I started coming here because of Taylor McMillen. She's been doing my hair for a couple of years now and she is absolutely amazing. So amazing that I followed her from Mission Viejo to here. I trust her completely and she is the only person who I have ever had that much faith in. She is also one of the sweetest girls I know. I have dirty blonde hair and she gets it to the most beautiful platinum color to where people believe it's my actual hair color because it looks so natural and healthy. I just went and had my hair styled by Dana - she did a great job! She really listened to what I believe are my hair 'problem areas' and then paraphrased what she heard me say to make sure she was understanding correctly. She then gave me her recommendation, which was exactly what I wanted but didn't know how to put into hairstylist words. I told her I'm a mom and need a 'no fuss' style for this stage of my life - she didn't try to sell me on some crazy color concept or style, but gave me a great natural look. I have really thick, wavy hair and bangs to boot! Not an easy client as far as I'm concerned, and she worked with my concerns while updating my look and making my hair look healthy again! read more

I highly recommend this salon and Amber as a stylist. We relocated here from the Midwest and it took me forever to find a stylist and salon...this is the place and Amber is fantastic! I also had my husband go to Amber. He was really happy with his cut/style and the time Amber took to really work with his hair to get him the look he was happy with. I love this salon! It's definitely a hidden gem. They serve you mimosas while you're getting your hair done...it can't get better than that! I've been in search for a hair stylist that knows exactly what I want and I'm so glad I found Claire! I went to her after a DIY bleaching mishap a few months back which left my roots coppery orange and the rest of my hair blonde. She was able to squeeze me in the same day I called and did such an amazing job correcting my roots and adding highlights that my hair had never looked better. This is a horrible place to go for hair care regardless of whether you are male or female. The owner is a real bitch and thinks she is doing you a favor by allowing you to come into this crummy little salon. The results for both myself and my wife have been bad. We have both had to look for other places to go after being sadly disappointed several times. We tried to give them several chances but no matter what they not only did a poor job but didn't seem to care at all about their clients. In fact they seem to think they are doing you a favor to merely give you an appointment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are plenty of other good salons but this is not one of them. read more
