Patio

Great outside patio and great location. The patio has fans that keep a nice breeze which is very nice on our 95 degree day. Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant. The food came out fast. I loved the oysters so much i ordered another. The mussels were also good. I also tried the egg rolls but they were just ok. My cousin did enjoy them so it may be about preference.

My coworker and I stopped in for an early lunch after to concluding a conference in the area. I love Alpharetta and this location sits in an uncontested area right down the road from the Avalon. Service was pleasant and fast. All meals came out plated nicely and fresh and hot. Both my coworker and myself enjoyed all items. The food all tasted very fresh with fresh ingredients! I'd recommend and will visit again in the future.

London Broil

Had lunch at the Salt Factory Pub. The restaurant is very well decorated and liked the ambiance. The food overall was really good we got the Italian pizza and the London broil. I wasn't a fan of the onion rings but the rest was good. Also I asked for the London broil to be medium rare but came out very rare. The Italian pizza was really good! Our waiter was good as well he was prompt and checked in with us regularly. There was also a great bourbon selection.

Loved this place !! The vibes are really lovely for nice casual for or date night. Food is presented so beautifully and tasted so delicious. It has its out parking lot and service was really amazing. There's booths and tables for small and bigger parties plus a nice bar. I loved all my food here. Seriously so delicious I want to go back and try more !!!!

Diana was just amazing. Answered all of our questions for gluten free. And yes they do have a gluten free bun! Patio is so impressive because we encountered zero bugs even though we had lemon and limes for our water and tea. That is just beyond amazing for a restaurant that everyone overlooks. Will definitely come back. The food was a 10 the drinks were a 10 and Pricing is excellent. Service outstanding. Very cool spot for downtown alpharetta.

London broil. Delicious!

Our first time at this restaurant was a great experience! We started with their pork tacos - YUM. For drinks, my husband had their peach old fashioned and I tried the espresso martini. The martini was a tad on the expensive side, but both were so good and smooth! For our mains, my husband got their lamb Shepard's pie, and I got the London broil. We really enjoyed our food and the portions were more than enough for the both of us - my husband left stuffed and I took leftovers. Ambiance was also exactly what we were looking for - relaxed, yet elevated. Leo was our server and we enjoyed his service. We will be back!

Nice place. Attractive restaurant, inside and out. Service is excellent. Wife and I were undecided, so we ordered a couple things to try. Server split the fish and chips without us asking. That dish was one of the best examples of fish and chips I've ever had. We Also ordered Shepard's pie. Looked good, but lacked the robust flavor we expected this lamb dish to have. Their menu had several other great options. We chose these for more a sampling of their food flavors. I would definitely stop here again. I'd likely some of the other choices. I didn't order beer, but their offerings would make it impossible not to try many, lol. I do recommend this place. It's well worth the stop.

I came here alone 6pm on a Saturday (yes sad, family still away for summer vacation). Started with a Duvel Single draft. Delicious. Then ordered 2 appetizers, because with a 90 degree weather, no way I am eating an entree. Had the Salmon tostadas. 10/10. Then the Salmon Crispy rice. 11/10 ( yes 11 out of 10). This is a gourmet experience. Also, Marco was awesome. Kept me good company at the bar and kept those Duvels coming!

We had a party of 4 at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, 6/28/22. It was the night of the Backstreet Boys concert, so it was packed and they were understaffed. Hopefully they'll check the concert schedule at Ameris Bank Amphitheater so they'll be better prepared next time! Plenty of free parking. They have inside seating and an outdoor patio. Very casual, but could be fun for a date. The seating inside is a little weird though. We sat at a table in the middle of the restaurant and there was a clear divider in between so that another party could sit on the other side, so we made awkward eye contact with the people on the other side. That specific booth wouldn't be good for a date. Here's what I had: - Butternut Squash Ravioli ($13.95): This was the star. Super good and flavorful. - Spicy Salmon Crispy Rice ($12.95): Basically no flavor. I don't recommend. - F&H Burger ($15.95): Very good! Our waitress said it was big enough for my friend and I to split, so we did. Between that and the appetizers, it was enough! The fries were nice and crunchy. - Mission Lychee ($14): Not worth it. The drink tastes fine, but it was like 4 sips for $14. I wouldn't get it again. Overall, the food was pretty good. I would come here again before another concert, but wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

For our appetizer we ordered the crispy shrimp and the Louisiana egg rolls. Both were very good and super fresh. For our entrees we ordered the fish and chips and the fried chicken. The gravy wasn't that good, I would ask to get that on the side but overall it was a good first experience.

Lunch date 8/4/22 First time here, nice vibes. Ordered fish & chips and Shepard's pie. Fish was crispy, hot and tasty. Fries were not. Cole slaw was good not great. Shepard's pie was good, again not great.

Ask the Community - Salt Factory Pub

Can we bring a medium size dog to the outdoor seating?

Hi, Actually they don't have an outdoor seating, it's an enclosed patio...sorry

Are you able to host private events on the patio?

Hi Lauren I'm honestly not sure. But the patio isn't in a private area. Its more in the front of the restaurant when you first walk in. It also isn't too big.

Is salt wheelchair accessible?

Yes it is, the seating allows those with wheelchairs to enjoy their meals. In addition there's a ramp to use to enter into the restaurant.

Is the beef halal? I see that some of the meat is sourced from Creekstone farms; just wanted to confirm.

So, I'd do a drive by and if it there's nothing available, go park in the free structure on Alpharetta. Short walk over or just rideshare. Friendly staff. They were behind the bar - no table service but they were nice and friendly. Food isn't served so if you want beer, just head up to the bar. If you want food, the food truck, is outside. Keep in mind I was here this past weekend (July) so if any of these are different when you go - get over it. Go grab a round and sit indoors or out and enjoy the pours available. They had/have crowlers (picked up two) and they also have merch if you want. I saw two TV's but I sat up in front - there was an entire section I didn't wander or explore. I didn't sit outdoors either as it was humid. Stuck around in the AC, enjoying a few pours and some pizza from Lilpizzatruck who was providing the eats this past weekend. A chill time for some light snacking and great pours.

