The bread sticks are served in a brown paper bag which is fun and they are so good; warm and savory, I ordered the Spaghetti Alla Carbonara and asked Michael if it was made with peas (my favorite version) and he said they could add them. He didn't miss a beat, needing to find out if they could; like I have experienced elsewhere. I didn't even care if they charged me for it, which other places have. I wasn't charged for the peas anyway. It was absolutely wonderful- the sauce and pancetta were great. My BF had the Veal Francese and enjoyed every bite of it. I tasted it and I liked it as well, meat is very tender. They have an extensive wine list. I had a glass of a Pinot Noir and my BF had a Peroni. They had a large group, at least 12-14 people and they seemed to be on top of things with them and the rest of us The decor is beautiful, think rustic Italian. Ornate chandeliers, wine barrels, and various rich wood and stone decor. There is patio seating, although no one was seated there, I would think due to the heat. The view of the Las Vegas Strip/Skyline is beautiful. It's an upbeat vibe good for groups, business, or a romantic meal. The food is consistently fantastic, and it's clear that there's so much care and heart behind every dish. We've tried several things on the menu -- from the creamy Alfredo pasta to the flavorful New York steak -- and it's all been delicious. But let me tell you... their garlic bread is what dreams are made of. It comes out warm and crusty with garlic, olive oil, parmesan, and spices -- and I honestly think about it all the time. It's that good. Il Chianti is definitely on the finer dining side, so prices reflect the quality -- but it's 100% worth it.
