She told me she would talk to corporate and did call me back later that night only to tell me again that there was nothing the company would do about it. Then I was forced to pay because they already had my card on file and "could not discount it." That has to be illegal; it is stealing from me because I did not agree that price. I was told repeatedly that contacting upper management would not make a difference in resolving the issue because they would just kick it back to her and there was nothing she could do. Sent this message to "corporate" guest relations only to have it kicked back to the same manager I dealt with at the appointment, and she still would not adjust the charges. Just kept asking me if I wanted to sign up for a six month membership!