The space is quite stunning and absolutely beautiful. There are tons of windows bringing in natural light making the space bright and welcoming. It's extremely comfortable and clean. There is also a really nice outdoor space with covering that is perfect to enjoy on a summer day. There isn't food but there is usually a food truck or kitchen pop up. If this is all you will enjoy here - this is a 5-star establishment. Location in Avalon is another strong point of this establishment. Super convenient, although small. Food - is just not good. If you are drunk - then it is all right, otherwise it just doesn't cut it. I had hot dog - and I must say $1.50 Costco hot dog is way better. Wings - below average. Chicken tenders - the same. Fries are probably the best thing here. Service - just terrible. Outside of bartenders who are pretty happy and funny, the rest of service is hit or miss. First time I visited was awful. Second time around I had to walk up to server to place an order and ended up getting wrong beer multiple times on refills (how is getting the same refill a problem?). So 3-stars for this review is me being generous on account of great beer. I will however never order food here again.

I did have reservations not sure if it was necessary but none the less I had them. While waiting for my husband to park the car the greeter/waiter let me take a look at the menu. They had bar seats available as well as a closed in patio. I decided to utilize the patio, I told the greeter not to forget about us. lol At the time we went it was not very crowded. There were quite a few people but not overwhelming. There were nice animal pictures on the wall, maybe the head of a bison was there. Lots of Liquor behind the bar on display and part of the decor. The doors were a little decorated for the holiday.Big wooden doors. The patio did have televisions there but they were low so if I wanted to hear I couldn't. There was a football game on so we kinda looked at it from time to time. Even though it was my birthday the restaurant didn't do anything for me. No deserts, no happy birthday, no cheers!!, nothing like that. When celebrating a birthday I look forward to small things like that if a restaurant offers it. I ordered a cucumber martini. Didn't like it so we know we wont be ordering that again. The food was ok, nothing to complain about there. I don't know why I didn't take a picture but I had the B&B Burger with smoked bleu cheese. I would come back when I am in the area. I was happy that our waiter did not forget about us during our time there.

The steak and asparagus were cooked well, and the sweet potato fries were tasty, though a little too sweet -- they really don't need extra sugar. The mashed potatoes had good flavor but could've been a bit creamier. The martinis were good. I had an idea of what this place, but wasn't exactly sure what it all entailed. We walked in and were greeted by a large shelf or should I say shelves of a bunch of different board and card games. We walked to the register and told them we wanted to play some board/card games. I believe it was $7 per hour and then $35 for everything else. Everything else means all the video/electronic games. Think PS5, Switch, PC, Xbox. It was sooooo cool seeing everyone play all the different games. There were bigger groups, couples, people by themselves. It's truly a place where anyone can go and have a good time! We got some drinks (they have a really cool cocktail menu). They do have a food menu too, but we just came from dinner, so we only got drinks. Our service wasn't the best though. It took forever for someone to come and check on us, and no one came to fill our water the entire time we were there. Service could definitely be a lot better! Battle & Brew is in a shopping center, so there is plenty of parking. It's also pretty big too, so there is plenty of seating inside. I would definitely come back here in the future and play some of the video games, as I love to play some Nintendo Switch!

They told us that we would have to show up and just wait to be seated... fine. No big deal, again we are a large group coming in HOT on the weekend... I get it. We call ahead again, closer to the time we were planning to arrive to double check. THIS TIME they said they could reserve us a space and that it wouldn't be a problem. We get there and everything is seemingly fine. The vibes are good and the waiters are taking orders diligently. We understand that this is a huge group (16 of us) and that we would have to be patient with them as they are with us. So everyone puts in there orders. First wave comes out... I noticed that all the food is cold. Not ideal but the food was good so whatever. Second wave comes out, again the food is cold and peoples orders are missing. Fine. We are a big group, it happens. 3rd wave comes and they are seemingly trying to land the plane with us, finalizing anything that may have been missed while also getting refills. One of my friends that was a part of that first wave was still waiting his burger that he ordered (he had informed them twice at this point). 45 mins later the waiter checks on us again... My friend still doesn't have his burger. Cool AGAIN this is a big group... It happens. My side of the table who got all their food are ready to play some games now. We go to the front counter and there is seemingly a good cop/bad cop routine going on. One host says we can rent a station the other says we can't unless all 16 of go to that station. I told him not everyone wants to play games so what if we just cash out now then the 4 of us that do can just play/sit at the station. "YOU CAN'T DO THAT ITS AGAINST THE POLICIES" O....kay... whatever don't take my money, I then tell him I'd like to cash out anyway. "YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" I can't pay you now? "THE TAB CAN ONLY BE SPLIT 5 WAYS" Huh? So not only was this not brought to our attention beforehand but you want to be a jerk about it? There reason was because some people run out on the bill and things get missed. Meanwhile the entire table is sitting here with their cards out ready to pay you? Not to mention if something is missed thats on YOU as you are the person entering the stuff into the system. Mind you we still have folks that were missing food or order was taken only for it to be sitting under a heat lamp. After some back and forth we paid (which they REFUSED to give us an itemized receipt) only for a smug waiter to come out with the missing deserts with creepy smile to literally say to us "I hope you enjoy it..." Nope. Not eating that. Matter fact we will never eat here again. This has been a yearly tradition for some Dreamhack attendees and I can wholeheartedly say that I'll NEVER step foot in here again more will anyone I associate with. If I could give it a 0 I would.
