The stylist asked what exactly did she use because Uko is suppose to make it pin straight not frizzy. You dont do anything afterwards. My hair looks burned like i dipped it in bleach, I HAVENT BLEACHED MY HAIR IN 10 YEARS!!!!!. I DEEP CONDITION BI WEEKLY and purposely take care of my care of hair and maintain it religiously and this person destroyed my hair into frizz mess! This use to be Hair Expo but is now Tiffany Hair Salon. I usually go in for a simple cut and style without wash. They charged me around 15$ which is reasonable for Orange County hair cuts. My hair cut was a bit shorter than I had asked but still cute nonetheless so I'm not mad :P. He spent a good amount of time on my hair and then blow dry and styled it for me afterwards. The wait is not bad as long as you are not picky with who cuts your hair. The place is re-designed to be pretty cute and classy with chandelier. This is conveniently close to my mom's house so I usually just go eat lunch nearby and then stop on by and see if they have availability. Overall, not bad and I would recommend. read more

Although it was a bit uncomfortable, she takes her time to make sure the bleaching is very thorough and was sympathetic to how heavy the foils were (I have lots of hair). Amazing! I was sorta nervous going into my appointment because I'm very picky with my hair but Tiffany did not disappoint. I got the Japanese hair straightening and I'm in love! Tiffany took her time with my hair and I appreciated that. I was really skeptical and hesitant on getting the Yuko Japanese Straightening. I read reviews that this type of hair treatment will damage hair significantly. Reluctantly, I got it done anyway and I am blown away by the result. I LOVE MY STAIGHT HAIR AGAIN! It is so easy to get ready in the morning and so much easier to maintain. Tiffany is very professional and knows what she doing. I've been to many hair stylist for various type of hair straightening and she's by far the best one so far. Given the obvious misunderstanding that took place, the owner did talk me into returning for my appointment and Andy did an amazing job with my perm. They did not charge me the extra $40 given the circumstances, but let this be a good lesson to anyone planning on using a Groupon. I would easily have given this salon five stars if it weren't for the hour of driving that I wasted and the rather rough start. At the end of the day I am very happy with the service and would return/recommend. ========================= This place is an absolute scam. I bought a Groupon for a haircut and perm, called made the appointment answered how long and thick my hair was then when I showed up once they had my hair wet they told me it was going to be $40 extra. I was not really happy with my hair cut the first time I came here because my hair and layers were clunky, choppy, and not evenly aligned. I'm not sure who cut it but it was some guy did. However, Tiffany, the business owner, contacted me and offered to fix my hair. I made an appointment with her to fix my hair today and she fixed my hair very well and exactly the way I wanted it. In fact, after she fixed my hair, I saw the results and wow! This is actually the best haircut I ever had in my life! I'm very happy with my haircut and the customer service. My hair is now evenly aligned and layered nicely. I also posted a before and after picture of the 1st time I got my haircut here and the 2nd time I got it fixed. Major improvement!
