I was asking for my toppings and said more cranberries on my salad the girl that was fixing my salad acted like she didn't want to give me more and had a very rude demeanor. 3) When I asked for dressing which you have to pay for now (didn't know that till I was paying), she poured some out of the third scoop so it was half the scoop. 4.) When my salad was all done she tried to close my lid and just leave as is, so I asked nicely if she can stir my salad up please. She just looked at me and grabbed a bowl and dumped the salad in and started mixing. So let's rewind just a bit the people who was in front of me also had a Togo order and theirs were placed in the bowl at THE BEGINNING and stirred their salad up they way they was suppose to do it in the first place! So at this point I'm like what the heck and I look at my salad and it was so small, I could have went to McDonald's for a bigger salad then what I just payed for. I just payed for my purchase because I would never want to argue with someone who is making my food, so I just took my salad home and lost my appetite how upset I was. I saw these places popping up everywhere and since I'm such a salad fan I decided we'd try this out during the week. We like different things in our salads so it's easy to place the order online and set a time to pick it up and it's always ready and perfect! We aren't used to spending $10 to $12 for a salad, but the salad is so big we eat half and save the other half for the next day, so it's averaging the same price as at Jason's Deli for 1 of their salads, another place we frequent. They have everything you would want on your salad. Their salad dressings are fresh and very good, a little thinner than we are used to, but the flavor is there. A must try! read more

If I have to keep asking you five times to add in more mushrooms so I can have at least 10 slices of mushrooms in my salad then you are skimping. when i want something fresh and do not want to be bloated i give this place a holler. i usually get a wrap. they have different types of chicken, shrimp, etc, and a lot of vegetables. i also like adding avocado but it costs extra. it comes with some weird pita chips. i eat em, but not sure if i actually like em. my only problem with this place is its a little pricy for a wrap and they can be stingy with meat and vegetables. they need to be more like chipotle and just dump that sh*t in there. read more

I love Salata but this location is having issues. Too many dirty tables and wait staff isn't good. Last two visits, they were out of several regular items. Tonight's visit: out of pasta, very few people in the place but service was slow, out of pesto bread and I asked if they could make some and was told they were out. After our meal was over, I noticed the bread had been refilled-I guess they lied to me. China tea was spoiled and they were out of raspberry lemonade and out of peach lemonade. I had to tip the container for the green tea to get a glassful. Not good start for a new restaurant. The Vintage location near my work is great and doesn't have these issues. This location is near my home but with these kind of issues, I doubt I'll visit this location again. Shame! read more

I used to come here a lot they service was waaaay better I went today after the lunch rush hours and it wasn't busy but they were kinda rushing thru the bar I after only picking one topping the lady would move to the next section I couldn't even get the toppings I wanted they portions are also really small compared to what they used to give. When I got to the end my wrap was so small that I tasted the tortilla more than anything else, I just won't be coming back I can get better salad for less money somewhere else. read more

It was ok, sweet tomatoes is a better deal. The falafel was pretty gross, super fake, but the chicken was good. There aren't many salad bar options in the area, so it is what it is. As far as healthy food goes, it's easy to get a decent salad for under 300 calories. The fat free mango dressing was really good. read more
